Excellent sunset views with easy access to the beach. The building itself is older, but the condo was very comfortable and while not freshly renovated was still in good condition. Many windows are louvered to let the breeze through which is really nice, it also lets in noise from the walkway areas. Parking spaces are very tight. We rented a Toyota Rav 4 and it was hard to get in and out of the vehicle. All things considered this is and excellent rental and I would rent here again.

We have never stayed on the side of Kihei rd. that directly connects to the ocean. After staying here, I am not sure why we never did! The views were amazing! The property is smaller and I enjoyed that. The AC was beyond cold, and all of the amenities were exactly what our family of 4 needed. In a perfect world there would be in unit washer/dryer, but having the paid washer and dryer downstairs and being able to pay by app was also not bad at all.

This is a very clean and nicely appointed home. The location is prime for Maui, n Kinhei, close to many beaches, restaurants and sites. Great view from the balcony. We highly recommend this home.

Lovely spot! So peaceful and quiet. Clean, well equipped, great location. Good price. Only one small irritation. Lanai furniture way too low so that when you sit outside to enjoy the view (and sunset), the railing is right in the line of vision. Other units have high top and that would greatly enhance all the time we spend on the lanai.

The condo wasn’t the most modern or the most spacious but it had a lovely Hawaiian ambiance and was extremely comfortable. The view was fabulous and the pool and grounds kept immaculate. We had a problem with the fridge and the management team got it sorted as soon as they could and the owners were quick to respond. The location was idyllic but restricted choice of bars restaurants within easy walking distance.

Nice place in awesome location. Actually nicer than the pics show. That picture of the lanai makes it look decievingly small, it's much bigger than that pic looks. Beautiful view of the park and ocean. Great kitchen, well stocked, lots of little extras. I've stayed in three different beachside condos in this price range and this is the best kept up and by far the nicest. Few little thing could have been cleaner, tub, top of the fridge but that's minor. The biggest frustration is the parking. The listing clearly notes parking for small cars only, but there's no enforcement. The parking spots are easily a foot narrower than a standard spot. My little Corolla was regularly sandwhiched between a full size van and full size pickup and was often nearly impossible to get in/out of. That was pretty frustrating. Yes, I'm sure I could go find the on site guy or call the office, but who wants that hassle on vacation. Overall though, really nice and recommended. If I had suggestions for improvement, I'd say get a head board for that bed frame and a front screen door, like some of the other units, would be nice to let the breeze through. Can't beat those trade winds.

We had an Excellent time in the condo.
Walking a long the ocean shore we saw several turtles relaxing on the beach. We were also able to watch the whales from the balcony of the condo.

The condo was perfect for us. It was very clean and well stocked. The view is incredible, if you visit in whale season, be sure to bring your binoculars. We loved watching the whales from the lanai. And the sunsets were spectacular. Condo is located in an older complex, but it is very well maintained. Stephen, the on site property manager is very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

This unit is in a perfect location,not too huge a building, beach out the front, watch the sunsets from the lanai, good selection of cooking utensils,but bring your own salt,pepper and sugar. Every thing was clean and modern. Would definitely stay here again.

Place is as described. Good location, clean, supplied for our needs. Walk along the beach with morning coffee before the days adventures begin. The bedroom AC is a bit noisy, but we turned that off at night anyway. Solid building (no noise from neighboring units). I’d return.

North coast on Sugar Beach. There can be some blowing sand in this area but it was not a problem for us.Easy access to anywhere in Maui. Our room was just a few steps to the sand. Nice place to drink coffee and watch the sunrise and sunset on the beach or on the grass patio area. Fully equipped room including beach chairs and a cooler to use during your stay.
They only draw back being on the ground level is that you can hear your neighbors above.

This place has an amazing ocean view, the sunset in particular is spectacular! Our family stayed here for a week and had a really good time. It is a quiet area as well since you are from big resorts. We enjoyed having breakfast on the patio. My kids favourite is the pool. It was never busy since it is only a small condo it made the pool not busy at all. The location is close to everything which made it convenient to go around town. We would definitely recommend this place or any unit in this condo. Clean and everything we needed. Loved the view and relaxing on the lanai in the evening. Only issue was that the LR AC unit couldn’t keep up when we turned it off when not there. BR AC worked great.

Washer and dryer are shared within the complex and an app is needed in order to do laundry.. different..
The only issue is the AC in the living room did not keep the living room cool at all. It was a small older A/C unit and we were majority time in the bedroom where the A/C worked great. Our friends stayed with and slept on the sofa in the living room and I was worried they wouldn't be able to sleep well due to the room being too hot. A/C is super important in a hot place and definitely a need. I would not stay again at this location for this reason.

The AC units were ok and would be better if the furniture was pulled away. The washer and dryers are community and require an app to use. Not a big deal to use the washers and dryers, just different.

We had a very pleasant stay at this unit. Very clean, kitchen well-equipped, they even had beach chairs, towels, mats, umbrella and coolers for is to use. Bed is super comfortable with lots of extra linens and pillows for the sofa bed. Beautiful ocean view from the balcony, perfect for al fresco breakfast/dining. Property manager very prompt, responsive and helpful on inquiries. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

The view was exactly as pictured. The swimming pool was perfect. It was very relaxing and far enough away from the touristy area that I felt like I was able to escape for some R&R, but it was close enough to catch a Lyft or go for a long walk. One thing to be aware of- there is carpet in the living room and bedroom, so if you have allergies, take that into consideration. The carpets are very clean though. Overall, a good experience.

The condo was well equipped and a good location for all we wanted to do near Kihei. Although the sunset did not cooperate (cloudy) we enjoyed the lovely view from the Lanai and windows on the front side of the condo allowed the ocean breeze to pass through nicely to keep things cool. The nearby beaches are pretty rocky, so bring some water shoes or travel a short ways to some of the sandy beaches.

Staying here was one for the ages. The location is quiet and has wonderful beaches to watch the sunset from. Just down from the unit you can see the turtles on the beach.
Air conditioning unit is a little older and takes a while to cool down. Would definitely recommend staying here and will stay again in the future.

Our stay was fantastic! The balcony framed the sunset over the calm part of the bay everyday. Every time we looked at the ocean we saw a whale jump. This area of the island is less resort and more residential. We could walk to a nice shopping center with lots of food options and a shave ice stand. The park had lots of activity. The pool was calm and peaceful. This is a quite condo complex with mostly older couples that live here and just a few renters. It was great. Check in was seamless. The parking spaces are a little tight but not bad. Bed was comfy. Kitchen was stocked with all the necessities.

This was a perfect location for us and the condo fit our needs well. We had a standard size rental car (Nissan Altima) and the parking was fine (I was worried after reading other reviews). Not all parking spaces are the same size, I'll admit, and they assign the space when you get there. We enjoyed 85 degree weather and only needed to fire up the AC a few times. The ceiling fans and lanai were perfect. This location was great and the restaurants nearby were fun. We loved the live music at Ohana and the best fish was at Paia Fish Market. Cocktails at Nalu were stellar! The best beach for sunning and swimming was Keawakapu! We really loved that the condo had beach chairs and an umbrella. They also had a large cooler and a small cooler which made outings to the beach easy! Thanks to the condo owners for that extra benefit! It was a pain that the "starter pack" provided by the management only includes 2 rolls of TP and limited supplies when you book for a week. If we did cooking we would have had to buy trash bags and other items, but we decided to go out to eat and enjoy our vacation to the fullest. Maui is kind of a pain to show vax cards at restaurants (the more expensive ones seems to be more picky about that). I wasn't sure if we had to have proof of the booster, which we didn't need (as of Feb 7, 2022) in case anyone else was wondering. In all, this condo was a great find because there was no road noise and the sunsets were miraculous! Bed was fine and lots of hangers in the large closet! It was great they had a broom and cleaning supplies in the condo so we could sweep up after ourselves. We totally recommend this place!

The place was nice, a little old but had been updated. Great location for the ocean.. the water in front of the property was mudding from the Kona Low that hit a day before arriving. Can't control that but location was great and we enjoyed the stay and would recommend to anyone.

We very much enjoyed our stay. This was our first time coming to Maui so we tried to pick a more central location. I would say this condo filled the bill. Would have liked a washer and dryer in the unit, but one is available for a good price in the common area.
Wished for more beach items in the condo. Had 2 chairs and an umbrella, but really wish they had a snorkeling mask or 2.
