This was our second time staying in this condo complex (first time in this specific property). We really love the location because we like to spend most of our time on the North Shore. This week we were blessed with sunshine every single day so we only strayed from Hanalei a handful of times. The location of this condo is fantastic if you want to explore the North.
The condo itself is great. Plenty of room for my family. Clean. Has everything you need. I really like the beach amenities like chairs and boogie boards. That is such a big deal to have those on hand rather than purchasing or flying out with gear.
I would book here again. Kauai is one of our favorite places so next time we go, I will seek to stay here again.

Property as described and was perfect for our 2 week stay with our 18 year old son. Ron contacted me soon after we checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect for visiting all the north shore beaches and Ron had more than enough beach gear for the 3 of us. I highly recommend this property, you won't be disappointed!

We fully enjoyed our experience.
A beautiful and comfortable condo that we felt blessed to be able to stay in.
Private Queen bed downstairs and open loft king bed and office with futon upstairs. Full kitchen, dining room and 2 couch living room that was a perfect place to take a quick rest or watch a show at night.
The condo also has beach chairs, snorkeling gear and boogie boards.
Its in a great location, just minutes away from the amazing Hanalei Bay.
We just wanted to thank you Ron and Pam for allowing us to visit. We will definitely be back.

There was large cockroaches in kitchen and bedrooms. Homeless walking through area looking in cars and porches. Access to beach is steep and difficult to carry beach stuff down too, and homeless camps nearby. Refer water spills, leaks on floor daughter slipped and hurt wrist. When we arrived the liquid soap from washer leaked a large slippery spot on floor. Loft area has no doors for privacy and is loud. After checking out owner claimed place was a mess and furniture moved. Didn't move any furniture, swept daily, all trash was emptied, started dishwasher, all beach stuff put back in storage, throw rug had been moved to catch refer water leak. I've used VRBO for at least 12 rentals and never had an issue until now.

The condo was clean and well furnished. The owner provides many additional items such as beach chairs and towels, boogie board, swim fins, snorkel and mask. This is a condo complex with many people nearby, and there are also wild roosters so sleeping late in the morning was not really possible.

The condo was perfect for our getaway from our life!! Close to many beautiful places. Nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to beaches!! Added bonus of using the snorkeling gear allowed us to swim with the sea turtles, the kitchen and grill are very nice. Kauai is truly a magical island. We will be back!!

Our hosts were great from start to finish. The location of the condo was great and the neighbor was quiet. The condo was very clean and stocked with everything we needed, plus lots of great extras for the beach, which was a huge blessing! The feel of the condo was peaceful and inviting. There's no blackout curtains, but if you're not sensitive to light in the early-mornings, that won't be a problem. There's no AC, but there were two fans available which felt great to my husband, son and I (loved it!). My mom and boyfriend however, weren't very good at tolerating the Kauai heat without AC. I think this condo is perfect for kids and a couple, but not perfect for the group we brought. My husband and I brought our 10 yo son, my mom and her boyfriend. Because of the open loft upstairs and the open bathroom (except for the toilet/shower area), it didn't provide any true privacy for my husband, son and I who were all upstairs on the queen bed and the futon which is all very open to the downstairs living room. My mom and her boyfriend had good privacy in their bedroom downstairs, which has a door and a separate bathroom with a door to the shower/toilet and another door between the main house and sink area. So again, this condo would be perfect for a couple (to stay downstairs) and the kids (who could stay upstairs).

Loved being at this condo. We stayed upstairs and felt we were in a treehouse and enjoyed listening to the birds. Very clean and comfortable. The location is close to the pool and close to the path down to Annini Beach. This was our first time staying in Princeville for 3 nights and we want to return for a longer stay!

This property is perfect for your vacation to Kauai! It goes above and beyond with everything you need to enjoy your stay and this island! The house is so comfortable, we all immediately felt at home. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. There was space for everyone to spread out. There are beautiful tropical flowers around the house to enjoy. Woke up each morning to tropical birds chirping and cool Hawaiian breezes! They also had everything you need for the beach — towels, snorkels, boogey boards, sand toys, umbrellas, a stand up paddles board! Seriously it surpassed our expectations!! Ron was a wonderful host and very easy to contact. We are so thankful for his family sharing their piece of paradise! Mahalo!!

We are writing this review after an extended stay at this condo. We highly recommend Ron and Pam’s place! It is a very cozy, clean and spacious condo, accommodating my husband and myself and our adult children. Location is ideal! A quick drive to Hanalei Bay, walk to supermarket and work out area/playground/farmers market. We also enjoyed walking to Wyllie Beach, Anini Beach, Sealodge, Hideaways and Fort Alexander! And Queens bath when accessible.
The condo has a well stocked kitchen, beach equipment and snorkel gear. The pool on the property is a small, but refreshing!
Ron and Pam are very responsive hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the North Shore of Kauai at Ron and Pam’s, and can’t wait to return!!

This unit was very welcoming and close to the ocean. It was filled with everything we needed. We shopped at Costco in Lihue upon arrival and cooked all meals in every day to save on expenses.
It was peaceful and a short walk to a steep but beautiful path down to the ocean. It is next to an oceanside golf course. It is close to several gorgeous beaches It is around the corner from the beautiful Westin resort which has a coffee shop and restaurant on the lower level.
Loved having a full size washer and dryer. The lower level bedroom was perfect for my elderly parents. The down side was the upper bedroom doesn’t have a door to it rather a folding screen but it has a bathroom attached to easily change in when housing others in the loft.
Thank you for sharing your Hawaiian home with us! It worked well for our extended family.

Well situated in Princeville. Easy walk to beach for us. Our experience was it was quiet at night. The kitchen met our needs. The beds were comfortable to us and it was dark enough that we didn't need eye masks. This was our favorite place we stayed (split time across the island).

Had an amazing vacation here! Condo had everything we could think of for going to the beach, snorkel gear, surf board, kitchen was fully stocked. Living room was comfy. Lanai was beautiful. The location was amazing - right by the $800/night Westin! Owners were helpful. Highly recommend!

The condo is very spacious and clean. Located 2 miles from the best beach and town of Hanalei. Owners are great communicators and made us feel welcome in our correspondences. The pool is a nice reprieve from going off property for activities. We would love to stay here again when returning to Kauai.

We had an amazing time in Kauai and Ron and Pam's place was the perfect place to stay. We were a group of 6, two adults, two teens and two under 10 and we had plenty of space. The condo was super clean and was very well stocked upon arrival with all the basics. The kitchen was great and maybe one of the best I've had at a VRBO. There was also a ton of beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers which we used. The condo is in a fantastic location. We could hike down to Wyllie beach, walk to shops and restaurants in Princeville, easily drive over to Hanalei for dinner and explore the whole of the island. Communication with Ron was great as well. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others without hesitation!

We love staying at Ron and Pams beautiful home! It literally has everything you will need! Beach chairs, stand up paddle boards, kids sand toys, not to mention the kitchen is fully functioning with anything you need. It is also nice to have a washer and dryer. The house is extremely clean and well kept! Beautiful location and home! So many things to do in walking distance, Queens bath, Hideaways beach, Sea lodge beach and the Princeville market. Parking is right next to the unit so super close and our kids loved that it had a pool! The best part is Ron and Pam are such amazing people! Warm and inviting! Thank you for letting us use your home! (Mahalo ❤️)

If you are looking for a little bit of paradise, this is where you want to stay! We felt so welcomed in Kauai, and Pam and Ron's home was perfect for our family of 5. Willie's beach is only a walk away! We loved using the beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel gear, boogie boards, and ice chest. The kitchen is fully equipped. We travelled to the south shore one day, but that was enough for us! The north is where we wanted to be! In the north we found great snorkeling at Tunnels Beach, Puu Poa Beach, Hideaways Beach, and Anini. We are already planning our next trip! Thank you Ron and Pam!!!! Be blessed!
Note: The road connecting Hanalai to Princeville has limited hours of operation due to a landslide. Don't miss Hanalai!! It's gorgeous!
Just make sure to check out when it's open. Turo is a great car app to rent from a local!

Our family of 6 stayed at this property in Princeville for 2 weeks!! It was absolutely wonderful! It was really beyond our expectations. Not only was this property spacious with beautiful plants surrounding the home, it is well kept, and the owner provided everything needed for us to feel like we were home. There were plenty of spices and condiments to choose from for home cooked meals, they provided plenty of toilet paper, towels, dishwasher/washing machine pods to wash dishes and clothes, also there was plenty of cookware, plates, foil etc. We only needed to think about buying just food items we enjoyed. We really appreciated not having to go out and buy all of the things we may not think to bring:).
Because we are somewhat of a large family with 4 semi grown kids, we tend to do most of our vacation stays in vacation rentals and I have to say Ron, was just one of the kindest, friendliest, and most helpful rental owner we have met! He was very prompt in replying to all our questions, and he was so flexible with all the travel changes we had to make due to covid. That eased our stress so much.
The home is in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood and the neighbors we met were soo friendly and willing to give us advice and share their knowledge about the area! The home is also located within walking distance to a food market (Food Land), restaurants, and some of the best ice cream at Lappert’s, which was really very convenient! A very serene Wylli beach which connects to Annini beach is also walking distance away through a beautiful forest pathway. Some advice I would give travelers coming to this area is to make sure you have some good water shoes for hikes and beaches, don't miss out on the farmers markets, and if you want to save some money on easy meals, go to Costco and get some of their pre-prepared, ready to cook meals and just throw it into the oven. Overall, our stay at this home was relaxing, convenient, and one of our best stays in a VRBO and the best vacation experience ever! We returned home feeling happy, well rested, and not needing a vacation from our vacation! Thank you, Ron and Pam for making our stay soo wonderful in your beautiful home!! Mahalo!!🙋🏻♀️
