Travelers who have a valid negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours prior to arriving will not be subject to the 14-day mandatory quarantine. The quarantine will remain in place for those who choose to not get a pre-travel test. Please refer to the State of Hawaii Health Guidelines for the latest information.
Covid-19 Update: Our cleaning team is following CDC guidelines for covid-19 and is thoroughly sanitizing the unit between stays. As an added measure, the unit is being fogged after each stay. Honua Kai Resort and Spa is also taking precautions around the entire resort and using ECOLAB sanitation products, and providing sanitizer stations around the resort.
Resort Amenities may be unavailable, limited, or subject to closure at any given time due to the recent pandemic.
We completed renovations as of June 2018 and this unit uniquely stands out above the rest! Fresh Paint & All Carpet has been removed and replaced with Designer Luxury Planked Floors. Furniture, Mattress, Sofa, Linens, & TVs are brand new.
We have upgraded our WIFI to Fiber with internet speeds up to 300MBPS, which is 10x faster than previous speeds and other units without fiber.
All check-ins will receive one (1) parking pass for access to the parking garage. Guests with a second vehicle will have the option to valet their vehicle, or self-park in any available guest parking areas including the belt-road. Optional Valet will be a $5.00/daily valet fee per vehicle.
After enjoying the day at one of the many pools or prestigious Ka’anapali Beach, you are a few steps away from the elevators to where you enter our luxurious one bedroom suite. Revel in the peaceful breathtaking mountain views from the Floor to Ceiling ‘Nana Doors,’ that fold all the way open to the large lanai from either the living room or bedroom. Catch a Rainbow (anuenue) which frequent the mountain side throughout the year. The location of this unit allows you to appreciate the peace and quiet away from the echos of the inner courtyard units.
Konea 830 gives you the luxury of being in a hotel with all the amenities of your own personal home. The kitchen features Bosch Stainless Steel Appliances - large side-by-side fridge with icemaker, full size oven, cooktop, and dishwasher. Included are all your dishware, coffee maker, teakettle, blender, and toaster. We provide soap, sponge, dishwasher tablets, and trash bags to use during your stay. Viking BBQs are poolside and available for your use.
The Dining Room & Living room are an open floor plan concept with all new modern beach chic wood-plank dining furniture and metallic print artwork from local photographer. A new Samsung 65 inch Smart LED TV with Cable TV & Blu-Ray Player for a night in or or to catch the latest game or your favorite TV show. The new Queen Sofabed with 8" mattress (most are 5") sleeper provides a very comfortable sleeping experience, and it really feels like your are sleeping on a bed and not a sofa.
Master suite has a wall mounted Samsung 58 inch Smart LED TV with Cable TV and is separated from the living room with a door, giving you and others you are staying with privacy. You might not want to get out of bed after a nights rest in the brand new Sealy Response Goldrick Cushion Firm Pillowtop with AllergenProtect™ in the Master bedroom with Hotel Collection light comforter. Appointed with 800TC sheets in the master and for the sofa bed with two types of Hypoallergenic Pillows for your sleeping comforts.
The tropical Bathroom is highlighted with luxurious towels and premium toiletries that are argan oil enriched, paraben & cruelty free, with eco-responsible packaging.
After a long day at one of the pools or beach use the in-unit washing machine and dryer to freshen up your laundry, we include laundry pods for your stay. Conveniently, there is also commercial coin-op washer/dryers in the parking garage for larger/multiple loads.
The Konea Tower features Whalers General Store to purchase any of those little things you might've forgotten back home as well as a walkable grocery store right across the street. Just steps away is the Ho'ola Spa and the 24-hour fitness center, should you feel the need to break away from doing laps in the pool or running along the beach. Duke’s Beach House Restaurant is located right on the property for some great food and drinks with a view.
