You will have a private entry and driveway . It is easy to go and come on your own schedule at any time of the day . The Gazebo provides another 200 sq ft of outdoor living to make a great rain or shine living space with over head lighting and ceiling fan and skylight . The neighborhood is quite friendly and active. We have many guest staying in the neighborhood that come to experience the true feeling of Hawaii. The area is filled with young and old. Families will feel right at home like a local resident. We are very close to the beach that has been repeatedly mentioned in the top ten beaches in the world. The white sand and beautiful blue water are like no others. We are very close to Kailua which has grown with many new restaurants and boutiques and cafes. Whole Foods is now anchoring a new shopping area with other stores and restaurants. Every Thursday evening at the Kailua Center there is a local farmer's market and earlier in the day at the local recreation center there is another outdoor flower and vegetable market. On Sunday in the Pali lane parking lot behind Whole Foods there is a local farmers market. At the beach center about 5 minutes from the apartment has all kinds of rentals kayaks,canoes,stand up paddle boards,surf boards, and Sedgways. In Kailua you can also rent snorkel and diving equipment and there is one location for motorized bicycles. Lots to do and new things to try. The Kitchen has granite counters and is fully stocked with cooking utensils and there is a Weber Grill outside in Gazebo.. Microwave,coffee maker ,toaster, and rice cooker. There is a stackable washer and dryer in your apartment The bedroom is furnished with a king bed and high quality linens and covered with a traditional Hawaiian Quilt. You will find a unique closet system for storing clothes. The sofa is a queen sleeper sofa made by American Leather which is an easy set up and store system with a mattress of the best quality and comfort. We are in compliance with ordinance 19-18 (bill 89) minimum rental period is 30 days. This property will be for your exclusive use for 30 days regardless of your actual occupancy.
