This stunningly decorated spacious residence has three well appointed bedrooms, each with full baths, as well as a fourth sleeping space situated off the great room, in a convenient enclosed den/alcove bedroom. - This villa overlooks the family pool and spa and is in somewhat close proximity to the center courtyard area of the "Tower Building" also known as the "Penthouse Building". Guests should expect some ambient livings sounds from the family pool. The building is well constructed with double pane glass windows which provide excellent sound insulation.
- Please expect ambient audible living noises including but not limited to children playing, person-to-person conversations, public space music, any on-site food and beverage service, on-site or adjacent luaus, and on-site or adjacent parties, group conventions, sunset horns, and firework celebrations.
- You will be a guest in a villa/apartment residential resort with a mix of permanent residents, part-time owner visitors, and vacationing visitors. The villas are fee simple condominiums with individual private owners. The on-site services are not intended to fully duplicate those of a luxury hotel. Valet parking and luggage service may be available only during limited hours in keeping with the residential character of the property.
- The AOAO/HOA has implemented a policy that restricts access to chaise lounges at each of the two pools during peak season, at it's discretion, to a maximum of six persons per villa.
- Supervision of children when using outdoor balcony/veranda "lanai" areas is required.
- Parking is provided on property for one vehicle on a complimentary basis. Additional vehicle parking may be limited and costs may apply.
- On-site maintenance for interior plant care is performed weekly.
Wailea Beach Villas is a private gated community for registered guests only. Each of our luxury villas has a stated maximum occupancy, detailed on PrivateParadiseVillas.com and in your Agreement. Friends and family staying elsewhere on island during your visit are not a part of your Agreement and the guest list, and therefore are absolutely prohibited from entering Wailea Beach Villas and using the common element facilities such as the pools and fitness center. In order to have your friends or family members enjoy vacationing with you, please inquire with us regarding the availability of any other additional Wailea Beach Villas to rent. All gatherings must be planned for locations other than within Wailea Beach Villas community property. Extra charges for excess occupancy and excess departure cleaning fees will be charged, if applicable, following any over-occupancy event. Resort management reserves the right to ask non-registered guests to depart the pool and property grounds immediately.

This was the perfect rental property for our multigenerational family visit (14 -74 years). I have never stayed at a property that was so clean and well equipped. The property managers and concierge (Paige) were beyond responsive and helpful. The staff on property at the pool and beach were nice, helpful and always cleaning. Chairs, sunscreen, water and towels provided poolside - perfect. There is a game room with pool and ping pong that is fun. The views from the unit were stunning. We would definitely go back! Only caution I would say is the walk to the beach is decent and involves stairs. For us it was great, but if traveling with anyone who may struggle its something to look at. We loved the beachside path and quick access to restaurants and bars. The Shops are also 200 yards away with high-end shopping, grocery and restaurants. No bar or restaurant on property works with all this adjacent access and keeps the property quiet. It was the prefect pretty, clean, sleepy resort for our family. FULL RECOMMEND.

So far we have rented homes in Laguna Beach, CA, La Jolla, CA and now our second time at Wailea Beach Villas. All were gorgeous, but Mer Et Soleil K408 was beyond what we expected!
As you first walk in, you will notice that the Villa looks exactly like the pictures, and all the furnishings appear brand new. All the bedrooms were as described, and our family of 7 adults were extremely comfortable. The bathrooms were gorgeous, and they had everything you would need which included beautiful toiletries. You can tell a lot of thought went into all the little extras.
Mer Et Soleil was also absolutely immaculate! I have never stayed in a home as ultra clean as this Villa, and I am a clean freak. Throughout the entire home everything was pristine.
The location is perfect, just a quick walk down to the beach where the helpful staff are waiting to set out lounge chair and umbrellas. Just down the elevator from the K408, a few steps will take you to the gym and family pool. There is also an infinity adult pool by the beach, where you will be able to take gorgeous sunset pictures.
Just down the elevator and across the street are the Shops at Wailea. What a fun place to shop or eat, with many stores and boutiques from luxury to mainstream. There is also a grocery store which has fresh produce and ready-made meals. The best part of the shops were the Wednesday free concerts. While we were there, we were lucky enough to see HAPA! That was a nice surprise to add to our already perfect vacation.
At the end of our stay, there was a potentially large storm coming to Maui. The staff with Wailea Beach Villa and Tropical Villa Vacation was wonderful alerting us to the potential dangers and giving us instructions in case we should need them. They even brought up to our Villa a case of 2 liter bottles of water. I really appreciated how they gave us personal attention. Luckily the storm went around Maui, and we had beautiful days all week.
Hopefully one day we will be able to stay in this beautiful Villas again!
