Property was very clean, close to the beach, and quiet. Kitchen was fully equipped. We never turned the TV on or went to the pool so can't comment on those. View from the balcony was excellent at all hours. At night there are tens of deer under the big trees on golf course. We had a problem with a blind stuck up in the master and a repairmen came and fixed it within a couple of hours (on a Saturday) - super responsive management and team. Living and kitchen have excellent lighting - a rarity.
Minor nitpicks, for which I would not even take half a star: bedroom ACs are window units and fairly noisy. Light in the shower in master is very dim. Only 3 or 4 forks. Knives did not cut very well. Fridge could be a bit colder (personal preference, but could not find any adjustment). Beach umbrella and small cooler would be nice.
Bottom line: highly recommended.

Great location! Comfy beds. Enjoyed coffee on the lanai every morning. Only suggestion would be to add a few boogie boards and a small cooler for the beach. Thank you for opening your home to us!

We stayed here pre-Covid and had a great time. The quality wasn’t diminished this time (unlike so many things these days) and we had a great stay. The photos don’t do it justice. We had great customer service from the rental company who were easily reached a few times for small things during our stay. The unit was good for kids (we just had to put some decorative objects up on the counter for our stay but that was about 30 seconds of work) and we could log into our Disney plus etc for the kids on the big tv. There were games, beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, etc. They provided a package of maybe 10 tide pods and several dishwasher tabs etc. The place was clean enough that I didn’t worry about our baby crawling everywhere. The shower is amazing- two shower heads to wash off both kids at once and mom or dad doesn’t have to freeze- plus the beautiful stonework. You may need a white noise machine as the interior doors in the condos here are all ventilated for air circulation so it can be a little louder inside each bedroom (from living room noise) but we didn’t hear anyone in any neighboring units. I think this is standard design though in Hawaii. There are beautiful gekkos and birds to watch from the lanai as you eat breakfast. You can walk to the beach, wailea beach walk trail or dinner at the shops at wailea or the shops across the Main Street along the golf course where there’s a farmers market on Tuesday. It’s quiet and beautiful. The pools are never crowded and have lots of lounge chairs and tables, pretty turtle mosaics, as well as really nice bbqs for guest use. This is our 4th stay at this condo complex and we’re planning a 5th next year. You can also rent very clean pak n plays from the property management company that they will have set up for your arrival with extra sheets. The only thing that could be improved is the mattress on the master bed could use a topper. That could just be my opinion, but it felt like there were some pressure points that became uncomfortable throughout the week for me. I do have some back issues however and usually sleep on a tempurpedic so it could also be a personal preference that doesn’t bother others. They will also put the two twins together in the second bedroom with a topper for you pre-arrival if you request it. Overall this is a great unit that’s well managed and you won’t regret booking it.

My family with small children (7 and 9yo) stayed at Grand Champions. It was fabulous. The space was great, the kitchen/baths updated, pool/beach toys and chairs available for us, washer/dryer in the unit, carpets so the kids could lounge around and play comfortably, nice large dining table, and the condo fully loaded with everything you could ask for. The AC's ran great and the vaulted ceilings made it feel even more spacious. CBIV had snacks waiting for us upon arrival and checked in with us via text a day after arriving just to make sure everything was good. We were blown away by the service. We cannot wait to book again! 10 out of 10, would recommend!

This home was perfect for our family trip. We felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived. The decor is vibrant and fun. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for meal prep. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the golf course and the ability to walk to stores, restaurants and along the coast. I would highly recommend this quiet, comfortable condo for a stay in Maui.

We were happy they allowed us to enter the unit early because our flight came in at 12:15 pm. The unit was good; we liked that each bedroom had their own bathroom. Couch was comfortable. The unit could have been cleaned better. It was obvious no chairs had been moved when they vacuumed as some bug shells on the carpet. The kitchen counter was also dirty when we wiped it down. The beds were comfortable; we had the two twins pushed together to make a king and it was comfortable. The carpet in the living room should be torn out and replaced with tile or hard flooring. We felt like we needed to have on footwear in the living room. There are a lot of kitchen items. Unfortunately, there were no spices, oil, etc. left in the condo so we had to go buy everything to cook. There was no cooler for the beach, which is an essential item for vacationers. 4 beach chairs and 4 beach towels and one small beach umbrella. The pool areas were nice and clean.

My family spent 9 days here recently and we had a wonderful time. Well-equipped condo, with an abundance of cookware should you want to make your own meals, or store leftovers. Clean, very quiet, with a great view of the golf course and mountain ranges behind. Pools are also great.
If I had any "complaints" or issues, they would be minor, and include the following: I would strongly recommend the owner of this unit remove the plethora of VERY sharp pineapple cabinet door knobs. These catch on absolutely everything, and tore a few items of clothing by simply moving around the kitchen. Not to mention they can seriously cut someone if they rub against them. Second, and I understand not everyone would want these, but blackout blinds in the bedrooms would be nice, given the scorched earth sunlight that comes in early and makes it challenging to sleep in whilst on vacation.
All in all, these are minor things in an otherwise beautiful and clean and convenient place. Would go back!

The Condo/Apt. was exactly as described. The view of the golf course is nice. We saw several families of deer one evening. The sofa is soft and comfy. The kitchen has just about everything you need to cook. Loved the decor. Leave your beach towels at home and use those provided here. (Less weight & more room in your luggage.) The beauty and the smell from the trees when you walk in or out of the condo/apt. is AMAZING! The area where it is located is very nice. There are several upscale shoppes (LV, Gucci, Prada, Rolex, etc.) within walking distance. We would stay here again.

Great getaway. Nice complex with easy access to stores and beach and airport. Only aspect is that the pools are quite small and no loud noises permitted which is challenging when traveling with younger children.

Beautiful condo! Awesome location with beautiful views. Very well stocked kitchen. We cooked almost all of our meals there and had plenty of dishes. The shower in the master is awesome! We liked using the chairs for the beach.

Love the unit. Arrangements made at the time of booking, confirmed by email and paid 1/2 day rate months ahead of time. We received a call less than 24 hours ahead of time to let us know late checkout not available. They obviously were aware of that weeks or months ahead of time. Very inconvenient.

This is a beautiful condo with excellent interior design. It is super clean, comfortable and has a really charming island style! It was stocked with everything you need (paper towels, hand soap, etc, etc,....). Also, the complementary snacks were much appreciated. Loved the two bedroom unit! It’s so spacious and comfortable for our family of four with two older teens! The floor plan is perfect and it’s so peaceful with the lanai facing the fairway and mountain. The kitchen is spacious, the appliances are modern and in excellent working conditions. It’s also well equipped with tons of cookware, tableware, utensils, basic cooking ingredients, etc. Enjoyed the big shower (with two shower heads) in the master bedroom, big screen TV in the living room and TVs in both bedrooms. The air conditioners are bit loud, so we had to turn them off during the nights. Otherwise, we really appreciated all the little details to make the guests feel like this is their home. We would definitely like to stay in this unit again for our next visit!
