BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to heavy surf, strong currents and tides. Due to Maui’s rural atmosphere you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them.

IMPORTANT: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

My stay was April 19 to 26. Lovely views of Molokai and Lanai- Comfortable overall - mininal items in kitchen as far as spices - not even salt and pepper- Beautiful sunsets!

Great whale watching from the lanai. Bedroom very small, no closet or dresser. Seemed like a studio configuration but advertised and priced as a one bedroom. Closet door is broken. Window will not open. Sliding door did not work but was repaired quickly, thank you.

It is an older building, but we love the property because it is not a high rise and we love the area. This unit is a beautiful corner unit on the second floor with a beautiful view and nice breeze. Clean and well-equipped. The bedroom is quite small but the bed is comfortable. It is nicely furnished. Great communication with the owner😊 Right on the water so you can hear the surf and it feels private as there are no other balconies in view. It is far enough away from the pool so the noise level is low and the laundry facilities are clean and convenient. We hope to be back! Mahalo!

Hubby and I stayed for a short 4 day getaway. The weather and view was so nice and relaxing! The pool was heated and not busy. The balcony was perfect for many hours of relaxation and amazing scenery. Had everything we needed!

Opened up all of the windows and had some fabulous cross ventilation as well as the sound of the soothing waves. Kitchen was stocked with everything necessary and more. Beautiful view from the lanai…lots of whale activity to watch. Turtles right up to the beach. The only negative would be the laundry hours. They open after we’ve left to do tours and activities for the day, and are closed before we returned in the evening. Otherwise, a great stay!

We are a family of 4, and the condo was perfect for us. The view was truly magical and the sound of the ocean while sleeping on the pullout living room bed was amazing. The kitchen/living room were roomy and a pleasure to spend time in. Thanks!!!!!

Great place to stay, close in to everything. Bed was super comfy, kitchen spacious, living area and lanai looking out over the waves, perfect!! Would definitely recommend!

This is the end, second floor unit with the pounding surf no more than 30-40ft away. It is the closest to the sea of those in the complex. Saw many whales from the deck. Just amazing views. This apartment was clean and there were no issues as a prior review stated. The unit and building are not NEW but have been adequately updated. The sea wall has been mostly repaired. The grounds/ pool are small and need attention but I didn’t care about that, with the view. Note: there is no longer a significant grassy lawn by the pool as the pictures indicate.. The unit is not large but fine for 1-2 adults. Apartment is well stocked and appliances are fine. The central location and convenience makes this a great spot. I would definitely return.
