This condo is in the absolute perfect location, directly on the beach and easy walking distance to groceries, drug store and great restaurants. The condo complex feels very private and is surrounded by lush greenery with ample parking. The pool is large and great for swimming laps and there was never a shortage of loungers by the pool. The condo itself has all the amenities you need, for inside and the beach. The furniture is very comfortable and the unit has been nicely updated. There is no elevator so mobility may be an issue for some but the stairs were wide and sturdy. There is no washer/dryer in the suite but there is a common laundry room with five sets. You can download an app to avoid using change and this was very convenient. There were 3 in our group and it was an ideal size for us. We really enjoyed watching the sunsets from the balcony - this unit has spectacular views. I would definitely recommend booking here!

PROS: We overall enjoyed out stay here, the condo was very clean and well appointed, the proximately to the beach/groceries etc was exceptional. The communication with the property manager was very good. The complex itself isn't overly huge and many of the other people there we found to be owners/longer term rental retirees. The pool and bbq weren't super busy and people were very friendly and we loved it for our young family.
CONS: The A/C units are in room and very NOISY which we found disrupted our sleep a lot and unfortunately, it was too warm without them even with the window's open. Also, there is no kitchen table (4 counter stools) so if that is important be mindful when booking.

The view of the ocean is just as stunning as the pictures! This condo was perfect for our family vacation to Maui. The beach is beautiful and we loved our swims in the pool. It has a very nice grilling area we used for cooking dinners. Michaela’s condo is clean and well stocked with everything we needed for the week. It is close to the grocery stores and just a great location for all the things we wanted to see and do on the island. Michaela was readily available to answer any questions we had and made our check in/check out super easy. Our next trip to Maui we hope to stay here again. Thank you Michaela. Aloha!

Fantastic location for a family beach trip. We enjoyed walking along the beach to see sea turtles at night and loved playing in the pool in the afternoons!

Easy check-in, nice enough place, older with some updates, slate floor tiles aren't even and we tripped a couple times, could use some better shower cleaning (gunk in corner and hair), living room rug is full of sand, no table for 4 to sit and play games, pool area was very nice and pool was warm and nice. Right on the beach so you could take morning and evening walks. Great neighborhood with places you can walk to for eating and entertainment.

Amazing experience for our first visit to Maui! The property was better than I could have imagined. All the comforts of home (no joke). The beds were so comfortable and we really appreciated the in room ceiling fans and air conditioning! Everything we needed was in the condo or close by. Walking distance to stores and lunch spots! We loved walking the beach and sitting outside each day and enjoying the sunset (every day was better than the last) and whale watching. Even took advantage of the complex pool, grills, and laundry facilities! Literally everything we needed and more!

Overall it was a good stay.
Pros: The location is great, the view is wonderful, could see the sunset off the lanai, and the size of the condo is decent. Missed a table inside but made do with the kitchen counter and outside seating for meals. AC worked well but was a little loud.
Cons: The floors were not clean, we do not wear shoes inside and the bottoms of our feet were dirty after walking barefoot inside within the first hour there. The master shower had some issues, either dirt or mold, pan was stained or dirty as well. You could hear conversations of neighbors when screen doors and windows open, crying children through the walls at night. No washer and dryer was a bit inconvenient as the common ones were expensive and a bit rusty. The property is maintained well but you can see wear and age throughout.

Everything was as advertised. Very clean. Internet was a bit slow and spotty. The AC units were noisy. In the end we had a great time.

This unit is in a great location, next to a fabulous beach. It is beautifully presented and comfortable. Our only feedback was that the air conditioning units, which were floor units, were not as effective as expected at cooling the condo, which remained quite warm in the living area. The guest bathroom extractor fan was also not working, making that room muggy and hot. I hope these maintenance issues can be addressed!

This property and beach/pool were great for our family. While the unit is small, it is comfortable and quiet. The view makes up for small size of the place, and most of the time, you’ll be out enjoying the pool and ocean, which are both just a minutes walk. It is close to groceries, snorkel rentals and restaurants! We will be staying here again on our next trip!

This property looked too good to be true when we booked it. Everything about it was perfect. The view is exactly what you see in the pictures. My two teenagers jaws dropped when we walked in and they saw the view. We stayed 10 days and never once turned on the TV. The view was that good. The beach feels almost private as some days we were the only ones on it. Turtles to swim with every day. The rooms were good size, extremely clean, well stocked with anything we could have needed and the property manager kept in communication with us throughout the process. If not for the 13 hour flight we’d be back each year.
This was our first VRBO experience and this exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this renatal unit.

Our family loved our stay. We love the Kihei area. This condo was perfect location, easily accessible to everything we needed for week long stay. We loved the view of the grounds from the upper floor. It might be easier to stay on ground level with children next time. The pool was great. There were several families with children there which my son enjoyed. Didn't love the hassle of doing community laundry. But that is no fault of owner. Would suggest additional beach towels for future stays. This will be our go to place next time we visit.

This is perfect for a get away with friends or a romantic getaway with your partner. Condo is clean with lots of amenities. The view from the balcony is stunning and exactly like the photo. Just steps to a beautiful beach with calm waters (good for swimming). Grocery shopping and restaurants are within walking distance and everything else is a short drive. Very helpful and responsive property manager. I would highly recommend if you looking for a place in Kihei.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this condo. It is exactly as pictured! The views from the balcony, especially sunsets, were exquisite. This unit has everything you need. It was especially nice to have the beach chairs and cooler. We stocked up on breakfast and lunch items. We ate breakfast in every morning, but often packed lunches to eat on the go. We rarely.left without our cooler packed. Groceries are VERY expensive in Hawaii (e.g., $11 bag of bread). I'm not sure we saved much by eating in, but appreciated the convenience. The pool is gorgeous and you're likely to have it to yourself. Grills are nice quality. There is no laundry in the unit, but there is a laundry room downstairs. We almost preferred this (aside from additional cost) because then we could do 4 loads at once. We packed light expecting to do laundry. You can use quarters or an awesome app to pay for loads ($2). Someone kindly left detergent behind so we didn't need to purchase, which was terrific. There was also leftover dishwasher detergent. We tried to pay it forward by leaving some things behind, as well. The AC units worked well. We like it cold and they sufficed, but it isn't central air. There is no ice maker, but you can make cubes or buy a couple bags, which we did. Sleep sofa was high quality. Beds were comfortable. Drying rack on balcony was well used. Be sure to place in front of exhaust from AC unit as that air is hot and dried towels quickly. Otherwise items are slow to dry in humid climate. Internet was very fast. TV was large and we could access Netflix. Hulu, etc. Owner was kind and responsive. Location was very central to all sites. We especially loved that the property was directly on a nice beach. Many other units on VRBO are across the street. The views from the balcony, especially sunsets, were exquisite.

Very pleasant place to stay. Clean, roomy and well-equipped. Large and convenient kitchen with all the tools you need to prepare meals. Lanai was perfect for watching the sunset during dinners. AC worked well for every room and nice big screen TV with Netflix :-)

Process with Michaela was very smooth and high level of communication. Location is right on beach and we walked to Nalu’s great happy hour and a couple of shave ice places - lots of stuff is a short walk or drive from property. Has everything you need. Plenty of room. Used the outdoor grills which were kept clean.

We enjoyed our week at this spot. It was so convenient, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The pool and beach access were great to, with the property very well kept and maintained. The condo was perfect for us and had a wonderful view. We enjoyed watching the ocean and all the happenings around us. Overall a great place to stay, and I plan to return.
