Kalapana Beach Haven

Kalapana Beach Haven is a stunning 3 level custom-built tropical modern home that overlooks the ocean at the end of a cul-de-sac. With no direct neighbors, this retreat offers privacy with only the sounds of nature and the ocean. The house is surrounded on three sides by jungle with a path leading to the ocean a hundred yards away. It is a serene oasis, perfect for a peaceful retreat, a romantic sojourn, or for shared fun with a group of friends or family.

The central staircase in this 3 level home bisects the house into two independently functioning wings affording privacy in the bedrooms.

The home has 3 bedrooms: a large master California king suite with a TV lounge area, a queen suite with a full bath, a double library suite with a shower. The Bathrooms and decks are covered in gorgeous Palimanan sandstone tiles. High ceilings throughout the home give it an expansive feeling, and showcase the magnificent views.
