Our stay was amazing. Place is exactly as described. On-site free parking. Short walk to watch the sunrise. Nice hike to Anini beach. Team was great with communication. Free use of anything needed for the beach. Quiet area. Nice to come back and relax at after a long hike. We will definitely stay here again.

We could not have asked for a better trip and home base. The property was everything we needed and wanted for our stay. The views are amazing, the condo was a perfect size for the five of us (3 adults and 2 teens). It was a great place to come back to after days hiking and exploring. It had everything we needed to prepare some lovely dinners from the local fish market and plenty of extras to make our beach adventures more comfortable. We did not have to contact the host during our stay but the instructions and communication prior to coming included all the information we needed. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you!

This is a great location for a stay in north shore Kauai! It is an easy drive to Princeville center, Hanalei and all the north shore beaches. The inside of the property has been updated and is very comfortable. We did have to clean the upstairs sinks and counter tops, but not a show stopper. They have everything you need for cooking and for the beach (towels, snorkel gear, water shoes, and chairs). The communication with the property owner was excellent from the time we made the reservation to the time we checked out.
One of the best things about this property is that you can relax on the back patio and see the sunset, view of the ocean, and there was a nesting albatross that we were able to see!

Our family of 5 just had a great week here. It had everything we could need and we loved just sitting out back watching the wonderful view. The beds were super comfy and everything was organized nicely, as well as plenty of beach equipment to borrow. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 3 stayed for spring break. We love being in Princeville so the location was perfect for us. The condo itself was well appointed and comfortable without being too fussy. The manager did walk right in the first day and asked my daughter if she was supposed to be there (we were unpacking upstairs), but quickly left after realizing we had checked in that day. Neighbors and area were clean and quiet. Sleeping with windows and doors open kept the night cool enough to sleep. Overall, great condo and we would return.

This place was amazing! Beautiful views, you could see the sunset right outside the back door. Very comfortable and they had everything we needed, chairs, ice chest, etc! They were very responsive to questions and concerns!!

We have visited Kauai multiple times & have almost always stayed in Princeville. We loved this townhouse’s location on the edge of the golf course, with an ocean view from the living room window & back lanai. The unit was very clean & well-kept with just about anything you can think of. Great Webber gas grill on the lanai, a large outdoor storage closet with cooler, beach equipment, etc. The house had everything we needed including sunscreen, shampoo, soaps, etc. The kitchen was well equipped & appliances were in excellent condition. Suzanne & Kira were awesome to correspond with & were very prompt in answering questions, etc. Everything exceeded our expectations. (Except the wet, windy weather, which was beyond anyone’s control, but was great for The Eddie to go this year on Oahu!).

Communication with the property manager was fantastic. Questions before the trip were promptly answered and one tiny issue during the visit was addressed timely.
Parking was convenient, condo clean and had a terrific layout for our family. The condo was as advertised and had a a beautiful golf course, ocean view and very peaceful.
The guest binder was thorough and easy to help guide this newbie VRBO guest. We would definitely stay here again. If you are staying in Princeville, this condo will not disappoint.

Our flights are at 8 and 9 am this morning so we are at the airport and have checked out of the condo.
The Positives: It is a most beautiful location. The decor in the living area is wonderful. The kitchen is equipped perfectly. We loved watching our daughter and her husband play golf on this fantastic course. We never saw any ants or bugs.
The Negatives: The place could have been cleaner. We cleaned up spills on the floor. There should have at least been hand soap at each sink. The worst negative is the bedding. The pillows were so flat, the sheets were very thin (my husband thought he was going to put a toe through one). Both couples thought the mattress could be updated.
All in all, we had a great time. We would recommend this place but have them ask about the beds and bedding.

My family stayed here for a week and had a great time. Kira and Suzanne immediately answered all of our questions. Being between the golf course and the Westin meant being able to enjoy fantastic sunrises every morning, and a view of the ocean. With the front and back door open, there was a lovely breeze that kept the house cool all day. Everything was clean. Plenty of beach chairs and gear. Easy walk to Princeville shopping center and short drive to so many beautiful beaches. Thanks for a great vacation!

Just the right size for 4 adults, enough beach equipment to use while visiting the island. Nice having laundry machines to keep clothes ready to use again. Parking was sometimes tight but that’s no fault of the property owner…overall nice place to get away…

This condo was tucked back by the golf course and was absolutely beautiful. My family and I were traveling to Kauai for the first time. We came with our three teens (14, 16, and 17). The condo was spacious and really updated. It has some nice touches like beach towels and sunscreen, along with good information about local grocery stores and some local etiquette. This place has a washer and dryer, as well as a dishwasher- which was wonderful for our large family. Additionally, the fridge had condiments which was helpful in cooking some of our own meals. There is no air conditioner, but this was not a problem with all of the windows that could be opened to let in the air. We slept very comfortably. I would prepare people that Kauia (as well as some of the other islands) have a wild chicken issue. If you are a sensitive sleeper- you may want to bring ear plugs. This was not specific to this property, but something to know overall.

A very good and well kept condo with enough lounge and cooking space for the four of us. This is an end unit with ocean and sunset views. The patio opens onto the golf course which make it seem like you have a huge backyard. The check in process was super easy - appreciated after a long flight and driving in at night to a place we've never been.

Our family emjoyed our stay in Kauai. This condo had pretty much everything we needed that would be provided in a hotel suite. I would recommend this place if all you need is a place to sleep.
We hiked down to the beach a couple of times while there. The beach is quiet and not populatef, so that was nice. Most of the time we were out all day at activities or checking out the island.
We didn't use the grill, but that is there if needed. We made use of the kitchen to only cook our breakfasts. The kitchen had everything we needed for that.
The place is clean. Decor and furniture is on the low end, old and island style. There were a couple of throw rugs that kept shredding everytime we stepped on it. Those need replacing.
The only view is that particular one that you see of the golf course and a bit of the ocean. You only see it from the small back patio and a side window from upstairs.
I rated this one star short of a 5 because of the furniture and only partial, faraway view of the ocean.

Our 1st Kauai visit was enhanced by the impeccable accommodations in Princeville. The Puamana condo complex is conveniently located, next to the lovely Westin, within a short drive to groceries, gas, & shops. The condo is completely stocked with condiments, laundry/dish detergents, cleaning supplies, linens, & everything needed for the beach/pool. Since #14A is an end unit, the views are spectacular, & we never heard neighbors. Will definitely return, as Suzanne & Cynthia answered any questions & offered support & advice at anytime. Thank you!

This condo was perfect for our family of four. Very clean and had everything we needed. The view is gorgeous and you can hear the surf in the distance. We liked taking the short walk down the trail to Anini or other days we didn't have to drive far to visit other north shore beaches. It was really nice to have all the beach extras... plenty of beach towels, 3 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, a nice big cooler, tons of beach toys, a variety of snorkel gear. The pool is also very close to this unit.

Our family of 4 (dad, mom, toddler and infant) had a very comfortable stay in this condo. It was clean and had everything we needed. The shower was spacious and the kids loved the jet tub! We enjoyed swimming in the pool and walked to the kids park new Princeville market on a daily basis. There was all the beach gear and toys needed for the girls and the neighborhood was very child friendly. The only thing to be mindful of is that the noise travels but everyone is quite respectful of that. We very much enjoyed our stay! Maholo

We had a great time staying here! We were constantly surprised by what was provided for us. Need some seasonings for dinner? Got it! Need some bug spray? Got it! Need some cold medicine? Got it! Need a cooler and chairs? Got it! The BBQ was also great to have so we could cook up fresh fish. The BBQ was super clean as well. The entire property was very clean with plenty of room. The WIFI worked great. It was awesome being able to walk right down to the beach so we could quickly take advantage of a sunny north shore day.
Our only issue was that one night all of the parking spots were full when we got home, which was very frustrating. If this happens, there is plenty of unmarked parking right around the corner on the way back out, but we were super nervous about where to park before we found that.
If we come back, we would totally stay at this place again.

beautiful view, everything is perfect. owners ensured we have all we need in an apartment (spices, cooking oil, shampoo, beach chairs/mat, towels, and even snorkeling gears). There was everything we need in the kitchen, so we cook most of the meals, saving lots from eating out. thank you so much.

The slider screens were very noisy. Really sounded cheap. On the plus side, I enjoyed the location. The walk to Anini was too steep however. So driving was a better choice. There was no ventilation in the downstairs bathroom, so it was hot and smelly. No fan. Peaceful area to sit on the back porch in the morning with the gorgeous tree, ducks and ocean view.
