The 4 of us came to Maui for a wedding. What a great cottage. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, nice pool to relax in, great lanai, plenty of seating area, well-stocked kitchen, had beach chairs and an umbrella (which was so helpful) and had a/c. Can't say enough good things... would definitely stay here again. The booking process was straight-forward, no surprises, clear and timely communication... wonderful! Location was perfect for everything, beaches, golf, shopping and restaurants. Thanks for a memorable stay :)

Overall we really enjoyed staying in the bungalow. It was well equipped, in the perfect location for visiting beaches on Kanaapali. We had the pool to ourselves and the kids enjoyed the geckos. The only negative was that it was next to the highway, so it would get pretty loud at night. Thank goodness for the white noise machines.

This is a great place to stay. The location is great, the beach is an easy ten-minute walk, and you're within a short drive of Whalers Village and Lahaina Front St. Even though you're close to the highway the noise is minimal, and never bothered us.
The property itself is very clean and spacious. The layout was fantastic for a family, we all had plenty of space and a lovely dining/family room to talk or play games in.
The host was very accommodating, and even let us stay late at the property since no one else was checking in. It was a wonderful experience all around, and we would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely perfect. louvered windows allow for a cross breeze but air conditioner is there in case you run hot. Kitchen is stocked with everything you could potentially need. Decor is perfect, beds are comfortable. Patio with grill and table allow for outdoor dining. Outdoor lighting adds to the ambiance. Road noice is not too bad, it definitely calms down at night, but the noice machines are great for light sleepers. I would totally stay here the next time I visit!

We were very happy with the area of the property. Beautiful grounds and very quiet (mostly). We were happy to not be connected to another cottage/house and enjoyed the freedom of having the back porch area, enclosed. The directions of the house/pool need to be updated as we tried to follow along with the directions but realized they were not exactly as quoted. We would love to stay here again.

Great location. We were able to Uber everywhere for about a third of the cost to rent a car. Initially, when reading the reviews before our stay I was worried about the the Highway traffic noise mentioned in reviews , however, we hardly noticed it.

This was a very nice experience, the condo was exactly what I was looking for, everything was perfect, though like other reviews mentioned it does get pretty loud and also the sprinklers are scheduled to run at around midnight and they are very loud, if you are light sleeper, they will most certainly wake you up.

The photos were very accurate, and the kitchen was well stocked. A short walk to the beach and good supply of chairs, noodles, and snorkel equipment. Two negatives: This unit is near the main roadway which is very noisy early morning and evenings making it necessary to purchase earplugs if you wanted a good night's rest; and the grill was filthy, having to give the grates a really good cleaning before we could use it. Otherwise, it was a lovely place to return to after our excursions on the island. We enjoyed our stay, used the nearby pool most afternoons and relaxed on the enclosed deck.

Really beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Very private and renovated. It’s near the beach (across the highway). The highway noise is substantial. The bedrooms have white noise machines.

Location:
One thing you should know, that the listing fails to point out, is that you are right next to a very loud and busy highway.
Since it’s on a main road, getting to places is rather quick. I would not really consider it to be close to the beach however, you definitely want to drive if you plan on packing anything with you.
You have your own parking spot. The recycle/trash bins are a short walk up the road too.
Cottage:
Very beautiful inside! The master bathroom is newer than the pictures and the shower was great. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you’d need.
Management was super responsive and professional. We texted after hours one night because the ants were an issue and their after-hour staff called us right back and scheduled delivery of the ant traps. Thank you!
AC units were lovely and the fans helped keep the cottage at a very comfortable temperature.
The master bed was super comfortable (didn’t use the guest room).
Did I mention it was loud? Not only due to the main road, but the Jalousie windows are just glass slats. There’s no sound barrier whatsoever, or bug barrier either. The only saving grace was that during our bedtime hours it seemed like the traffic reduced quite a bit. During the day the noise is definitely tolerable while inside the house.
We had to regularly clean up gecko poop (and a few dead geckos too) off the floors as they basically made their home in the cottage. The ants were a bit out of control, they ruined some groceries the first day. They were basically in each room, you just had to look up and they’d be crawling on the ceilings. They were even on the bathroom counters. Did I mention the cockroach/beetle things? We found those in our bed once. The best I can describe the bug situation is that because of the windows, you’re kind of camping outside with less protection than a tent. If you have any issues with bugs then I would look elsewhere for a place to stay.
The BBQ was not well maintained so we didn’t bother using it. The patio area was quite dirty and noisy. It’s not a great place to relax.
Overall:
Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t a bad place to stay and the management team was top notch. But we will look elsewhere if we end up staying on the west side of Maui again. Another thing to give them credit for is that the price is quite good for a two-bedroom location. It was actually kind of fun feeling like we were in an open-air cabin camping out in Maui.

This is a beautiful and lovely property. The cottage was well renovated with a nice tropical vibe that makes you feel you're on vacation. The property was spacious for a family of four along with a private enclosed patio where we had spent a great amount of time.

Absolutely loved our stay here, which was perfect for our family of 4 (husband, me and two adult sons). Location was perfect - as other reviewers noted, just across the street from Airport Beach, a pristine and not crowded beach where snorkeling, playing in the surf, or just relaxing was ideal. Ready access to the walking path for an easy 30 minute walk to Whalers Village. 10 minute drive to Lahaina. It was so nice to have the extra space and privacy the cottage afforded versus hotel rooms, not to mention it was incredibly more affordable than having to pay $800+ per night for each hotel room (and we would have needed 2!). We ate breakfast there most mornings, and having access to the washer/dryer was great. We also appreciated the beach gear (towels, chairs, and cooler). Cottage was well stocked with basic supplies like dish and laundry detergent, dryer sheets, toilet paper, Kleenex, paper towels, and starter shampoo and conditioner. Wish they would have had a couple cooking basics like oil and salt and pepper, but that’s about the only thing missing from this place! Management company communicated well with clear instructions for check in and check out. We had no issues during our stay, so didn’t need to contact them other than that. Thank you for a great stay. We would definitely book here again.

We stayed here with our 10 month old, and it was perfection. The space was clean, quiet, and the back lanai was the perfect place to relax while the babe napped! The beach across the street was beautiful, but we also enjoyed a few different locations and day trips from our home base.
