The condo was in good order, clean and well appointed. Our main issue was it was just too hot inside. There was no way to get air circulation through the condo even with the many well located fans. We realize this issue is not the fault of the owner but its location within the development.

The house was perfect. Has everything you need and the location is ideal to everything on the island. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, sits right on the golf course. Fully stacked kitchen, beach supplies, towels, cable, first class experience. 12/10.

Very comfortable place, as long as we kept the fans going. The owner provided ample fans in each room. The unit was more spacious than we expected and was perfect for our friend week on the Kona coast. It was close to all our favorite beaches and owner provided all the beach equipment we could use: towels, chairs, umbrella, ice cooler and even snorkel equipment and boogie boards. The apartment complex was quiet and it felt private because we rarely ran into others. Check in and check out were super simple, and owner was very quick to respond! We really enjoyed ourselves?

The condo was nice, it had everything we needed and unlike some rentals it provided unexpected items such as laundry supplies (detergent and dryer sheets) and beach supplies. It was a little noisy when there were tenants upstairs and the little lanai was pretty dirty ( screen and tiles were in need of cleaning). I would recommend this condo and would rent it in the future if available.

We enjoyed the convenience of the location. Property was clean and well appointed. The only upgrade would be to add an air conditioner- even a simple $350 one from Home Depot would be awesome… as the master bedroom gets a little warm for the fans to keep up with.

Nice pool in the complex and general setting. Comfortable beds. Good internet. Nice beach gear. Air circulation required multiple fans because unit was below roadway facing road. (No garden view.) Suggest clarifying arrival directions to say drive past main entrance travelling NW across gulch on right side to second entrance to the property.

Was a little skeptical at first with the No-Refund policy. Thought about it for a day and asked myself, “When have you ever canceled a reservation on The Big Island?” We were timeshare owners in Paniolo Greens for 10 years. This place has a better workout center and equivalent pool with fewer guests. Great place with ceiling fans, newer appliances and nice full-time neighbors. I would stay here again.

In the middle of lush greens and the gold course, we had the pleasure of staying in this nicely decorated and fully equipped condo…the beds were comfortable and the kitchen equipped with everything we needed…it also came with washer/dryer in the unit…plenty of towels to use and beach equipment…the pool was nearby and we were able to use their workout gym and facilities…
the only downside is that the neighbor to the right of us constantly bothered us and kept asking questions on how the condo was being used through the rental sites…she even waited for us at the carport…she was very nosy and would tell us that our car would be towed away cause she didn’t think we had the right to park their…
Besides that neighbor, the condo was perfect for our stay and would book this site again…
If you are looking for a quiet and have a peaceful stay…this is the place for you…

Two of us stayed two weeks in December. Unit is as presented. We did not make use of the property amenities so cannot comment on them. It was quiet during our stay with only normal daytime activity. The only recommended improvement would be the master, kitchen, and lanai blinds; they work sufficiently, but are damaged and funky. We will definitely consider staying here in the future. Thanks!

The condo was very clean, well maintained and the bed was so comfortable. The neighbors were quiet and pleasant. Lots of going to the beach stuff. It is the best value. The village grocery store has to be the greatest store on the whole island, great bakery, the deli is amazing they'll even cook you eggs, all kinds of local seafood, you wouldn't have to cook and the employees are great. There are all kinds of great beaches just a few minutes down the hill, the one we like is Spencer State Park, great beach, even has a bunch of trees to get out of the sun, really safe beach for the kids, restrooms, shower, picnic tables, bbq and the parking lot is right next to the beach so you don't have to walk a long way to the beach. (Island secret) If you like to golf and are on a budget the Hamakua Country Club is nice 9 hole course about 40 minutes away and you can golf all day for about $15 (really).

The host thought of most everything you could ever need while vacationing on the Big Island: a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV in the living room and both bedrooms, clean bathrooms stocked with loads of towels and toiletries, and stuff you will need for your visit to the beach like folding chairs, boogie boards, coolers, etc. Our only recommendation is to outfit the bedrooms with portable A/C as it could get unbearably hot in the evening.

The place is really nice. All the amenities are good. It's close to a Market area and Gas station. It's about 30 mins from Kona which has all the good bars and restaurants.
