We first visited Wailea Beach Villas after the birth of our first child and fell in love with it. We have been coming back every year and really enjoy the location, amenities and convenience.
This unit was a last-minute find for an early ski week break. Everything about it was advertised and expected. It was our first time with CB as the property manager and the service was excellent. The agent was very responsive and welcoming.
Thank you for hosting us. We will be back!

Overall we had a wonderful experience at Wailea Beach Villa J106. The unit was a nice size for 3 adults and 1 child. The location was amazing as well right next to the elevators and a quick walk to the family pool. The property was quiet but it is a hike to the beach from the unit. I would recommend renting a wagon if you have a child or lots of stuff to carry to the beach. There is a dedicated parking space which is also nice that is close to the unit. A few things could be improved however. The pullout bed in the "den" is very uncomfortable for an adult (or anyone). Additionally, most of the kitchen equipment needs to be updated. It feels like someone's "extras" were used and it is not stocked as I would expect for a "villa". Overall I would stay in the unit again or upgrade to a unit with a view.

We recently stayed in J106 for a second time in two years and generally had a really great experience. The location is great. Close to the beach as well as the Shops at Wailea and restaurants. The Villa is a great size for our family, two kids. Plenty of room for everyone and a great set-up for spending time together as a family. Since we've stayed at J106 before, we could see that the unit was a bit worse for wear since our last stay. There were multiple carpet stains throughout the unit as well as the upholstery. The unit could use a coat of paint. The cleanliness of a few items in the kitchen were questionable (glassware). All the items we saw were really cosmetic in nature, so I'm sure they will be attended to. Allison from the rental company was great. Any issues, she was upfront about them and dealt with them in a very professional manner. In spite of the few issues, I would definitely recommend the unit to a friend.

Oh my gosh, what a heavenly get away! We stayed at this WBV property for a Thanksgiving holiday and couldn't have been happier. Such a beautiful home with a great location. This was our second visit to WBV, (once when the kids were young and now with grown, adult children). The adult pool is everything the photos promise and the beach is just steps away. We made the most of all the amenities, went for morning runs to Makena, played afternoon golf at the Wailea courses, snorkeled in the ocean with the turtles, swam in the pool, and hit the gym a few times. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Personally I like having a kitchen when I'm on vacation, it makes breakfasts and lunches so easy. We did check out a few restaurants - the Maui Thai Bistro in Kihei was a find, the Paia Fish House still has the best mahi mahi burger (but the wait can be annoying), and the Haliimaile General Store served The Best Thanksgiving Day dinner! We can't wait to come back!!!

This villa delivered on all accounts. It was clean, spacious, updated, beautifully appointed. We loved the kitchen. It was better than the one we have at home! It had everything you need to cook a full meal. The location is within easy walking distance (5 minutes) to the shops/ restraunts. Would definitely return!

My husband, our son, and my mother stayed at this gorgeous property for a few days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property is top notch, the condo is stunning, check in was easy and the whole process was flawless. We were blown away by how beautiful the condo was, especially as this was our first trip with an infant and we weren’t sure what to expect. We loved having a nice big kitchen and living space for when the kiddo went to sleep. Thank you foe the amazing stay on Maui!
