This lovely condo was the perfect spot for our two-week Big Island vacation. The location is spectacular, with the surf rolling in right below the lanai, and stunning views. We only used the A/C two nights because it was much more enjoyable to instead keep the doors open and enjoy the sound of the surf. We had our coffee on the lanai every morning and enjoyed sunset cocktails there every evening. The kitchen was fully stocked and provided everything we needed for meals. The fact that it's a corner, top floor unit made the whole experience feel extra special and private. The primary bathroom was really excellent, with separate "his n' hers" vanities, a separate and private toilet room, a large walk-in closet, and a washer/dryer combo. The condo itself was very clean, spacious, and had every amenity we needed to enjoy our time on the Big Island. We had a few questions when we first arrived to which the host responded promptly. We have zero complaints and would return to this condo in a heartbeat. Happy to give it our highest recommendation!

This condo is beautiful! Very quiet and peaceful, huge lanai with incredible views, spotless kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds, and nice private beachfront pool we mostly had to ourselves (small building / not many tenants when we were there). The host, Suzanne,was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is superb. We’ve stayed in at least 15 vrbos in Hawaii, most were very nice, but none compared to this condo in Kona.
When renting, there are several things that matter,
and this place has it all:
Comfortable furniture (in and out)
Well stocked kitchen utensils, pans etc.
Hangers in the very large closet
Lots of drawers and hooks
It has AC but we didn’t use it
Clean clean clean!
Beautiful renovation!
It was like IKEA, they thought of everything.
The location and view can’t be beat. One review
mentions noise from the church next door, it is not an issue. It was quiet~aside from the awesome crashing waves. We loved it and would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed staying in your very well appointed ocean front, ocean view condominium,. We found everything that we needed to have a really enjoyable stay. I would say the only challenge we faced was trying to get a cross draft to cool the place off at night. There are a lot of fans but getting a breeze to do down the hall and through the screen door on the front was practically impossible most nights but we eventually were able to get the place cool enough to sleep in each night and I have to say that I for sure Highly recommend lstaying there as it is a true oceanfront experience. Would stay again if I return to the island.

When we originally booked this condo it had several outside seating/lounging options. When we arrived it had a table with 4 chairs and only 1 lounger. That was a little disappointing. The condo was very clean and well stocked. It is truly on the ocean the view was outstanding.

We had to change plans from Maui just a few days before our trip and I was worried about finding something we liked as much as the Maui condo in such short notice. This place did NOT disappoint! It was the very best supplied rental we have ever stayed in. They seriously thought of everything! The view from the lanai was absolutely amazing and the sunsets out there were breathtaking. Condo was clean, ready early and we didn’t have one issue. Two things to be aware of-it’s on the third floor with no elevator. This may be an issue for some but we were fine with it. (Hubby did all the carrying!) the other I saw mentioned in a review before we booked. The condo is a corner unit and there is a small but very active church right next door. It didn’t bother us though. There are shades on that side of the lanai, if you want to close them but we were up high enough, it didn’t phase us. Condo is in a great location with easy access to the main road, going to “town” but not in the middle of craziness. The people below us had just bought and moved there part time and we’re super friendly. Book this condo, you will be glad you did.

Excellent location and views. We found the condo very clean and easy to check in and out. Nice new kitchen, comfortable bed, indoor furniture dated but clean and adequate. Neighbors were helpful and friendly. Gave great restaurant recommendations. We’d rent here again. Paul at the management company was excellent to work with (easy to get ahold of).

The elevator smelled absolutely horrible, unfortunately I had to take because of walking issues.
Towels were old and ragged, bed was horrible, dryer filter filthy, no umbrellas at the pool to get out of the sun, limited pots and pans. etc.

The crown jewel of this rental is the view from the huge balcony - we spent so much time just sitting and enjoying the beautiful sunsets and listening to the waves. The condo was clean, well stocked, and in a nice location. Just for full disclosure - it does sit next to a church which had outdoor activities pretty much every night - most were over by early evening but you do get some noise- was not a bothersome level. We would definitely rent again if we are back on the big island. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

If you love being on the ocean, you cannot do better than this well located, comfortable and well equipped condo. Its spacious and quiet. We had a wonderfully relaxing week. Debbie was warm and helpful. And did I mention the oceanfront lanai? Heaven.

We never tired of sitting on the lanai and enjoying the breezes and watching and listening to the ocean waves come in. The location was fantastic as a launchpad for the rest of the island and the home itself was in excellent shape and well appointed. Super comfortable bed and recliner chairs. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Thanks for making your property available. It was lovely.
