This place was wonderful! Ocean views & listening to the ocean all night made it perfect! The kitchen is well stocked for cooking & eating in if you want to. The beach out front is perfect & lounge chairs are provided. They have a pool but we never went to it with the ocean right out front. There is easy access to the coastal walking path that is amazing and nice exercise too. Easy access to all the hotel restaurants & dining via the path or driving. Close to golf. Plus the rental agency sends cute updates with fun info including daily weather. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed including beach chairs (no umbrella). The only problem was the roosters at 4:00am that were very load and made it difficult to sleep.
I wouldn't book this unit through VRBO as you end up having to pay VRBO fees and then an addition fee when you check in with Destination Residences.
We did not receive the lei greeting, spa & dinner vouchers or the juice blend.

We really enjoyed staying here. The condo is just at the edge of all the big resorts, so it is close to everything in Kihei and Wailea, but it has its own small and uncrowded beach that is really nice. The size was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 college-age kids. We were able to cook our own meals when we wanted, which was great. The condo is also close to several public beaches to the south that are really nice. This place is pretty low-key. There is no on-site "concierge" or dining, but that is part of the charm. We hope to visit again some day!

We very much enjoyed our stay while here for our daughter’s wedding. We come to Maui a lot and this condo and location has been the best place we have been to by far.
Everything from watching sunrises to sunsets from the lanai was amazing. The beach was so nice and great for boogie boards.
Condo was nice & comfortable for four adults and never felt crowded, very spacious!
