Property was just as the pictures showed. Host had great communication. They gave us early warning of anything that might surprise us from recent storms, allowed us to check-in early, and responded within half an hour. Benefit of staying here vs. a hotel was the unexpected amenities such as beach chairs, umbrella, and kitchen. Generally clean with working AC and friendly community.

I just finished an amazing stay in Kihei, Maui 14-18FEB2025, and I wanted to write about it as a counterpoint to some of the horror stories we see here. For less than the price of a decent hotel a block from the beach, I booked this condo partially overlooking the ocean. The owner Erin was very accommodating, and prompt on making my stay care free with flexibility on check in and check out process. I will certainly recommend this condo for future stays.Kihei would still be a great option—it's a solid base to explore Maui with beaches, food, and shopping all close by. Plus, it’s not too far from places like Wailea and Makena, so it’ll save you time on those day trips. Free Parking was a breeze in the complex

My husband and I rented this property and met up with another couple at the same resort. The location was perfect. Communication with the host was easy although we didn’t need to communicate very often because the condo had everything we needed. The host was extremely helpful when we did reach out though. We recommend this property.

Very nice condo in North Kihei. The property (some beachfront) had recently been damaged by flooding which they were working hard to repair. All in all, the stay was nearly perfect. The condo was very comfortable and relaxing, Thank you.

Awesome condo to stay in. Check in process is easy. Erin replies promptly to questions. Condo is clean, well equipped, and has A/C. Awesome lanai with great view. The beach is only steps away and its lovely to watch the sunset. Location is pretty central, easy to get to Hana, Halaekala, airport, Maui ocean center, other beaches, Kaanapali, etc. We enjoyed our stay.

I cannot say enough about Erin and the properties. We rented this apartment and the one across from it.
First, Erin was wonderful, kind, helpful- the absolute best.
Second, the apartments were so clean. We had everything we needed. The complex is quiet and beautiful, and they have the sweetest couple managing the property.
Last, we loved our location. We were 20 minutes from the airport. We had a coffee place and bakery right down the road, along with a produce stand, ABC store and shaved ice stand. We will definitely stay again.

This condo is centrally located on the island and convenient to Kahului, Lahaina, and Paia. The unit itself is clean, comfortable and nicely updated with everything you could need. The complex is small compared to others nearby and this is a good thing. Great pool and the soft and sandy beach is just steps from the door of the unit. Great restaurants, shops, and grocery stores (with excellent poke bowls) are just minutes away on Kihei Rd. I can’t think of anything we would’ve needed that wasn’t here. Book this place without hesitation.

The location is amazing, it's right on the beach! We enjoyed sitting in the balcony in the morning and evenings. Kihei is a great base for Maui - it's in the middle of all activities. The apartment is well equipped, there are even beach chairs, pool noodles, and boogie boards available in the balcony.
The only issue was the dusty ACs - looks like they haven't been cleaned for ages, and smell really bad. It can get very hot in the middle of the day so we could not stay inside during the day. Opening windows and using ceiling fans was enough to cool the place down at night though.

Everything was as described and my family and I really loved the place. Enjoyed walking the beach every morning. The fact that food and essentials were within walking distance was a plus also. We went to sugar beach bakery and shaved iced place everyday. The ABC store and farmers market were a nice surprise. Everything was perfect for us!

We have stayed in this unit before and were excited to revisit. It was just as wonderful as we remembered! Very comfy bed and nice lanai with a small view. Bonus that this unit seems to always have Tommy Bahama beach chairs. We hope to return again someday!

We were really torn as to where to stay on Maui when we were planning. We are so happy we went with Kehei Kai! What a great home base location: central to all parts of the island, easy beach access, and very nice people in our building. There were a few small things we didn’t care for during our stay: there were some noisy construction workers working on the property next door (with the stereotypical construction worker mouths) that killed the quiet neighborhood vibe at times. It was also a bit smelly when we first got here (probably from the humidity and AC units just being turned on) especially in the bedroom, so we got some air fresheners and that helped a lot. We also thought the laundry was in the unit, but that is a shared facility and you have to pay which was a bit of a bummer. Overall though, the good outweighed the not so good. We would definitely stay here again. Mahalo!

This was a perfect place for my wife and I on our recent Maui trip. Centrally located to easily get to any location on the island and also right on the beach itself! We barely ever turned on the AC because with just windows open it stayed cool at night and comfortable during the day. Erin has her place equipped with all the things you'd need for a lovely stay. For those who absolutely need to see the water, there's a good view from one end of the table when you are sitting out on the lanai. Highly recommend staying here!
