First, would rent again given everything. But - with a family of 6 going out in the evening, the lack of hot water became an issue for the last 4 people! Unit was clean and as described except for this aspect. As we were coming from Kauai, the only flight landed around 10am and check in wasn't until 4pm - I asked immediately if we could get in any earlier, but it wound up being 3:30 -- not an expectation, but still disappointing. Overall, it was a fantastic vacation and we would rent this unit again.

This is our second trip to Polo Beach Club and it felt like home. From the check in to the check out everything was perfect. The condo was extremely well equipped and immaculate which was a plus because we love to cook. Already counting the days until we return. We won’t stay anywhere else on Maui

After a little mis communication with the booking company (I had not received instructions for check in until we arrived at property and called), things were very good. Management company used text messaging for most communications and I found that to be easy and efficient. Condo Pluses: Well stocked Kitchen - we were pleasantly surprised at the cooking utensils and cookware.....quite nice! Ground Floor - walk out to ocean/beach can't be beat Cozy Lanai for morning coffee or dinners Maui Oceanfront Walkway - 2.25 miles of pure loveliness to walk or run every day, even with masking requirements Staff/maintenance/security all very nice and attentive Negatives: Mattresses are very tired - could use some upgrades there for sure Photos APPEARED to show a Queen in the second bedroom, when in fact it is two twin beds....if you didn't catch that in the descriptions, you would be like us....a little dissapointed. Hot water limited - Showers were very fast as a result For the air conditioning system to really work, the doors to the utility closet/washer/dryer needed to be left open for proper air circulation, so a little nosier than normal We would stay again in this unit. And this is our second time at this property, so we had a better idea of what to expect in general.
