Wailea Point #3401 is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the ground floor. Situated in an exclusive oceanfront gated community on Wailea Beach, #3401 has a partial ocean view and ample amenities. It has central air conditioning, a washer and dryer, 2 flat-screen TVs, free Wifi, and telephone service which includes long distance calling to the continental US. There is a a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in bedroom two, both with pillow top mattress pads. The master bath features a walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom has a tub. For outdoor activities, Wailea Point #3401 is supplied with a private propane BBQ grill, beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, and snorkel gear. The unit is located steps away from the edible community garden. The garden is meticulously maintained by the groundskeeper and is loaded with tropical fruits (seasonal) and fresh herbs complimentary to guests and owners of the resort. A $500 refundable security deposit is required for this unit. Sleeps 4.
