The house was immaculate, I was really impressed. I’ve stayed in many rentals and this house was one of the best. Heated pool, very comfortable beds, games, beach supplies, tvs in every room with all of the streaming services, the works! I would recommend this house to anybody.

David's property was perfect for our family of 5. It had everything we needed and then some. This was probably the cleanest and most equipped home we have stayed in. From the beach towels, washer/dryer, coffee grinder, it was just perfect. The pictures don't do it justice and it was more spacious than the pictures showed. Beds were comfortable and pool was clean and heated. We especially loved the chickens and kitty who came by to visit everyday. Definitely recommend highly. Thank you.

My 2 sisters and my 2 nieces stayed for 9 days! The beds were so comfortable! Nice Pool! Love the open living room/kitchen/dining.
It was close to everything nice being able to use the garage and thanks for all the beach chairs / towels/ umbrella!
Could use new pool float's.
This is an amazing place if we ever make it back to this Island this is where we would stay again!

In the past our Vrbo stays have not ever been as advertised- from little inconsistencies to very big ones. This property was clean, the sheets nice, the grounds very well kept. Pool maintenance came multiple times during our stay. Overall I would 100% come back!!!

This house is amazing! Our extended family of 7 adults all loved it. The furniture and beds are all very comfortable. The outdoor space was great for morning coffee and watching sunsets. We also enjoyed watching the chicken and rooster, the many mongoose, occasional cat and geckos. We took advantage of the pool, poolside umbrellas and beach toys. As always, Hapuna Beach is our favorite. We played corn hole on the back lawn. It's a great place to relax after a day of shopping or sightseeing. We loved the well-stocked kitchen and the high-end appliances. The owner has thought of everything you need to make for a relaxing stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed here on our family vacation. It was perfect. Please we more than we expected. Beautiful view, fresh fruit to eat from the tree. There was stuff for us to take to the beach and use in the pool. Really everything you could think of was there for you to use. We even had some chickens and mongoose show up on the property while we were there. The only thing I was slightly sad about was the jacuzzi features didn’t work, so not jets. But nonetheless we’ll definitely rent this place again and recommend it to our family and friends.

This home was beyond perfect. We are big cooks and it had every gadget we could have ever hoped for in addition to a wide variety of spices and staples. The pool was beautiful and the kids played in it daily. We appreciated all of the beach gear, specifically the chairs, umbrella, cooler and boogie board! 70 year old Papa even got out on the boogie board in the ocean. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back.

The house was very clean and the floor plan was great for families. The property manager contact was a breeze to work with. We had a hiccup with breaking off a shower head and it was fixed by a handyman within 2 hours. The pool was wonderful. Lots of interesting critters running through property—mongoose, wild pigs and chickens! Would definitely stay here again.

5 stars! Rented again next year. David was excellent with communication & addressed any questions quickly. Pictures are accurate but feels so much bigger! Kitchen well stocked for serious meal prep. Salt water pool was cool in afternoons & somewhat heated for evening dips. Convenient to Ali’i, restaurants, grocery, easy to go North or South. Quiet safe neighborhood. Internet works great even at pool. Beds comfortable. AC great. Super clean. One of the best places we’ve stayed at anywhere (& we rent across the world 5x year). Thank you, David & your team! This property and host were exceptional for our family’s recent stay in Kona! The quality of the home, its amenities, and the host’s care truly enhanced our vacation. The property provides absolutely everything you will need to enjoy your time on the island. The large washer and dryer were a huge bonus for our family. The AC kept us extremely comfortable. The outside entertaining space provided everything we needed to enjoy family time together at the house as much as when we were exploring the island. We were able to cook meals together using the BBQ, splash in the pool after a day at the beach or, and the large living and dining space provided more than enough room for our family! The host’s communication was prompt and it was so obvious he wanted us to enjoy our stay on the island. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. The property is immaculate. The owner definitely has pride in ownership of this house and provides an exceptional vacation experience for guests! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

The smallest bedroom was quite small, and its mattress wasn't great.
Aerobed was not as comfortable as the couch, and we needed two extra beds for the kids, not the one; therefore, we had two kids on opposite ends of the couch, which was not ideal, but worked.
Overall, we would stay there again as it is now. It was a fabulous vacation home for the week.

We loved the home and location! The house was stocked with everything you will need from beach towels, snorkel sets, beach chairs, ice chest, and pool toys. The beds were comfortable with plenty of extra pillows and blankets.

What a beautiful home, pool and view! The house is in a wonderful location for day trips and local activities. The house and yard are kept in pristine condition. We enjoyed the use of a great grill and spent many hours in the pool and outdoor areas. It also has new appliances and extremely comfortable beds. Beautifully decorated! We stayed for 4 weeks. The beds were comfy, the house clean, the heated pool was great. It is near the Hawaii Belt highway, so you do get some highway noise 24/7. The neighborhood is safe. The yard is not large, and there are no outside shady spots in the afternoon. The little lanai is a great place for a morning coffee. Sunset view is beautiful. The living room could use some floor lamps for better reading, as the overhead lights are a bit harsh. Comfy living room furniture. Garage is roomy and it is nice to keep your car out of the sun. AC works well but you can generally keep the place cool enough by opening all the windows.

I stayed in the home with my family, including two young kids. Everything was perfect, the house was spacious and clean, and lots of amenities were available (eg cooler, snorkels, pool toys, kitchen supplies). The pool area was fenced and the kids loved it. We took walks in the neighborhood in the evenings and saw lots of wildlife. Would love to stay again!

One wonders if what we see online will be what we see in person. In this case it absolutely is. The house is wonderful and had so many helpful items in the kitchen and for the pool. And David was easy to work with and always very quick to answer throughout the whole process. The house is easy to get to and the sunsets were stunning.

The property was phenomenal. Great views, great amenities and the owner was easy to work with. We arrived a little early on arrival day and owner was very flexible and gracious about letting us check in early and get settled. Sunsets from this pace are second to none and the yard and pool offer amazing visual experiences as the sun goes down. The house is stocked with all the things you will need for hitting the beach or heading out for a day of hiking. We would highly recommend this place to any family or adult groups that are looking for a place to unwind and enjoy themselves after a long day of adventure on the big island.
