We had a group of 7 spanning 3 generations. So many fantastic living areas inside and out so no one was tripping over each other. Very peaceful area with beautiful flowers/trees all around and nice ocean view. Had an issue with the upstairs AC and they someone there within 3 hrs of calling to fix it. Can’t get that kind of service at home! Nice welcome gift was waiting and we had everything we needed. If we ever went back to Kona we’d stay here. As it was, my mother-in-law loved the house so much she was more upset about leaving it than the island itself!

Our group of 8 people loved the house. The rooms were all very comfortable with lots of areas to get together or find a place to have a quiet moment. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Our concierge, David, was a big extra bonus. He was extremely helpful in planning our outings so we enjoyed all the Island had to offer.

The home met all of our needs and more. It was spacious with a lot of area for our group of 8 to gather, but also places to have alone time if you needed to get away. The pool was so clean. We highly recommend this property.

Wow it was awesome! Our family have been visiting the Kona side on the Big island of Hawaii for at least 20 years and this was by far the best due most in part because the home we rented through VRBO. The house was amazing! The kids are still thanking me for finding the home and they want to go back to the same house next time.

8 of us from 3 generations stayed here for a family vacation. It was the perfect layout and furnishings for a large group. We had a great time doing family movie night on the giant sectional, swimming in the pool, and having large family dinners at the indoor and outdoor tables. The layout of the bedrooms was perfect for our group as well. Loved the privacy and the view. We made great memories here!

Better than the listing - beautiful views, massive living areas. Kitchen is nicely stocked with higher-end supplies. Clean, comfortable and thoughtfully designed for travelers. Great location - we hated to leave!

We had a wonderful time on the Big Island and are so thankful we stayed at this property. The house was large and roomy, giving all us space to spread out, but also giving us room to gather for meals and movies. The pool was perfect for the kids and made lazy days spent at the house fun for everyone. We hope to be back again soon!

This is an outstanding property, one of the best we have ever rented. It was comfortable, well stocked and spacious. The pool and other outdoor areas were great. There was plenty of room for our group of 8. I would definitely recommend it for a stay on the Big Island.

This house has great outdoor amenities, and easily accommodated both families (eight in total). We really enjoyed our mornings drinking coffee and enjoying the views. The pool and jacuzzi were great to play in for all of us and the house is nice and secluded from other neighbor's although we met one below and they were extremely nice and social. The concierge was very informative with any questions we had for excursions and shopping. We would definitely stay again!!

This was a lovely home for our family to spend the holidays and enjoy the beautiful Kona sunsets. Plenty of room for everyone! Quiet neighborhood and very private. There was a portable high chair, pool toys
and sand toys for our grandchildren. The pool has a landing that is perfect for little children. It also has several refrigerators that came in handy for our holiday meals! One in the garage! We had a problem with the septic system for about 24 hours so that was really difficult for all of us. Not allowed to run water or flush toilets. The Property Manager did their best to get someone out to fix the problem and was in constant contact with me but the plumber arrived at night and he couldn’t fix it. Needed a specialist… they came 1st thing the next morning. They Property Manager sent someone to come clean up the bathroom shower that had backed up and help with the odor. Unfortunately we just happened to be the family staying in the lovely home when there were plumbing issues! Especially complicated because it happened right before Christmas! It was handled professionally but it was a difficult time, especially because we had a baby and a toddler in the middle of potty training! I would certainly rent it again for our family. The Property Managers were very responsive to our needs and David the Concierge was amazing!

This property was as awesome as expected based upon pictures. There were 6 adults in our group and there was more than enough room for everyone to find their own private place to relax. The pool and plunge pool were well used by our group and the house was furnished very well. We did have an issue with the up-stairs air conditioning, broken fan motor in the unit, which was fixed within hours of our reporting it. This is an exceptional property for an extended family or multiple friend visit.

We had a family vacation here and this was the perfect place to reunite. There is ample living space and the bedrooms are spacious. The view is also incredible. We had to get in contact with the property manager a couple times for minor things, and they always responded immediately.

We had a lovely stay at this amazing house. Three adults and five “kids” in their 20s. We really enjoyed all the quiet nooks and crannies where some of us could work remotely. The well equipped kitchen and outdoor BBQ were perfect for family meals, pool was great and the beds were comfy. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family of nine had an amazing time at this house. It was so roomy, everything imaginable that you would need. From kitchenware to pool and beach toys, they have it all. Pool and hot tub was wonderful. Communication with property manager was excellent. Only issue was the A/C was being worked on before we got there, and it wasn’t fixed for our entire stay, 3 nights without AC, but I’m not complaining, everything else made up for it. Such a private property, so much room to roam inside and out. We even got in a few hours early, contacted management, and they let us drop our suitcases inside so that we can go do some shopping. All in all, we were very happy during our stay.
