Beautiful home and view. Within 20 minutes of many great restaurants, farmers markets, and beaches. The kitchen is well stocked. The pool was nice to cool down in. Would definitely come back to this home.

What an incredible home! The views are amazing. We stayed on the 4th of July and watched the fireworks from the house. The home was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with any utensils you may need. Would definitely recommend!

The house was beautiful and the perfect location for all the activities we had planned. The pictures included on the listing did not do the view justice, it was incredible and felt like the ocean was only a few yards away. Getting to watch the sunset every day from the patio over the water made our honeymoon unforgettable! One minor thing, the bed was very uncomfortable, it was very firm and we had to take pillows from all of the other rooms to get comfortable since there is only two non-decorative pillows on each bed. I think upgrading to a more comfortable master bed and providing far more pillows would make this house perfect! (Pillows were in the closet but no additional pillow cases were available that we were able to find.) Also for anyone who really hates bugs, the windows do not actually seal closed and the screens are not installed to be flush to the window so there are little gnats everywhere and its impossible to get rid of them. Further, the pool light is on all night attracting them so the surface of the pool is littered with them every morning. We ended up not using the pool because having to constantly clean it was not something we were interested in doing. Lastly, the grill really needs to be replaced, it was really unusable during our stay. Other than that, the landscaping was beautiful, the kitchen was amazing and perfectly stocked with everything we needed, and the neighborhood felt safe and comfortable. We would definitely book this property again!

Best vacation rental ever! Everyone in my party thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The ammonites were top notch and had all the comforts of home. The house had everything you could want from items in the kitchen to pool and beach supplies. All the furniture was super comfortable and every bedroom was its own little escape. The views at sunrise and sunset were breathtaking! We had most meals on the patio and enjoyed the weather and views while building lifetime memories. Thank you so much for an amazing experience!

We had a wonderful stay. House and the views were gorgeous. Kitchen was extremely well stocked. Even better was the garage with boogie boards, chairs, snorkeling equipment, which were all in great shape. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful with endless ocean views.
Master bath and bedroom were stunning. Short drive to a number of beautiful beaches. Would recommend Kua Bay beach and bring the boogie boards and snorkeling equipment for an amazing day riding the waves and swimming with tropical fish and turtles. Go early though as the parking gets filled up.
Really quite convenient to and from KOA airport as well.

We had zero complaints with this beautiful home. The kitchen had everything you could ever need, high end appliances, and enough dishes to last a week! The bedrooms were beautifully decorated with high quality furniture. The only complaint we could find was the lack of space in the 3rd bedroom as it has a vessel sink.
You won’t be disappointed if you book his beautiful home! We will be back next time!

We stayed at this beautiful property last week. It is even better than the picture show. Very large for three couples. The weather wasn’t great so the pool got minimal use but would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.
Totally separate from the home, the neighbor across the street Complained about our lights on outside the house. We were very careful always to have lights out by 10 o’clock and as we’re all in our 60s the noise was minima while playing cards. Mention this only for future renters to be prepared the community bylaws say lights out at 10:00 and not him be an issue.

Beautiful home and wonderful of sunsets and the ocean. Central to getting around the island; excellent locations. The home was extremely clean and well kept; the only issue was that of gnats caring both sinks in master bedroom. Seems that they breed in the drain. Took several days to get under control but the property manager was extremely responsive and helpful with that issue. We also noted little things…faulty blinds in second bedroom, broken coffee machine…..but the property managers were again very responsive. Overall, great place….beautifully landscaped and well kept. Loved the home and the views! Would have given 5 stars except the dishwasher was not working for 7 1/2 days of our 8 day trip. While this may not bother most famililes, we are a family of 6 who prefers to enjoy home cooked meals while on vacation. I love to cook, but work full-time. For vacations I choose house rentals based on views and kitchens. Unfortunately, spent more time than I would have liked hand washing dishes. Repairman came in afternoon of last day to repair dishwasher. Dishwasher may be fixed at this point, but we did not get a chance to use it. Family otherwise enjoyed the home.

My family and I stayed 7 day in this beautiful home. We had a wonderful time on the island, this was mainly due to the house we came back to every day. It was roomy and very well equipped. The home is great for all ages, we had my wife's older parents with us and young and older children. Everyone had there own space and there own bathrooms. The only thing I can recommend is to label the keys to the home better. it was a little challenging to figure out what keys when to what door, when we first got in but we figured it out with in about 15min. Other than this minor issue everything went very smooth. The view from the decks and master bead room was breath taking during the day and night. Communications with the property manager was good and they answered questions very promptly. Over all 10 out of 10. If you decide to rent this home you will not be disappointed.

From the moment you drive up you know you are in paradise. The picture perfect neighborhood is quite and well landscaped. The home is exactly as described and pictured. It’s the best well stocked property we have ever stayed in. Absolutely spotless and well maintained. We were stunned by the incredible ocean view and sunsets.
We were living the dream sitting by the pool as we watched the sunset over the ocean.
It was an amazing home to spend time hanging out and a perfect location for exploring the Big Island. The property met and exceeded our expectations! We are ready to come back.

This home was as described, more than fully stocked with everything you needed - including stuff for the beach which was fantastic! It was very nice to have 3 rooms w/ their own baths for us and our 2 teenage children. Location and view was fantastic, a very nice neighborhood close to amenities. It was nice to have our own pool, but I would recommend some updating and it did look aged. Overall, I would recommend and it was helped make our vacation fabulous!

My family and I enjoyed our week stay in this beautiful rental property. The home was warm and inviting. We enjoyed all the amenities especially the private pool, well stocked kitchen, and beach chairs/umbrellas. We especially love the property location which has excellent views of the sunset. I recommend changing the master bed since the mattress was firm/hard which is not comfortable for side sleepers like me. Also, the master bedroom vertical blind was warped so it doesn’t block out all the light outside. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. It was fully equipped with all of the state-of-the-art appliances. The layout of the house was perfect with the master BR on one side and the 2 other BRs on the other side of the house. Plenty of space for everyone. We love the gated community of Keauhou Estates without the "resort pomp and madness" of Waikoloa area. It is close to all of the amazing water activities and not far from the volcano activities. We would definitely stay here again!

There were many beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs and pool toys. The view from the deck was amazing. Our stay in this vacation rental was exceptional; we stayed for an amazing week. The view there was spectacular and there was a telescope handy for viewing the ocean. We watched the Queen Lili’ Uokalani Outrigger race from the deck. I went swimming every day in the pool, which also has a view of the ocean; the water was perfect. Water toys were available in the garage, even snorkeling equipment!
Every amenity that could be desired has been included in this house. We arrived tired, hungry, and thirsty from our plane trip; we grateful for the comfortable rooms and available refreshments. If you are planning to eat out, there is a complete list of restaurants, but if you like cooking you are in for a very pleasant surprise; his kitchen is amazing! There are all the appliances and tools for even the most gourmet chef. We planned meals for guests and were surprised to see that there were more than enough dishes and flatware. Cooking and clean up were not a chore with all the latest appliances.
When it was time to say Aloha to the island and our home away from home, I made commitment to myself to return to both.

This vacation was planned a year in advance, hoping to get all schedules to align. With our 2 adult boys and daughter in-law, we wanted a family vacation before grandchildren started to arrive, we barely made it :) We all agreed to visit the Big Island (a new experience) and stay in a private home. This home was not my first choice, but as soon as we walked in I felt at home. A grand feel/look but homey at the same time, nothing over the top. Home was clean, has everything you need, the wifi quit so we called management and she was on it immediately. It’s a gated community, very secure feeling and staff is friendly. Has enough room for 5 adults to lounge but have their own spaces. Would recommend to family/friends and hope we can visit again.

The house is centrally located so that to all points on the big island (volcano national park, waterfalls, hikes, black sand beach, wiapio valley, etc) is within couple hours drive . Kailua is just minutes away with great restaurants, bars and shopping. We had 5 people in our group , ages 21 to 52 and everyone loved the house and this trip was truly one of the best we have ever been on. The swimming pool and grounds were also perfectly maintained and with house in a private gated community that was also a plus. Staying here really added to the trip overall and made it all the more memorable. The arrival gifts from the owners was way above anything expected and Jennifer was the perfect contact from beginning to end. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!
