Great property in a perfect location in Waikiki. Just 1 block to Waikiki Beach and a great view of the ocean to enjoy. Property is supplied with lots of beach toys though we only used a few of them ourselves. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom making it perfect for 2 couples. The mattresses and pillows were super comfy.

We met friends in Waikiki for their 20th anniversary and loved our stay in this great space! We had plenty of room to catch up in this stylish condo. We all loved sitting on the balcony watching Waikiki wake up as well as watching the sun set in the evenings.
Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed making breakfast in the well appointed kitchen. It was nice to have both a single-serve as well as a coffee pot at our fingertips, as well as a washer and dryer!

Great location close to Waikiki beach. My husband, two college age children and myself stayed for a few days before heading to the North Shore. It was perfect for my daughter and I to walk the short distance to the beach for some float time and sun. My entire family enjoyed walking around Waikiki to the food vendors and shopping. The air conditioning units in the unit worked great which was something that was important to my family as it’s humid this time of year. Minimal city noise at night which was a pleasant surprise from my previous visit in another part of the city. The beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. Overall a great experience and I would not hesitate to return.

Is was a gorgeous place and very comfortable. The balcony was so relaxing watching the sunsets and daily rainbows. Great restaurants in walking distance.
The garage and hallways could use some cleaning and updating.
If you are renting a bigger car, the parking space is a little challenging.

So much to do in the area, didn’t spend too much time at property. Only things that would have been better are property amenities like pool and better parking for bigger vehicles. Otherwise we have no complaints. We were close enough to Waikiki Beach that that made up for it!

This beautiful condo is walkable to great Waikiki beaches, so no need to hassle with parking. The owners are very easy to work with- the aerobed provided had a slow leak and within hours the owner had dropped off a new one! Sitting on the front lanai watching the waves and planning our vacation day was one of our favorite activities here. There is an included parking spot with the rental, which is hard to find in Honolulu, and it was so useful.

Words can’t describe how wonderful it was waking up to this view. This unit is located in the heart of Waikiki and is steps away from everything. Going to the beach, the strip, restaurants, Starbucks and amazing shave ice couldn’t be easier. The highlight for my kids was walking the strip, taking in the night life and shopping every night.
The unit had more than enough space for the four of us (as we had initially intended to travel as a family of 6). The beds were incredibly comfy as was the couch. Our family enjoyed eating dinner in the large dining room and everything and anything you needed was at your fingertips.
Barb was so fantastic throughout the entire process. She responded to emails within hours and even when there was a glitch with the processing of my payments through VRBO she went above and beyond
I highly recommend staying here. Thank you Barb for an amazing time!

Loved our stay- truly a home away from home. Layout is great, balcony is lovely - great place to drink coffee in the morning and sip cocktails in the evening while watching the waves roll in on Waikiki beach. Location is very convenient - can walk to beach in 3 minutes and restaurants are only steps away. Stepping into the condo is like walking into a calm oasis above the hub bub of Waikiki. Beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning keeps the condo very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked ( keurig ). Everything was spotless and we truly loved our stay. Also, the hosts are very communicative and welcoming. We will definitely be back.

Condo was absolutely beautiful! Everything we needed and more. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. There is a Small break in the buildings where you can see the ocean from lanai… mostly see surrounding buildings. Inside of condo was very pretty and very roomy. We enjoyed our stay!

I read all the reviews going in so I expected the property to be sort of run down but great when you are inside the property. Did not see any cockroaches. The noise from the streets can be noisy but expected it as well. Overall, the size and cleanliness was great. Location was perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Frank and Barbara’s beautiful condo just steps from Waikiki Beach. The condo was spacious and well appointed with two large bedrooms, comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen and amazing lanai that spanned the length of the condo with gorgeous ocean views. We were within walking distance to Honolulu’s best dining and shopping areas and enjoyed many dinners on the lanai watching the sunset.
We would definitely stay here again.

Very nicely remodeled condo. Clean, comfortable, & roomy. Condo Location & parking space is perfect. Wish it had a Barbeque in lanai, even a portable Weber would be very enjoyable, but maybe it is a safety thing I do not know about. Sofa sits too low, and you have to get out of it on all fours, really tough to get out of it for an older person. Surprised it was not a Deep 5” Thick Mattress sofa bed. Overall we were very pleased. Thank you.

The overall location is great and the balcony and ocean view are beautiful. The accommodations are great and it is definitely bit enough to fit 5-6 adults comfortably.
The jalousie style windows aren't the best for blocking noise from the street or heat from the sun, but since we weren't in the room that much, it was bearable. Loved the air conditioning though!

The condo was just as described, ideally located, beautiful views. Great communication with Nathan. We felt very safe with the security in the building, the beds were very comfortable and you had everything needed to enjoy our stay. The views were incredible day and night. Easy assess to H1 and parking for family visits at the Zoo only a block away. Would recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed in PH1 for a week following Thanksgiving and loved everything about it. The location was perfect and is probably the closest condo/residential building to the beach in all of Waikiki. It's about a block away from the family friendly lagoon and you have a good view of the water from the balcony. Frank, Barbara, and Nathan really thought of everything and they leave you with all the beach toys/floats/chairs/umbrellas/towels/etc. that you'll need. We didn't realize until our last day, but there was also a pack n' play left in the second bedroom closet (it was a Graco and I think on the smaller side, so if you have an older toddler then you may still need to bring your own). You have a parking spot, so you don't have to worry about those crazy daily parking rates at a hotel (though you really don't need a car unless you just need for a couple days to go around the island). It's also a very short and easy bus ride to Diamond Head. We absolutely loved the PH and we definitely plan to make it our go-to when we make it back out to Waikiki. Great location less than five minutes to the beach. Apartment had everything you could ask for in amenities with large decks and ocean views. Both bedrooms had full ensuite and the master bedroom was huge. Convenience store right next door and tour transport close by. All owners easy to communicate with and very helpful. We would not hesitate to stay there again and will be recommending the apartment to all our friends and acquaintances

The condo is spacious and clean and very comfortable. Views from the lanais are good. The beach is a few minutes walk from the front door and the condo had beach towels. ABC store is steps away. Nathan, the local manager was very helpful. Painting of the condo parking area started earlier than expected. Nathan took the initiative let us know and to arrange other parking until our departure. My sisters and I were happy we splurged for this long weekend family meet up.

The Onzo's Penthouse was everything that we were hoping it to be. The unit was located just a block away from Waikiki beach and minutes away from shopping, restaurants, & more. The unit is described and photographed exactly as shown. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary utilities needed to make some amazing meals. There was more then enough room for the six of us and offered us comfort, views, and access to everything Waikiki offered. Frank and his on location support Nathan were kind, polite and quick to respond to all of our inquires. We would not hesitate to book this unit again when visiting Waikiki.

My wife and I stayed at the Penthouse #1 for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it! It was my wife’s first time in Hawaii and PH#1 really set the standards high. Frank and Barb were very personable and excellent to work with. When we arrived Nathan was an All-Star! He helped us get situated and made us feel very comfortable. The place comes with one reserved parking spot which is so convenient especially with all of the activities going on around Waikiki. We rented a car for a week so that we can see all of Oahu so having a reserved spot was critical.
First impression was the interior design which exceeded our expectations. The appliances and furniture are brand new and you can tell there was a lot of care and attention involved. Mattress was very comfortable with a good balance between firm and soft. The feel and design of the place felt luxurious, we highly recommend this to any newlywed.
Second, great location! It was a block away from the beach – PH#1 offered quality beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels. Major attractions were walking distance depending where you are going. We used Uber for a few nights and it only cost us $5 - $10 USD to get to the opposite side of Waikiki. There are restaurants and a convenient store nearby so you’re never short on supplies.
Our overall experience was wonderful because of PH#1. We’re happy that we chose this place as our Honeymoon stay and we’re looking forward to staying here again in the future. Customer service was spectacular and Nathan was there to help with any questions and concerns.
Side Note: I forgot my wedding ring after we left Hawaii and Nathan graciously mailed it back to Washington, D.C. – That is hospitality at its finest! Thank you so much!

The owners were always available to speak with and very knowledgeable of the area. Great view of the ocean from the terrace. The beds were very comfortable and each bedroom has a private bathroom. The full kitchen, stocked with dishes and cooking supplies, and the washer/dryer were a great convenience during our stay. The dining room and family room is spacious and beautifully designed. The owners have beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards for the guests to use during their stay!! The location is right at the end of the shopping, restaurants, and tourists area and is an easy walk to Kalakaua Ave and down to Waikiki Beach.

We had a great time while we were in Oahu. I took two high school graduates and my sister to Hawaii for 10 days. We spent 6 days in Maui and 4 in Oahu. My daughter said she wished we had stayed in Oahu longer because that was her favorite island. The accommodations certainly helped. We had a view of the ocean and a short 2 block walk to Waikiki Beach and the owners had 4 great beach chairs and 2 umbrellas to spend the entire day at the beach. The condo is centrally located to plenty of shopping and eating, too. The furnishings are very chic and modern. It does have air conditioning, but not central air. If you are standing in front of the air you can freeze, but move outside of the air conditioning, it can get a bit warm. My sister and I were a little warm at night while sleeping in the master. The girls said they were fine. I'd highly recommend this unit though.

Stayed for 4 nights here. Nathan met our arrival at the unit to help with parking, entry, and orientation. Both he and Frank were easy to reach before and during the stay. We loved our stay. Close to the beach, easy free parking for our rental car, quick access to an excellent Safeway for our groceries, well-equipped kitchen, great view, and ability to do our laundry without leaving the unit.
