A lovely four poster king bed and corner overstuffed chair and ottoman create an environment of pure sophistication in the Master bedroom. Bedside tables, ambient reading lights and an antique armoire housing a large flat screen television keep you so cozy you may not want to venture out of this luxury bedroom until mid day. Further enhanced by the direct ocean view, the full wall of bedroom windows and the glass access door leads out to the lanai balcony. Themed with rich golden hues, the furnishings indulge in textures of tone on tone damask, silk and satin to compliment the beautiful floor to ceiling draperies that keep the bedroom completely black at night. The connecting master bath features a large free standing soak tub, shower with seating, double vanity, private water closet and sleek wood cabinets. And, the master bedroom closet is large enough for you to bring enough luggage to stay the entire year.The Second Master bedroom is on the opposite side of the villa from the First Master bedroom, keeping the rooms private enough for two families to vacation together. PLEASE NOTE: Villa D301 is a gorgeous villa home with outstanding ocean views and interiors. This villa is located on a bluff that looks out to the blue Pacific over the luau ground at the adjacent Marriott Wailea Resort. You have the opportunity to enjoy the complimentary phenomenal Hawaiian music, song and dances right from your own private lanai. The luau show is usually held four days per week between the approximate hours of 6-8pm or 5-7pm during the winter season. Please be aware that this notice discloses that the Marriott Wailea Resort luau entertainment can be fully heard and is visible from Villa D301. Wailea Beach Villas does not have control of any scheduled events at adjacent Hotel properties in Wailea Resort and we cannot provide refunds if guests are dissatisfied with the luau or event noise.

We so enjoyed our stay at WBV. The view from the unit is spectacular. The ocean view as mentioned in the VRBO description is unobstructed. We also had a view of the Marriott Luau which was entertaining and didn’t bother us.
The unit itself was very spacious. Plenty of room for us all to stretch out with a comfortable large couch, kitchen counter bar and large indoor and outdoor dining table. The bedrooms were all spacious with en-suite bathrooms and beautiful decor.
The staff was super helpful as we requested a few items that we ran out of in our unit (dishwasher tabs & garbage bags). The kitchen was nicely stocked with needed pots/pans and utensils to cook whatever we wanted. We cooked several nights which we really enjoyed.
Concierge Chad was great at offering suggestions for activities and booked us a last minute dinner reservation upon our arrival.
We were very impressed with how well the property and grounds were maintained. Foliage was beautiful everywhere we looked.
We also loved the proximity to the nearby resort restaurants and beach activities. We rented kayaks and planned a snorkeling/kayak adventure just steps down the walking path.

Weve stayed at WBV in different units over the last 10 yrs.This unit is closer to beach and adult pool which is nice. Marriott luau is loud. You can still hear it with windows closed but it ends around 8:30. Setup/cleanup crews, golf carts reversing and table clearing etc. is louder and longer than luau itself. Its fun to watch the luau once. Luau isn't on Sun. and Wed. so we grilled on lanai those nights. Grill is nice but fan vents directly on to lanai. Wed. there's a barbecue and the band that plays is great. I made dinner reservations at around 7:00 each night to be out during luau. Checked in at 4 o'clock and unit was 85 degrees and didnt cool down until the next night which was a drag because its loud with windows open. We had issues with our keys and the lock during the whole stay which required several trips to the front desk for new keys and a visit from security when we got home late to let us in. They said to keep keys away from phone etc. which we did but didn't help. Never had that issue before. It was annoying. There were no robes in the unit which wasn't in the description but was in the pics and has been in other units weve stayed in the past. There also wasnt any condiments except for salt and pepper. Other units have what people leave behind like olive oil, seasonings etc. which is nice. There was also no beach toys, cooler etc like other units we've stayed in. Also had an issue with fridge shutting off but it was our last day. TV in master was glitchy.

We recently stayed at this property with my kids and parents. It was perfect. Very spacious with a balcony that was perfect for having cocktails while watching the Marriott Luau and sunset over the ocean. Location wise it was also perfect. It is a quick walk to the beach or up to the shops at Wailea. Even better, if you need a ride around Wailea they will take you in the property's Tesla. We would definitely stay here again when back on Maui and have already recommended it to friends.
