Fantastic property and neighborhood! Great value for a 3-bedroom home with king size beds in each - and a very comfortable stay with a great kitchen, a wonderful shared pool and gym, and a very convenient shopping center 2 minutes away. The listing was totally accurate, and the ability to connect with David from Kona Concierge was a huge plus too.

Well stocked with supplies. Lovely and comfortable. Good suggestions from concierge.On site parking was roomy and convenient. Grounds well kept and serene. View of ocean was a real treat. Quiet and restful. Needed attention:*Could use a deep clean.*Shoe cabinet by front door is not stable. *Filtered water tap is not attached to kitchen sink. *Drip line by the patio has missing heads and is spraying the house etc. Mahalo!

Great location, nice condo, and nice pool especially for kids. An employee really helped us out the day we arrived, going into the office after hours to help us.One thing that might be helpful for others to know is that you need a key to exit the complex, and they only provide you one key. This was a bit of a nuisance for us. A key is also required to exit the pool, and again there was only one key provided. So that was a bit of a nuisance also.

Very nice place to stay, clean and comfortable for the 6 of us. Lots of utensils, pots, pans, etc. in the kitchen - quick response from Maja when we had questions or needed anything. Convenient location - nice pool. We didn't need to use the concierge services but appreciated the contacts from them. Thanks!

We loved the place! It was in a great location. Close to town and beach but far enough to enjoy the quiet. The place was clean. The view was amazing! Lovely mornings on the lanai was our favorite! We would stay again!

The condo was perfect for our vacation. Everything was clean when we arrived. My only recommendation is to add more hooks. Being in the water every day, beach towels and bathing suits don't dry well or quickly hanging in the shower or bathroom area with the regular towels. We will be back and we would definitely stay in the same condo.

The townhouse was perfect for 3 couples. 3 king beds and 3 bathrooms. Well stocked with kitchen utensils. No spices though not even salt and pepper. Everything else was perfect for us. Thanks for everything. Concierge helped with our Mana Ray trip. Very nice.

Quiet gated community with the beach very close by! It was worth the cost. All the rooms were spacious and nice open concept common areas, the pool and the hot tub were perfect for when the beaches were closed

My wife and in laws stayed at this wonderful home for a week and had an excellent time. The place is very spacious, comfortable and fit our needs perfectly. The community pool is larger than most places we have stayed previously and was never overcrowded. The location was within a short distance of a couple of local beach parks and a short drive from Kona town. In addition it has a convenient shopping center 2 minutes away with a grocery store, drug store and plenty of restaurant options. I highly recommend Kenichi Pacific for sushi and Los Habaneros for takeout tacos. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We felt very safe with a gated community. The house was as beautiful as the pictures portrayed. It was very quiet and relaxing. Beautiful flowers all around the facility. I would call it our home away from home and look forward to our next adventure there.

Our family of 6 stayed here and really enjoyed it. The ocean and sunset views were great! Close to a KTA (walking distance) grocery store and shopping center. It was well equipped for day to day and cooking as well as beach equipment. We would definitely stay here again.

We spent 3 weeks at this condo and it was perfect. First week we had three teenage Grandsons with us and the condo was a perfect fit. The next week was with two other couples and again everything was perfect. The last week was me and my wife and there again perfect in every way. Been coming to Hawaii for 35 years and this was probably the best condo we’ve stayed in. Very clean and well furnished. Everything worked great. Loved having the garage. A/C was needed and worked great. Great location. Great for families and multiple couples. Sure hope to come back next spring with more family and friends.

Our family really enjoyed this condo. It has all you need to enjoy the island including beach chairs, towels and boogie boards for the beach. Its spotless and in a great location. This was an easy process to rent such a beautiful condo. It was absolutely perfect. Very clean, modern and updated, had everything we needed including pool toys, beach chairs, coolers. I really appreciate the full-size washer and dryer which was very updated. Very easy check in process. Location is perfect. Hardly anyone ever at the gym or the pool. I would absolutely recommend this for anyone to stay here.

Close to grocery and restaurants…especially enjoyed premade foods at KTA. Nice little farmers market right outside property. Pool and jacuzzi were wonderful. View from main floor was great but awesome from the master bedroom, many fabulous sunsets to enjoy. Will definitely consider Kona coast Vacations for future stays.

Three comfortable bedrooms with en suite baths. Perfect for my husband and our adult kids and their partners. Everything you need is in the kitchen. We made lovely smoothies with our fruit stand haul. Close to everything and a great jumping off point for beaches and excursions. Very close to shopping (walkable to drug store). Great hot tub (closes at 9pm) and pool. Has beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and other beach gear. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We were a family with our two adult children and their spouses/significant others, so finding a place that gave us the space and the privacy that each of us desired was a challenge. But this Condo met all those needs in an idyllic setting. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This property was a great place for our family. The kitchen had everything including some spices. We celebrated our mom's 87th birthday and she had a very nice room downstairs with an easy in and out shower. We (2 couples) had our own rooms and separate bathrooms upstairs. Nice to have beach towels and chairs too.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was spacious and very comfortable (that sectional is the best!) and so well-outfitted. Everything we needed for a great beach adventure stay was there for us: beach towels, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc. The location of the condo is excellent: close to shopping and walking distance to the best snorkeling beach on the Big Island. For days when the ocean isn't calling, the pool is a nice alternative. We would definitely stay here again.

This townhouse was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything you might need for your stay, I particularly enjoyed the large hot tub and pool. Conveniently located near town shops and restaurants. Only complaint is that by the end of my stay the ants were a little out of control in the kitchen, despite keeping all trash etc clean. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

The place was very nice , spacious, very clean, warming and accommodating .I love the fact that it had every thing you could think of to satisfy your needs, and it was very easy to check in ,it was like being at home away from home and David with the concierge service was very very friendly he helped us with all our event needs and if he wasn’t able to answer my call he called me right back. The condo is beautiful and clean. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook your meals. We really enjoyed out stay. The only exception is the bed sheets. They were clean but old and fuzzy. It was hard for us to have a good night sleep. Other than that everything is exceptional and I would stay there again, but next time I would bring my own sheets.

Loved staying at this property! It worked perfectly for us. The full kitchen worked well and the family room was spacious for 3 adults. 3 bedrooms, each with a private bath gave everyone their own space. Breakfast every morning on the patio with a water view between other condos. Views from the primary bedroom porch were wonderful. The garage was a plus and the beach supplies and cooler were much appreciated. Very quiet location, never heard our neighbors. Would highly recommend this property.

My group loved the location and it’s close proximity to the shopping center with its grocery store, drug store and varied restaurants. It was even within walking distance (.4 mile). Some of the group even walked to the first beach on a regular basis.
The vrbo was very clean and comfy. Any problems were quickly addressed and fixed by just calling the Concierge..
Our group has two requests though. The vrbo needs a broom. There is a dustpan but no broom. The kitchen area needs a step stool for short people like me. I could not reach the top shelf of the cupboards.
We all recommend this place.
