Our family booked 6 nights at this wonderful property. The property was clean with amazing scenic views of the surrounding property and ocean. It was wonderful to have full access to all the hotel amenities at Westin and Mauna Kea sister resorts. Both beaches were beautiful and perfect. We would definitely stay here again when we return to the Big Island.

We love to stay at the MaunaKea Residences and enjoy the easy access to the beach and restaurants. This time we had a slight problem in that the condo was not stocked with toilet paper, we called twice and they never delivered any. This property is not close to any store. Otherwise, great stay!

M101 at Wai ‘ula ‘ula was a perfect place for our family. The 2 master suites plus the additional bedroom & bath were very comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. From beach chairs & towels to the amenities in the fully equipped kitchen, the unit lacked almost nothing. The furnishings and decor were tastefully done in an island style. The lanai was comfortable and clean. I would recommended this unit to families and would stay there again.

Another Five Star (the highest number of stars available) stay at M101!! We’re repeat renters of this condo and every year it feels more PERFECT! The care and investment the owners have made in M101 is evident in that everything is fresh! If I owned a place in this Hawaiian paradise it would be furnished like this and sit in this exact spot. About the condo: top of the line kitchen appliances, full size washer and dryer, TVs in every room, WiFi, a garage, outdoor sitting area, view of the ocean, mountain, golf course. In addition to the great condo, renters have access to the Mauna Kea and Hapuna resort’s, two of the finest resorts on the Big Island. The beaches, pools, fitness centers, restaurants, spas are fantastic!! The benefit of the condo over a resort room: no housekeeping interruptions, ability to spend as much or as little as you want on meals without spending $50+ for a bagel and coffee for two. The perfect condo, at the best resorts= a GREAT VACATION!! I cannot wait to stay at M101 again...in 4 months!!!

Spacious Living. Peaceful and quiet . Such a clean and well equipped condo. Access to great amenities. We have been to Wai'Ula'Ula 6 times with our young kids. The last 2 times have been here at this condo. We plan to make it a 3rd time. Very well maintained and very clean. The owners take great pride in providing a top quality vacation experience. Some of the many things we especially like about this unit. It sits at the end of the neighborhood (last building) which means we have seen only goats and golfers passing by the lanai. It feels so remote and peaceful. The owners give access to their garage where our kids gather their sand toys and boogie boards for our beach days.

The owners are true hosts supplying all high end details to make you feel you are in a luxury resort with all the comforts of home. The view was wonderful. The space was quite private. I enjoyed walking the area each morning. The only thing I did not enjoy, no fault of the owners, was not knowing there would be so many flys. Maybe something other pp would know about this location or this time of year. The access to the beaches/resorts was wonderful. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable experience.

My family spent 5 nights at the beautiful and relaxing Wai'ula'ula M101 condominium. I chose this condo both for its size and amenities offered, as we were looking for a special experience for our 25th wedding anniversary and family trip. The condo was clean and beautiful and felt very private. The high end appliances in the kitchen and grill on the lanai made cooking enjoyable. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the golf course, ocean, and sunsets from the lanai each evening. My teens enjoyed walking to the nearby amenity center and swimming in the infinity edge pool and working out in the gym. I enjoyed morning walks through the hilly and peaceful neighborhood. The access to the Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel (currently undergoing a huge remodel to Westin) and Mauna Kea Beach Resorts was one of the primary reasons we stayed at Wai'ula'ula, and that did not disappoint. The resort access cards provided convenient parking access to both resorts and the chair and towel service was a wonderful convenience. We couldn't decide which of the two resort/ beaches we liked better, as both were spectacular in different ways. It was less than an hour drive to Waipi'o and Hawi for ATV and zip-lining adventures and beautiful lush scenery. Our favorite restaurant was the Seafood Bar and Grill just a short 10 minute drive up the coast. Mauna Lani and Waikoloa resort communities and shopping are both within 10-15 minutes drive south. We noticed that the climate was sunny on the Kohala Coast where we stayed, and when we went south to Kailua-Kona or inland to Waimea, it was more cloudy and wet, so we appreciated the weather there. If you want a quiet, relaxing, and beautiful vacation with driving access to both Kailua-Kona and all that the beautiful Kohala Coast has to offer, then this is the place to stay.

This condo was amazing. The condo was the most well organized and most well stocked I've ever seen. Kitchen was great, eveything you need to cook and more. I highly recommend it!
