Our family recently stayed in Kapalua Ridge 1622 for a week. We were blown away when we first entered the unit with how clean and nice the condo looked and at the incredible 180 degree+ view. The condo was well equipped with everything you could think of and was very comfortable. We felt very fortunate to be there. Kapalua has always been a great place for us to visit and we hope to go back soon and stay in this same unit.

Our family recently stayed in Kapalua Ridge 1622 for a week. We were blown away when we first entered the unit with how clean and nice the condo looked and at the incredible 180 degree+ view. We were very happy with our stay at Kapalua Ridge. The condo was modern and clean with all the amenities we needed. The views were great from almost every room in the home and fantastic from the two private lanais. Shuttle service within the resort was great. Tons of restaurants, golf, beaches nearby. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Our family has stayed at the Ridge 4 times. This is on our (top 2) favorite units. You can't beat the views! The condo has everything you need. Our host was quick to reply regarding any questions we had. The condo's interior is beautiful too! My cousin and her husband stayed downstairs. They wished it was a king bed, since that's what they had at home. One more thing is that if you're staying in the lovely loft....noise does travel when people are talking downstairs. We would still rent again. :)

This is our 14th trip to Maui and our 12th trip staying at The Ridge Villas. This trip and this condo far exceeded expectations. Beautifully decorated and the views are amazing. This condo has everything that we needed. They have gone above and beyond to provide the little things that we have always had to provide ourselves. Hand soap, paper towels, garbage bags, just all the little basic necessities that you normally have to run to the store and acquire right away...they had it all right there. Even things not normally provided by owners at The Ridge...they had beach chairs, beach umbrellas and even a cooler for use. As well as access to the carport closet to store the items so you didn't need to drag them into the condo every night after a day at the beach and spread sand around. The condo was immaculate and I gave it a mid-stay cleaning with the cleaning supplies provided at the condo. It was great not to have to run out and buy all those items. The views are amazing. Like I said before. We hope to be able to stay at this lovely unit again when we come to Maui. Also, wanted to give the property manager liason, Megan, a huge shout-out. She's so helpful and responsive to any and all questions. Mahalo!!!!! :)

Clean, modern home overlooking the Kapalua coast. The area is wonderful and the house was perfect and as advertised. Nice touches included having the house stocked with staples and providing beach chairs and towels. It was exactly what I hoped for when I booked.

This place was awesome. Everything about the rental was top notch. Kitchen had everything we needed. Remodeled bathrooms were great. Beds were comfortable. The unit was quite large. The views from the balcony were amazing...more than 180 degrees. Top of the hill with a hole from kapalua golf course out the back. Local beaches were great. Beach chairs and umbrella in outside closet. The area was incredibly maintained. We have nothing but good things to say about the place and the service!

We absolutely enjoyed everything about Kapalua Ridge 1622. The view was breathtaking. Breakfast and dinner on the lanai was one of our favorite things. The decor of the home was so warm and inviting. The kitchen was clean, beautiful and well-stocked. The beds were so comfortable. The pool was wonderful as well. It was clean, never crowded, quiet, peaceful. And we utilized the grills. We definitely want to return to this property on our next visit to Maui. And we are so thankful that the owners of the property were so gracious to share such a beautiful home.

We LOVED our stay here! It was very clean and the views from the place were incredible!!! It’s an easy walk to at least 3 beaches and we walked the coastal trail every night and morning. We loved the resort and used the pool while grilling our food! We would definitely stay here again!!!

This is a new rental property that is well cared for with thoughtfulness. The condo is very clean and new with stunning views from every window and balcony. There’s a wonderful breeze that flows through the condo day and night. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking appliances and even an ice maker in the fridge. There are two bedrooms and three full baths. Our family of four were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. We would absolutely stay here again. The property managers are not super responsive, so just text/call them a few times. Mahalo!

This is one of the nicest properties our group has ever stayed in. The location with the views were breathtaking. Wonderful hiking and beaches close by. We enjoyed several of the restaurants in Kapalua as well. The condominium was immaculate, nicely appointed and stocked with everything you could possibly need. My wife and I stayed a week with our sons age18 & 14 and it was absolutely perfect for our family. The location is great, very quiet and plenty of privacy. It is close enough to walk to a few beaches or a short drive to several more. Kapalua has a handful of great restaurants within walking distance, a coffee shop, and a General Store which we visited a number of times. The area is nothing short of beautiful everywhere you go!
Specific to the condo, we loved the kitchen, it was very well appointed and the view is spectacular. It has everything you need and more. Everyone had their own full bath and they all have high-end finishes throughout. Our youngest son slept on the queen-size pull-out couch and was perfectly comfortable. The AC works wonderful, but we tried to let the breeze blow through at night and in the morning, it was awesome! The balcony is where I spent a ton of time, taking in the 180-degree view over coffee in the morning or beers after a long day in the sun. They provide 5 great beach chairs, a nice size cooler on wheels, 2 umbrellas, and more (we left behind a boogie board and 2 snorkel sets).
Lahaina is only a 15 minute drive away and has a bunch of restaurants and shops. Warning: make your dinner reservations now!! This was the only stressful part of our vacation due to CV-19 restrictions. We weren't able to eat at some of our desired restaurants but still made it work.
My only recommendation for the property host would be to replace the doors to the washer and dryer with a curtain, as it was nearly impossible to open.
The bottom line, this place far exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend it for a group of 4-6 people. You won't regret staying here!
