This was a return trip for us to the Wailea Ekolu complex, but first time staying in this unit. We come for the beautiful grounds, the view, and the proximity to lovely beaches, local restaurants, etc.
This condo has clearly been updated throughout in terms of remodeling, new fixtures, etc. Other touches, like furniture and appliances, felt on the newer side too. We were very comfortable in our stay here.
Other positive things to note: the kitchen was well-stocked with both cookware and dinnerware. The bedroom beds were comfortable, and the fold out couch is... well, a fold out couch. In-unit laundry machines were very convenient on our longer stay. This is a "corner unit", which means you have fewer shared walls than in some other units. The community pools are well maintained and seem to have recently been upgraded with solar heaters, which makes swimming in the pools almost too comfortable. The view from Lanai is spectacular.
Things to be aware of: while there are curtains they are not "blackout" curtains (which was not a problem for us), because of the wonderful open-air nature of the condo you will hear outside noise when it's present which includes the good (birds, nature, etc.) and sometimes the bad (gardening, chatty neighbors, etc.), the complex is located on a large hill which is beautiful but means you should be sure to have a car to get around the area easily.
The owners were responsive and professional. My family enjoyed our visit and I'd happily stay again.

Our family loved staying here with our boys (ages 12 and 14). The property is exactly as advertised - clean and spacious, and the lanai was wonderful. We’ve rented several properties in Hawaii and this was our favorite so far, mostly bc of the Wailea location, amazing lanai with great views and comfy furniture. The condo complex is incredibly quiet. The pool is a quick 3 min walk. We utilized both the local rental management phone line when a fuse blew and door broke and they were incredibly fast and helpful. Also the owners back on mainland who were quick to communicate with us during the Maui fires that occurred during our stay. The only suggestion for future renters I may have is to know there is only a starter supply of things like toilet paper, one roll of paper towel, five dishwasher tabs, etc so it won’t cover your needs for longer stays. We also purchased liquid hand soap for each sink as there is only little hotel size bar soaps at the sinks. Not a big deal but necessary to know before buying groceries and supplies. Otherwise we loved using the chairs, cooler, boogie boards etc. and used them daily.

One note- When we saw people walking on the golf path, we stopped by the onsite office to ask what times walking on the incredible cart path was allowed (as golf play is ongoing). Management informed us it wasn’t ever permitted. No worries… lots of wonderful places to walk. The beach supplies were very handy and included chairs and umbrella. Great place- Hope to be back!

The property has spectacular views, great patio right on the golf course where you can enjoy meals with fantastic views. Location is perfect,, close to everything. The space is perfect and large enough for a big family. The condo pool is wonderful, it’s heated, quiet and open till late.
The cons: the king bed in the master bedroom was okay but far from being comfortable. The twin beds in the 2nd bedroom was very uncomfortable (this is an understatement) the pullout sofa bed was also one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. Lastly the sheets and pillows smelled bad and felt unclean. We had to wash the sheets and towels to feel comfortable enough to sleep on and use.
Such a waste of otherwise a wonderful property. If I was the owner, I would replace the king bed put 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom (or similar) and replace the sofa bed with a new one. And get new sheets and or at least have a better cleaning crew.
Our family left a day earlier to check into a hotel to get a goodnight’s sleep before heading home.
Can’t say it enough, such a waste of an otherwise beautiful place.

My wife and I and our two 20 year old daughters stayed in this beautiful condo for two glorious weeks. The condo was perfect with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It had all the amenities we needed. Very comfortable. When you first walk into the condo, step into the kitchen and look out the window and you'll see Molokini through the magnificent tree. Normally, we don't hang out at our condo on Maui, but I enjoyed several hours during the day where I just lounged around and soaked in the amazing views of Maui and Molokini. The walk to the Wailea path was great exercise each morning. Garrett and Nancy are wonderful hosts. Would definitely stay here again! Enjoy!!!

This was our first time to Hawaii, and the VRBO was perfect. Great location and great views. Centrally located we were able to go and see everything we wanted. The hosts were awesome. They always answer our questions and we're easy to work with. We will definitely be booking with them again.

Garrett and Nancy’s condo was perfect. Location is great, easy to get to lots of places with a quick drive or walk. Waking up to the beautiful view is the best part of every day. We’ve stayed at this complex before in other units, and this is much more updated than the others which was really nice. Had everything we needed in the kitchen, lots of towels, comfy beds. We had a great trip and will definitely be coming back!! Highly recommend. Thank you!!

We stayed here with our 2 teen daughters. The location is perfect! It’s directly on the 11th hole of the beautiful Wailea golf course. The condo is very well equipped, with upgrades. The sunsets from the patio are amazing!!! We’ll be back!

Just returned from a nine night stay. Everything about this condo was fantastic. Without a doubt one of the most comprehensively stocked rentals we’ve stayed in. Very comfortable for a family of four. The location is great and the lanai was the perfect spot to enjoy an evening cocktail overlooking the golf course and the blue Pacific. The hosts, Garrett and Nancy, were great to work with as well. We look forward to visiting again!
