This s property feels like you just came home. Everything you need to enjoy in this area is included with this home. The condo was spotless and very well organized. Every time we turned around there was another delightful surprise. The views from the balcony are great and the beaches are a short walk. One word of caution there are lots of stairs as this is " the ridges". Lots to do and I recommend the hiking paths and exploring. The beach by the Ritz is the best for water sport. The other beach is best for photos. Great hostess who really loves sharing her home.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Kathy’s condo and it feels like home!
Everything on The Ridge property is well maintained. With miles of walking trails, its proximity to restaurants and two major resorts, golf and whale watching and beaches galore, we never lacked for things to do and see. We think Kapalua is the best location on Maui.
The condo is well appointed with any type of kitchen utensil or appliance you can think of or might need. There are plenty of linens and a comfortable bed and furniture. Most evenings, before sunset, we sat at the table on the lanai drinking our cocktail while watching the pink clouds float by and the splashes of water from the breaching whales. There is an excellent view of the ocean and as far west as Honolua Bay (where we watched the US Coast Guard attempt the removal of a grounded yacht.)
We were there for 7 weeks this winter and for two of those weeks, we experienced a Kona low-an unusual event. This is not the typical trade winds but instead, high winds and heavy rain that can cause flooding. Because of the weather, the wind noise, through the upper windows, was pretty extreme and the seal on one panel of the glass door was missing, causing additional noise. It was never really quiet inside while the storms were occurring. But again, this year was unusual weather wise.
You can’t go wrong renting this condo. This is our 4th stay at The Ridge and we hope to go back again. Kathy’s condo is our favorite.

This unit is clean, well appointed, and the location is convenient for activities like road biking, golfing, snorkelling/boarding. The grounds are well maintained by Kapalua Ridge management. We like to cook our own meals, and the kitchen had everything that we needed. Wifi service was also great - no problems connecting to work/zoom if you aren't fully on vacation.
The entire facility is quiet, even when busy with lots of other tourists. There will be times when you can hear parties and such from the Ritz around the corner, but this should not be an issue unless you are an exceptionally light sleeper. We also had a few days where noise from young (very energetic!) children in the unit upstairs was noticeable.
Overall, beautiful condo, quiet location. Stay here if you want beach walks, snorkelling and ocean views. (but stay closer to Lahaina if you want nightclubs and shopping!)

We couldn't have ask for a better place and owner! Kathy was so easy to communicate with and also very flexible and accommodating.
It is exactly the way it is pictured and all she described. She has a binder with all the information about the condo, the area, the restaurants and other recommendations for activities, we referred to it all the time. The kitchen had everything you could want, even spices and foil and such! The TV and all that goes with it is there with instructions. The living room is comfortable, but we probably sat outside mostly to enjoyed the great view.
The bed was very comfortable and it was nice having a sliding door in the bedroom to let in a breeze. We definitely were happy to have 2 bathrooms, so we both had our own spaces. She has a whole closet full of both very nice bath and beach towels. Also, there is a chest outside with beach chairs, boogie boards and such! I could go on and on!
She really has done a wonderful job making the condo so inviting and the surrounding area is beautiful and has so many convienances! You can't go wrong. Thank you, Kathy!

Kathy’s house was everything we could ask for. It was an easy drive or hike along the coastal trail to Napilii and Kapalau beaches.
We enjoyed walking along the golf paths to the Pour House and Sansei Restuarants.
The condo is roomy, clean, comfortable and quiet. It was a short walk to the pool which is well maintained and water temp was perfect.
I met the nextdoir neighbor who was quite friendly, we had a nice conversation the day before we left.
We would highly recommend Kathy’s home for your next stay in Maui!
Maui never fails to provide natural beauty and relaxation.

We had the pleasure of staying at this lovely home in Kapalua. The unit is well appointed, the views were unbeatable, and the proximity to two of our favorite snorkeling spots (Kapalua Beach and Honolua Bay) was a huge reason we wanted to stay here and it did not disappoint. There are excellent restaurants close by and Lahaina is only about 20 minutes away. There is discounted golf although we did not play. The owners have kindly provided access to Netflix and Prime Video. The wifi was good, so I never did a speedtest. The unit has a dedicated covered parking spot. Pretty much anything you might need was available in the home, but the beach umbrellas in particular need to be replaced. The only AC is in the master and it is quite loud (which could bother a light sleeper) but it works. There is a Murphy bed and extra bedding which my adult daughter used for two days. We did not have a need to call the manager but the communication before hand was excellent and having a keypad entry was very convenient!
All in all, a terrific place in a fabulous area.

This property is even better than it shows in the pictures. It is clean and well stocked with anything and everything you might need during your stay. The location is amazingly beautiful and right in the center of the most sought-after beach locations. The owner was communicative and included many local suggestions and resources.

What a lovely place and in such a beautiful part of the island. Lots of space, really lovely view, great amenities (Boogie boards, snorkel gear, a great blender). There were three of us and the place is large. What was most amazing were the coastal walks right out the door. Fantastic for morning outings. Also, so many great beaches right within a 5-mile radius. It was a bit windy while we were there, so harder to use the lanai at night for dinners. Not sure if it was simply a week that was that way, or if that is the weather all of the time. The property is very quiet and yet there are restaurants and a great grocery store within a 7-minute drive.

This is an amazing property! The unit was super clean and was well stocked. The view from the deck was spectacular…we could watch the whales as we drank our morning coffee! Having the one bedroom along with the Murphy bed was perfect! The entire condo was well outfitted (chairs, beach towels, umbrella!) The owner, Kathy, was an excellent communicator, and everything about the stay was exceptionally organized! I can’t say enough good things about this unit…it is a great place to stay!!!!

Kapalua Ridge Villas are a perfect place to unwind while enjoying fresh sea air, sea views and sea walks. The coastal trail is a block away. Some of the best beaches are minutes away with free shuttle service if you wish. Excellent restaurants and activities are nearby. The condo is nicely laid out with lovely decor, fresh houseplants, comfortable furnishings and bed. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals at home. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this Kapalua villa.

Great location and scenes from balcony overlooking the bay. Whales were a constant, despite heavier winds we accomplished all of our objectives for enjoyment. Property is very well maintained and clean, as was the community where the villa is located. 2 baths were a plus. Pool and BBQ area were literally steps away: clean, quiet and a comfortable option when the sand was blowing on the shoreline. Area is very walkable; to the beach, the trails and the Ritz. Thanks for having beach chairs, body boards and snorkel gear available. While Kapalua has bus service we found having a car was a must to get to early morning snorkel and zipline sessions, and to reach Lahaina as desired. Had a great trip.

The condo is big and wonderfully decorated - very homey - with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is great with the beach in walking distance. The best part is the view. We were there during whale watching season and saw lots of activity from inside and out on the lanai.

We loved staying here! The condo had a great layout and kitchen area, beds (even murphy bed) were comfy, and 2 big bathrooms a huge plus. Since you're on the hillside, we didn't hear any 4am chickens like you often do in HI. We had coffee on the porch every morning and watched for whales. Even though A/C was available, the temperature in the condo was very comfortable without it. Easy walk down the hill to Kapalua beach which we did everyday. Highly recommend this spot!

We had a great stay in Kathy's place! The unit was clean and very spacious. Our family of four found it to be plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and cooking items, and there were plenty of extra linens and beach items for convenience. We would stay there again!

We had a great time at this beautiful property!
It has a gorgeous view of the bay, you can watch the boats go by.
The kitchen is very well supplied with wonderful pots and pans and dishes. It has everything you could ever want to cook a great meal.
The bedroom is supplied with great linens and towels.
There is also a bin outside with beach chairs, a boogie board and umbrella.
there are plenty of beach towels to use.
There is a washer and dryer so you can pack light.
It’s also a quiet neighborhood with covered parking.
I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.
This is our third time at this property and we hope to be back soon.

If you are even looking at this property I would book it ASAP. I cannot say enough good things about this place. We loved the location as you are by everything. You cannot beat the wonderful view every day while either sitting inside or outside. It has everything you could possibly need in it from beach towels and chairs to all the kitchen items. Kathy was great to work with and answered any questions I had. I will be recommending this place to anyone I know going to Maui!

We were so excited to vacation in Hawaii, with everything to do and see we couldn't dream of a better vacation! However, our stay at the condo by far surpassed any expectation we had and made our stay in Hawaii even that much better. The ocean views were amazing! We were able enjoy a breath taking view for every meal, or for a relaxing afternoon enjoying a book. The owners of the condo go above and beyond to make sure and accommodate for all needs. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you could think of from spices, rice cooker, blenders to measuring spoons. The condo layout is extremely functional, clean and feels like home. Not to mention beautifully decorated. We can't wait to return and would recommend this vacation home to anyone wanting to have a great stay in Maui!

Loved this condo. Its awesome. The ocean view is spectacular. We moved a chair in the living room, and would sit in bed in the morning and watch the ocean (nothing like the living room view, but an ocean view). At dinner, I was able to sit with my back to the ocean and have a perfect ocean view because there is a large mirror in the dining room reflecting the ocean view. So everybody eating got to see the ocean. And, I love the walking/hiking trails spread throughout the Kapalua properties. There is not a lot of noise either. The owners told us to open the louvers when we arrived and that would let cool ocean air in. They were right We did NOT need an air conditioner in the living area. Opening the louvers and/or door, with the fan provided plenty of fresh cool air.

We spent a week at the Villa and it was everything that the owners said it would be. You have a great view of the ocean from the lanai. Close to pool for kids and three beaches within walking distance. The condo has everything you need and is in great condition. We did not want to leave.

We have been to Maui several times. I was greatly appreciative of this unit at Kapalua Ridge. The owners have priced this unit very reasonably (and I did a lot of comparisons). This comfortable condo, which is decorated very tastefully and comfortably is spacious with all you could want for your stay. The view from the lanai is awesome, whether you are watching whales, reading a book, or just gazing out at the ocean. The closeness to the pool and walking trails was especially nice. If you want to be away from the hustle and bustle but still a short drive to restaurants, this is the place to stay.

This property is exactly as described with a fully stocked kitchen as well as little extras such as snorkeling equipment, boogie board and beach chairs. The ensuite bathroom is large and the walk-in tiled shower spacious. You only need to bring your clothes and toiletries. We spent 4 days at this condo and wished we could have stayed longer. It is clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed our coffee every morning on the lanai, listening to the ocean waves and watching the whales. The property is quiet and well maintained with 2 pools close by. We didn't have time for golf but would definitely take advantage of the opportunity next time around. Walking paths and beaches are close by and the views magnificent. We enjoyed eating at several very good restaurants within the vicinity. A prime location! We would recommend this condo to anyone traveling to Maui. The owners were friendly and were readily available to answer any questions we had.

We stayed in this Ridge Villa unit for 2 1/2 weeks. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. The unit was clean and well-stocked with anything you might need. The view was wonderful. We enjoyed eating on the lanai and watching the waves crash against the rocks and look for whales. We were a little early for the whales. The location was perfect. We could walk to anywhere on the resort with no problem. As a golfer, my husband was happy to have the golf discounts that came with staying in this villa. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who is looking forward to a nice place to stay on Maui.

The overall details, about this condo, are accurately described. The condo is well maintained and fully outfitted. All one needs is a toothbrush and change of clothes! If you love your golf, walking trails and good food, this location is right in the thick of it. This is a great property to get away from it all as well. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful views from the patio and quite comfortable. No matter how long your stay is, plan on extra days to just ENJOY! Great condo nestled in a great location.

We love coming back here every summer. The unit is beautifully furnished and there are touches of "Aloha" throughout the condo -- from the tropical artwork hanging on the walls to the decorative pieces on the tables. The unit is very inviting, spacious and clean. The living room couch is especially comfortable. We also enjoy hanging out on the lanai, whether it is for breakfast, to read a book, or to enjoy the ocean view. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a lot of extras - it has everything you need to cook meals or to bake! It is in a great, quiet location and close to the pool. This is definitely our tropical home away from home!
