This spacious condo includes a full kitchen complete with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. It offers one bedroom with a queen bed, and a loft serving as the 2nd bedroom with a king bed and sleeper sofa. Each bedroom is comfortably furnished with beautiful linens, pillows, and bed coverings. This private condo also includes a comfortable living room with a comfy sofa and seating area, HDTV, free high-speed WiFi, free onsite parking for one vehicle, and private access.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is large by Hawaii standards. Generally, the unit needs updating. The kitchen supplies were limited and some things were broken like the refrigerator ice maker and water dispenser, and some light switches. Oceanfront sent someone to fix most of the things broken, but not all.

Very cute place to stay. Was very spacious. Large kitchen and a very large space upstairs. The unit was clean and provided everything we needed. I would stay again!

this place was awesome! the location was terrific for accessing the north side. a surprisingly well equipped kitchen meant we could cook many meals at home. the property manager was really responsive and items appeared by magic. two things to note: the five minute path to the beach was a steep, heavily rooted, slick in spots trail that required careful navigating. the beach itself was nearly empty and has beautiful reefs to explore. second, the upstairs master bedroom with a very comfortable king sized bed, is a loft with a pull out sofa 6 ft away. so the only bedroom with a door (and a little privacy) is the downstairs bedroom. not a deal breaker but something i didn’t realized previously.

The ice maker does not work.The auido on the tv is annoying. Very choppy sound. The parking for condos is tight. There are 4 parking slots for Pumana 10 and four condos A, B, C, D. First night we are interrupted by owner of condo B as he wanted to know if we were in his parking slot. We werent. Next morning we are interrupted by the condo property manager. He didnt like that we were without a parking permit. This was not included in our condo stay packet. Also it seems there is a specific spot for 10A but the labeling is not that specific.

Let’s start with the pros: quiet neighborhood, awesome neighbor (uncle Mike), clean, close to grocery & some restaurants, beautiful close beach for kiddos or snorkeling. Cons: property management communication lacks big time. They failed to answer some of our questions either by ignoring us or not being 100% honest. We inquired about the pest control situation before we paid based on another review- wanted to know what day that would be happening on our stay to prepare and how long we were required to leave. Told they didn’t know and it wouldn’t happen since they hadn’t heard. We were in fact told to leave for an entire day and only given a days notice from the pest company. This was highly inconvenient let alone we paid for a day we couldn’t use condo (9-5)It’s also a scheduled routine situation and the PM company has this info. We also asked some questions never answered and upon arrival asked if we could check in 30 min early- told with they will check and get back to us. They never did. It’s listed as a 2 bedroom. If you’re seeking privacy it is not a full 2 bedroom. There is a br downstairs and a loft area/master area upstairs. No door to master it’s a curtain to separate the loft which is a pullout couch for the 3rd queen bed. It worked for us but not for some I’m quite sure. If you have kiddos there is no plastic ware in house (cups/plates etc). Also no curtains downstairs (again privacy as you’re looking into other condos) as well as to block some Sun which would be helpful. There was no outside working lights for the lanais or front door. 2 out of the TV remotes did not work/ were not paired so we couldn’t use. We didn’t feel comfortable trying to reach PM again to be ignored. We loved the location and this could be a great place with a few shifts and changes. It didn’t feel recently upgraded as advertised but it was nice and clean. We appreciate the opportunity to stay here for our last min travel.

This is one of the best units on this particular property. Corner units with good landscaping are preferred. The open plan was lovely and the price was great. Will rent this again next year unless the price is greatly increased which the website seem to indicate.

We felt the house was fantastic, everything we need. the The The condo was very comfortable and well furnished The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances we needed. Our one disappiontment was the pool. It was closed for the first part of our stay and overall appearance of the pool was unappealing. The grounds of the complexs were well maintained. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Everything was lovely, clean, with cozy beds with ceiling fans to keep us comfortable. We woke each morning to singing birds, the Shama and Doves and even the crowing roosters. We have a couple of suggestions. One...it would be great to have a couple games available in the unit. Two...we would have appreciated a half hour notice before the pest control service showed up to spray the unit for insects. We had no idea they were scheduled to spray. The crew gave us 5-10 minutes to leave the unit for 2 hours which was rather inconvenient. They claimed it was the last spray of the season and was important, so we co operated. Otherwise all was wonderful. Very thankful for this beautiful VRBO and we had a great experience. Thanks for everything and sharing your home.
