This is the second time we have rented this lovely home. The sunrise over the ocean ( seen from Ocean side deck and great room windows) and sunset behind the mountains ( seen from upstairs lanai) starts and ends each day with beauty. Enough room for grandparents, parents, teen grandchildren to be together and have own space. The heated, saltwater pool, walking beautiful Kailua beach, biking for us grands. Mountain hikes, tennis at free , available Kailua courts ,boogie boarding at Kalama section of Kailua beach , zip lining at Kualoa ranch for younger set. Wonderful and relaxing time was had by all. We hope to be back soon.

We reserved this gorgeous home to accommodate my husband and myself as well as our grandkids (aged 15 and 12) for a long weekend visit, and our adult children for a week. First, this place is as spectacular as the photos show. But there's no way to capture by words alone the full wall of floor-to-ceiling windows that mesmerized us as we looked out at the ocean every day. Everything was super clean and even spices were well-stocked, as were pots and pans and kitchen tools. The AC kept the place comfortable on the hottest days - but the relaxing lanai and private pool were our favorite ways to keep cool. Also, it was a quick drive to the nearest beach and not far to Kailua Beach, our favorite. While we didn't need much help, the property managers were very responsive.

In a great location, right near heaps of great places to eat and beautiful beaches of Kailua and Lanikai! Richard was very accommodating and helpful and checking in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Recommend !!!

Amazing ocean-front view, beautifully furnished, artistically decorated, ocean on one side, and landscaped pool on the other side. I splurged and it was worth the cost especially since my spouse had mobility issues.

We truly loved our Hawaiian vacation in Kailua and couldn’t be happier with this home. It is beautiful and spacious with plenty of expansive views of the ocean. The home is in excellent condition with plenty of amenities and the hosts (Lianne and Ramon) were very gracious and gave us many recommendations for restaurants, shopping, parks, beaches, etc. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your beautiful property!

We had a great time spending Thanksgiving with the family at this property. It looks even better in person and is extremely comfortable. This side of the island gets a great constant breeze and rolling waves which should be experienced. We appreciate the hospitality and hope to visit again soon.

Three generations enjoyed this beautiful home with huge private heated pool and amazing views. We will treasure our time spent at Kailua Mahalo!

What an incredible property. The oceanfront views and sounds couldn't be beat. We found ourselves out on the deck most early mornings and late evenings watching the sunrises and the starry nights and listening to the waves crash on the reef. Lots of privacy and tucked away in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. The bedrooms were all well-appointed, comfortable and clean, and the open floor plan second level with panoramic windows was perfect for some down-time between adventures. Kailua's beaches, shopping and restaurants are all a few minutes away. Highly recommend this property.

Richard, your home was everything I expected, wanted and needed for my trip back home to Kailua. I grew up in Kailua, and wanted my grown children and their wives to see where I am from. The moment I came across the Pali and saw the Windward side I immediately felt myself take a deep breath in, then exhale and instantly relax. That feeling of peace was only enhanced by your beyond beautiful home! Tastefully decorated to compliment the natural surroundings. The property has everything you need to slip right in and feel comfortable and at home! The pool and garden are exceptionally maintained and relaxing. On the beach side of the house the tropical breezes and ocean spray are a joy to just sit and watch all day. While you cannot swim in the ocean right there, that doesn’t matter. You’re only 5 min to the sandy 3 mile Kailua beach and it’s calmer waters. The kitchen was great! I love cooking. We had everything we needed in this fully equipped kitchen. The upstairs living area with its wall of window’s provides countless hours of breathtaking scenery! The pictures on the website are just a small teaser to the real deal! Even my local friends who came over were VERY impressed. Several asked for the property ID # to look into a stay. Your caretakers, Ramon and Lianne (great people!) were very accommodating, when or if you needed them. However, you still had complete privacy. I could go on and on! I know a lot of people say this, however, I mean this from the depths of my soul, I found my Aloha spirit again while here. And I plan to carry that with me as long as possible. I can’t thank you enough for your part in that. A 5 star rating is not high enough!! My most sincere MAHALO Richard. Jacqueline May, 2022

This house is beautifully designed for its oceanfront location. The wide expanse of windows upstairs provides mesmerizing views and sounds of the ocean. This side faces east so you can enjoy the sunrise over the ocean every morning (often the pre-dawn glow provides more interesting colors and patterns than the actual sunrise itself). The louver windows offer a refreshing breeze off the ocean, and we never had a problem with bugs or insects. The open plan area upstairs includes the kitchen, a dining and sitting area, and a small study desk. There is also a covered lanai opposite the ocean view, which overlooks the pool in the front yard, with colorful sunsets over the mountains in the distance, and provides shelter from strong ocean winds and rain. We spent most of our time upstairs and rarely ventured downstairs except to sleep or use the pool. The landscaping is mature and beautiful and gives excellent privacy from the neighboring houses and street. The house is in a quiet residential area, which remained peaceful even during the Christmas and new year period and suited us perfectly. The pool is heated but also warmed by the sun from mid-morning to late afternoon, and is excellent for lap swimming. Kailua center is about 10-15 minutes’ drive away and has plenty of shops and restaurants. Kailua Beach is a short drive away, but you can even walk there. All in all, a wonderful place to spend a vacation. Richard the host was always prompt and helpful with his responses as we planned our trip – thank you.

We stayed for two weeks abs the house was such a big part of the Hawaii experience. I’m already looking into my next trip back. The home, home owner/manager were fabulous. Thank you for everything!!!

The moment Lianne and Ramon greeted us the first day at the house with a warm welcome we knew this was going to be a special trip. Their support throughout the stay and recommendations were spectacular! The house was perfect in every way and the views were stunning. Very comfortable beds, house had all the supplies needed for cooking, grilling, swimming, and beach activities. Sitting on the deck overlooking the water whether day or night is something I wish I had for a lifetime. It was so relaxing to be here and thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful beachfront residence. Thank you!

Views are extraordinary. Very windy. Lovely pool. Well equipped. Beds are superb. Some sliders are not able to open due to salt air corrosion. Kitchen sink fixtures need to be tightened or replaced. Five minute drive to the beach which is beautiful.

We (group of childhood friends, all turning 50 this year) had the pleasure of staying for 8 days at Richard's beautiful Kailua home. As you might imagine, this trip was planned over many months, even years, and this property did not disappoint. First, what a location! Waking up each day to that spectacular view was worth the trip alone! Further, the neighbourhood was lovely--friendly (neighbours were helping us with our recycling!) and peaceful. The front-side patio facing the beach was a perfect spot to both start the day at sunrise, and end the day at dusk/dark. Many a morning coffee and evening cocktail were consumed there. We LOVED the local nesting birds (honestly, the first night, we thought it was kids on the beach pretending to be ghosts). They were the source of much amusement and laughter the entire week. Second, the house itself is outstanding--spacious, open-design, functional, and fun. Having three full bathrooms (all with shower and tub) was a godsend, and the bedrooms all had tons of closet/storage space, hangers, etc. It was so easy to have everything stored and away, which always makes for a calmer stay anywhere. Third, the amenities were great--modern oven/stove, fridge, and appliances; built in sound-system; air-conditioning throughout; lots of dishes, cooking supplies, etc.; shampoo/conditioner/bath gel in all bathrooms; lots of towels; washer/dryer; TVs/Blu-Ray players; loungers, chairs, and pool toys; and SUPER COMFY BEDS that we all now covet! We all slept great. Fourth, the caretakers, Lianne and Ramon, were very responsive to any questions and couldn't have been more helpful, especially on our departure day when schedules went a bit sideways. Similarly, Richard was super-pronto in returning any and all emails. Finally, that pool! Some of us *cough cough* became quite attached to that pool. Being able to lounge around, just us, swim, play music, eat, drink, laugh ... it was everything we wanted and needed for our Hawaii 5-O. Thank you so much, Richard, Lianne, and Ramon! You made our once-in-a-lifetime Hawaii 5-O trip one to remember!

My wife and I flew in from Australia with our son and spent a week at Kaimalino Kai with my mother and grandmother. It is such an amazing house. Great location with stunning views, a beautiful heated pool, tons of room and very comfortable furnishings. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with cookware, plates and cutlery so meals at home were convenient for us. Laundry was also easy as the house has a large washer and dryer. Probably the best holiday home we’ve ever rented, seems like they’ve thought of everything that someone would or could need. The pictures don’t do the house justice, it’s absolutely stunning! Can’t recommend it enough for a small family getaway. Considering we ranged in age from 18 months to 80 years old, and we all were comfortable and super happy with everything the house had to offer, pretty much says it all. Richard the owner was a pleasure to deal with, as was Ramon and Lianne the property managers. Really hope we can come back for another holiday, Thanks for everything!

The property was lovely. Everything was how it was described. The views are fabulous from the living room area and the windows can be opened to listen to the ocean. The location is great just 5-10 min from beaches, restaurants and shopping. We especially enjoyed cooling off in the pool at the end of the day. Our only negatives were the neighbor’s home next door looked in dis repair. This was very distracting compared to all the nice homes in the neighborhood. Also every night we heard some type of bird “crying” all night long. But despite these things we loved the home and would definitely stay again.

April 2019
We have just returned from 10 days at this lovely home - It is beautiful but comfortable everyone from age 3 to 73 loved our stay - the view is of course fabulous the gardens lovely the pool perfect for all - we did use the bikes but once out of this great neighborhood the traffic is intense- we also had perfect weather bright/sunny - the ground staff very polite/prompt and helpful- it was a great stay I would hope to be back it was a privilege to stay here - Thanks to all who made this possible - the Minnesota Harts

The house is wonderful! Inviting, well-maintained, and very comfortable! I cannot imagine a more perfect place to experience the overwhelming beauty of the vast Pacific. The views of sea and sky...especially at sunrise...are indescribable and unforgettable.

You never really know for sure what you are getting when you book a place online. I had to travel to Honolulu for a meeting and my wife and I decided that this would be a great time to have a family vacation. We had debated between staying in Honolulu for the week following the meeting, but then decided to go off the beaten path. We wanted oceanfront and pool with our property and decided on Kaimalino Kai! It not disappoint from the moment we walked in. The lower level featured all the bedrooms (3) and two full baths (although one of the bath/showers was out of order most of the week) and a nice family room. There was also access to the beachfront deck and the beach. The master suite and bathroom were stunning. You can't really prepare yourself for what greets you at the top of the steps on the second floor. The wall of windows and the panoramic view of the ocean were unbelievable. This level was a combo of family room, dining room and kitchen. There was another full bath here and a beautiful lanai on the side of the house opposite the ocean. The place had everything we needed and more. We loved the pool, especially our 11 month old grandson. The location in Kailua was on the eastern end of Oahu, but had everything we needed close by and we were able to get the all the "must see" tourist stuff in less that an hour. It would have been shorter if H-3 had not been closed everyday. Our only complaints were the lack of the first floor shower (with 6 people we needed it) and that the AC was out of commission on the second floor for almost the entire week. This floor got very warm once the sun came up. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to be away from the hustle and headaches of Honolulu and Waikiki.

We recently returned from our 5th stay at this fabulous house in Kailua. We fell in love with the view and the sound of the waves on our first stay. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you need to make you feel as comfortable as if you were in your own home. We enjoy the local restaurants as well as cooking our meals and enjoying the stunning view as we dine. The owner, Richard, and the managers, Lianne and Ramon, are very attentive to any requests or questions we have. We have stayed here with our adult children and with our retired friends. The house appeals to all age groups. We plan on returning next year and hopefully for many more years to come. Jane G

This beach house is set on a gorgeous part of the northern Kailua coastline. It has beautiful views, and is very well designed, furnished and maintained. The private pool is a wonderful place to start and end the day. And the kitchen, living, dining room is a joy to be in--cooking, dining, visiting or just reading and relaxing. The owner is gracious and a pleasure to work with, as are the caretakers. Our week here was deeply restful, and we look forward to returning.

Just returned from beautiful Kailua where we had a wonderful 10 days in this amazing house! Everything was as described and the setting on the water was just breathtaking! The house was well supplied, comfortable, and there was plenty of room for 5 adults and our 2 year old granddaughter to spread out! The heated pool was so nice to come back to after a morning at the beach! We loved the lanai overlooking the pool which offered protection on those windy days- perfect spot for reading or morning coffee. The house had everything we could have wanted and more! Hope to return someday!

We loved our stay at this house in Kailua so much. In fact we are all still dreaming about the house and pool. See the turtles and the ocean each morning was such a treat. The house was so comfortable. And thank you, Ramon, for helping us to settle in and responding to our requests quickly.

Stunning views and elegant setting made this Kailua home a winner. We took full advantage of the front yard pool, as well as the back deck and access to beach walks. The home furnishings were lovely and we much appreciated the air conditioned bedrooms. The open kitchen living area was a relaxing setting for cooking, dancing, and wave watching. The beach chairs, toys, towels, boards, cooler, provided by the owner were perfect for our afternoon excursions. The main floor family room with TV and games came in handy when we wanted adult time upstairs. Kailua town had everything that we wanted, and the beaches were beautiful. Hope to return in the future.

Beautiful home with amazing views. Managers Lianne and Ramon were very welcoming and the house was well equipped. Pool is a particularly good for kids and families (there is no beach swimming spots in walking distance). We really appreciated the welcome basket too!

This home was beautiful and well stocked. We enjoyed the location because there was not a lot of traffic and 2 beautiful beaches were very close to the house. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was nice to have for the bedrooms. The kitchen/dining/sitting area on top floor was wonderful, and the windows allowed the breeze to come through and cool the room. The pool was a plus. It was a little difficult to keep clean because leaves would frequently blow into the pool. Beach chairs and beach toys provided! However, the bicycles need a lot of work and were not a good source of transportation. The view was incredible and we even saw turtles! I recommend this home to anyone who would enjoy a little solitude at the end of a day of sightseeing and beach time. We don’t regret it!

We REALLY enjoyed staying here. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in good hands. Roman walked us through the house to explain everything to us. Right next to a welcome basket of fruit and coffee, there was a detailed notebook that included answers to any questions we might have. Roman was extremely responsive to our texts for restaurant suggestions and some house questions. While we were there, the microwave motor burned out. Roman replaced it THAT evening. Front Yard: Just right! We used the pool every day. It's not deep, which is perfect for our kids who are learning to swim. It's also protected from the windy beach since it is in front of the house and surrounded by the garage and a fence. (It does get VERY windy here.) The garage is stocked full of pool floats/noodles, as well as beach gear like chairs and bikes. We also used the new BBQ a couple of times. Upstairs: I think my favorite part of the house was upstairs with the expansive kitchen and the peaceful view overlooking the ocean. The kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials. The furniture is just right. Classy yet comfortable. Bedrooms: Details like alarm clocks with USB ports and electric sockets in them in every room is an example of how well thought-out this place is. The master bed was VERY comfortable. The only issue we had was with the TV. We had a hard time figuring out how to switch over to Netflix. That is one thing the binder of information did not cover. Neighborhood: Staying in Kailua felt more like staying where residents stay as opposed to just tourists. It was a side of Hawaii we hadn't experienced and we really enjoyed it. Minor suggestions: We recommend updating to a coded entry or at least an updated lockbox. A Keurig coffee pot would be great! Much easier to use, and everyone gets the coffee/tea they want. Overall, it was JUST what we wanted. I just wish we could have stayed longer. Well worth it!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week in paradise! The house was well equipped with everything you could need. The house was spacious so everyone had their own space to read, watch TV, sit by the pool, lounge on the deck by the crashing waves or just stare out the huge expanse of windows at the ocean. Our only complaint was that the air conditioning upstairs struggled to keep things cool and dry and the lack of an AC in the tv room on the first floor meant it was a bit warm at times (even when the windows and screen door was open tonletnin the breeze). The bedrooms, however, were extremly cool and comfortable for a sound sleep! We enjoyed many good restaurants in the neighborhood, but weren’t too far from Waikii and other activities on the Island. I’ve been to Oahu many, many times, but never on the east side. It is THE only place to be on this island! Mahalo for a wonderful vacation.

Our family had the most wonderful stay in this beautiful Kailua home. It was clean, spacious, and very well decorated. One of our favorite things to do was to sit on the couch right next to the windows and feel the ocean breeze on our face. It was fabulous. The kids loved swimming in the pool and we loved sitting on the peaceful lenai. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. They also provided beach towels and chairs in the garage along with a cooler which was so nice for those beach days. The kids loved walking along the beach in back of the house and finding crabs in the lava rock. There was so much to discover. Leanne was helpful whenever we needed anything. And Alejandro the gardener even cut down some coconuts for us. We felt so welcomed! We should definitely stay here again!

May 2018
We loved this house and really enjoyed our stay. The views are stunning and the house is very comfortable and clean. There are only two minor items I would suggest as improvements -- the grill is very rusted (sea water) and could be replaced, and the coffee maker sometimes spilled over because the lid doesn't fit properly. Otherwise, our stay was perfect. I definitely recommend this property and hope to visit again.

March 2018
It had been five long years since our last vacation. We needed to get away from our daily grind, relax and recharge. Kaimalino Kai was perfect. It was truly a wonderful place to stay and so very hard to leave. It was a dream! The house is beautiful and well kept, as the surf and the sea can certainly take a toll. The garden was beautiful and mostly private due to the foliage. You will have to contend with leaves in the pool, but it doesn’t take long to scoop them out. We have already recommended this property to our friends and we can’t wait to come back! Everything you need is in close proximity to the house and it is a short drive or bike ride to Kailua beach. Kailua town is full of fun shops and fun eats. Above all, the views from the kitchen and living room upstairs - unbelievable! They took our breath away. Every night we would sit and look out at the Pacific until dark and we could no longer take it in. If you are looking for a place and need some time in your own personal paradise, this property is for you!

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at this property in Kailua. We especially loved the view from the second floor living room, and the incredibly comfortable sofas! The property management company was wonderful as well, even coming right away when the garage door broke over a holiday weekend. We have no complaints and would absolutely stay at this property again!

The house is in a great location with a beautiful view, ample living space and all the amenities you need. The garage door broke with the car trapped inside and the property management had the garage door fix in just a few hours. And they were also nice enough to treat us to a gift certificate for our troubles. Great stay.

February 2015
Four of us stayed at this fabulous house in Kailua. It not only lived up to our expectations but it far exceeded them! The photos online were beautiful but in person the house and especially the ocean view were even better. We all loved the sound of the waves and the spectacular sunrises. The house was impeccably decorated. Everything you could possibly need or want was there. The location was close to beaches, shops and restaurants. The management company had very friendly people who were easy to deal with. Thank you to the owners for sharing their piece of heaven!!! Jane G and Family

We enjoyed everything from the perfectly organised meet and show around by Trinity Management in the well maintained and very tasteful decorated house to the beautifull sunrises and the breathtaking views and the very short drive to one of the greatest beaches in the world! We wished we could stay for longer and definitely hope to be back!

November 2014
We were celebrating our 30th anniversary. House is located in a quiet neighbourhood. The view from the Kitchen/family room is stunning as can seen in the photos. Combined with the sound of waves and the ocean air, it really hits all the senses. Watched the sun rise every day and it's spectacular. Clean, up to date. Nice pool which we used several times as well. Would highly recommend, didn't have a single issue. Only 25-30 minute drive into Honolulu / Waikiki which we did 3-4 times. Location centrally located if driving around the island. Would highly recommend without hesitation.

As a family on vacation in Oahu we spent 1 week at this rental home and were very happy with our choice everyday. Upon entering the upstairs we were in awe of the beautiful ocean front view. Windows all along the room provided a stunning view of the ocean and surrounding island. Watching the sunrise and sunsets were a favorite! The window vents added a cool ocean breeze throughout the day and evening. The home is modern and spacious. The kitchen provided everything we needed to cook (pans, utensils, dinnerware, spices, ect) The 2nd floor outdoor lanai was a great quiet place to enjoy a cup of coffee or breakfast. The master bedroom was spacious as well as the master bath with plenty of closet storage. The other 2 bedrooms were simple but comfortable. The heated pool was a fun place to hang out. Some great amenities include washer and dyer, bbq pit, beach towels, beach toys, and a welcome basket full of local fruit and chocolates which was a nice treat. Not only was the home beautiful but the owners were very pleasant to deal with. Our stay was originally scheduled for the week of hurricane Iselle, however the owners allowed us to reschedule our stay for a week later. They were very kind and quick to respond to our situation. Overall we had a wonderful stay at this home and have so many wonderful memories that will last a lifetime.

This was a beautiful home. Very well cared for. Plenty of room for two couple or a large family. The kitchen was well equipped but where were the chop sticks in this Chinese owned house? The swiming pool was great The view is spectacular. The wedgetail sheerwater birds do cause quite a racket some nights but a little ear plug use makes it ok. They are fun to follow as they come in to roost in the evenings.

My husband and I were so impressed with Kaimalino Kai when we visited three years ago that we vowed we would return to share our experience with our family. This spring we returned , reunited from around the world to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. What a perfect venue to reconnect and catch up on our news. The living room has such a sociable layout with spectacular views across the ocean on three sides and a constant comforting rumble of waves crashing onto the rocks. Many a happy hour was spent here and the open plan meant that meals could be prepared in the company of the family. The welcome basket was generous and bursting with local produce. It meant we could sit and drink coffee outdoors while waiting for the sun rise over the ocean, and savour the delicious Hawaiian pineapple before heading out to explore. Kaimalino Kai is well situated for exploring the island and there are unforgettable experiences in abundance!! with the sunrise we headed west to Wai'anae where the knowledgeable and friendly eco team from Wild Side Speciality Tours took us out in a catamaran to the find spinner dolphins sheltering in the coves. The experience was unforgettable!! swimming with large pods of dolphins in the wild was an immense privilege! Another sunrise start took us to Hanauma Bay where we snorkelled with angel fish the size of dinner plates and rainbow coloured parrot fish in the shelter of an extinct volcanic crater. We headed inland, hiking along tropical jungle trail towards Manoa Falls and another time opted for less mud and more spectacular views hiking up the crater to the top of Diamond Head to gaze out over Waikiki and Pearl Harbour. The view from the Pali lookout is also splendid, stopping off on the way over the mountains to Honolulu. Savour cocktails and pupus at sunset, watching hula dancing at the exotic sea front bar at House Without a Key, or at Las Marianas, the last Tiki bar on Oahu. There were many activities that were passed up, such as bodysurfing on the North Shore or in an riding outrigger at Waikiki. There was nothing better the family liked than to chill out at the house, enjoy the pool, jog along the coastal path to the creek and walk along the beautiful unspoilt beach along Kailua bay. Breakfast at Kalapawaii market was a family favourite. With such delicious fresh local produce available and top quality barbeque and kitchen facilities available mealtimes at home with family and friends were a highlight and a joy .

We were very excited about our 4 weeks in Hawaii when we arrived at what we thought was a high-end vacation rental. As the agent showed us around, first thing was the broken and disabled ice-maker. I could not understand why it would not be repaired or replaced. How could you have a warm weather vacation rental and expect the guests to fill and empty ice trays? (A replacement refrigerator costs about 3 days rental costs.) The next morning we discovered the old, burnt coffee-maker, the broken toaster and the small 7 inch frying pan for a house that sleeps 6. We bought a new coffee maker and a large frying pan. The next day the barbeque grill didn’t work properly. The mattresses and pillows don’t appear to have been replaced in many years, so a good night sleep was difficult; there was a heavy bed spread on the beds when we arrived (which may have been cleaned in the last few years) but not a single light-weight blanket; there are no screens on most of the windows so, because of the mosquitoes and other bugs we had to leave the air conditioner on most of the time; the rain gutters don’t drain properly so the house has its own built-in mosquito breeder; there is no place in the house to eat outdoors which was very disappointing; the master bedroom had a clock radio on both sides of the bed – one was perhaps 20 years old, the other worked on one channel; there are two televisions in the house which also seem to be decades old. There is no clothing dresser in the bedroom, the one in the bedroom closet is pad-locked presumably with the owners stuff that is too good for the renters. In addition the house is right up against its two neighbors. On one side is a rundown mess of a house, and on the other is a quite friendly woman with a peculiar interest in what’s going on in the house. It would not be fair of me if I didn’t point out that this house has a beautiful heated swimming pool that we loved. And that the view from the living room is spectacular. The house comes with a loose-leaf binder full of rules, including extra charges if the tenant moves any furniture. There are no similar requirements of the landlord. The rental agency does not seem to supervise the landlord’s rental or the quality of the house’s amenities. This rental sent me the distinct message that the landlord is eager to rent at the maximum rate possible while trying to minimize their costs.

The pictures on the website are beautiful but when you are here in person it is absolutely amazing. The feeling you get just by being in the home is so wonderful! I felt like I just spent a week in heaven! :) My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The beds are so comfortable!! You can't swim out back but beaches where you can swim are just a short walk away! We loved hearing the ocean so close and at night we even heard whales. Anything you can think of they have there! Beach towels, pool floaties, boogie boards, they even had tons of spices and various kitchen appliances! The house was meticulously maintained and very clean. I wanted to cry when we had to leave. :( Until next time....
