The condo had everything we needed for our vacation. The lania is great. We spent mornings watching the turtles while we had coffee. The ocean is so close its an experience in itself. You can snorkel and swim behind the hotel but the beach .5 miles to the south has a large grassy area and beach.

It was absolutely perfect for us! The location was great. Very quiet, but close to resorts so we could walk to several different restaurants. Steps away from the beach on either side. Close to the food trucks. Close to the “beach walk” so I enjoyed some runs. And the condo itself had everything we needed. We also loved that it was high so it was super private (no one could see onto our balcony except passing boats). We loved sitting on the lanai listening to the waves. No complaints!

Perfect location! SOO many turtles to watch from the lanai or beach swimming by over the reef. Comfortable bed and the pull out sofa was a nice addition. Love to listen to the ocean at all hours. Gorgeous views of Lanai and Moloka’i! Highly recommend.

Quite street, quiet building, beach front, everything was left very clean for us and we woke up and went to sleep with an incredible view every day and night. Chris left very detailed, easy to follow instructions and helped us out with food recommendations for the area. It was super helpful to have a cooler, beach chairs, beach towels and snorkel gear. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful location to watch whales, turtles, and sunsets. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. A good central location close to stores and the food truck park.
Host was very responsive and helpful to a small issue, which was resolved quickly.

We could not have asked for more. The private large lanai had gorgeous views. We had spectacular whale watching, not to mention paddle boarders, boats, canoes, etc. Had we not gone any other place, the lanai alone made it a great vacation. The kitchen was very well equipped and had plenty of counter space which we really appreciated since we cooked most of our meals. The bed was comfortable. The condo was clean and at least as good as the pictures show. The location is perfect for walking the beach, restaurants and a grocery store. The owner, Chris, was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We’d go back in a nano second.

It's hard to articulate every detail which made this stay amazing but the first thing which comes to mind is the stunning view. It really is accurate in the photos, and yet the photos don't do it justice. Before arrival, the host Chris was always prompt and caring in his communication. The check-in instructions were clear, and there was a helpful and friendly staff person in the lobby as well in case you have any questions. The condo is clean and perfectly stocked for a small party (we were two people.) In addition, the bed was very comfortable. There was even snorkeling gear as well as beach chairs and little portable cooler bags, which was really nice. There are succinct, clear instructions posted throughout the condo, which really helps you to navigate everything without any problems (and you don't have to sit and study a rental booklet because the instructions are right there when you need them, which was a thoughtful touch). The entertainment system worked great for us, as you can sign into your own streaming accounts. (I wish we would've brought an HDMI cord though, to play video directly from the computer.) You do need to bring your own binoculars, which we did, and that added a lot of value to the view. The lanai is really spacious and private. From there we saw sharks, turtles, fish, a sting ray, and some kind of porpoise or dolphin. It was amazing. In addition to being steps away from two different uncrowded beaches and right on a great snorkeling spot, you are in walking distance to the grocery store, food trucks, resorts, happy hours, and restaurants. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Pictures and words cannot justify the view from the Lanai. My husband and I had a great time watching the ocean and boats while enjoying breakfast. We can sit there all day just to enjoy the gorgeous view. The condo is very spacious and clean. We love it so much that we have been telling our friends to stay here when they visit Maui. Thank you!

The location was great. The cleanliness left a bit to be desired. The furniture was dated and uncomfortable. The sleeper sofa had missing springs and mattress was moldy. No real beach in front of condo. Water was right there.

The property was clean and the view from our lanai spectacular! We were fortunate to be able to see whales, dolphins, turtles, mink seal and flying fish right from our lanai. The location is so convenient to the market across the street and food trucks next door.

Great location. Beautiful view every day. Got to see whale and turtles every day from our vantage point. Great snorkeling right near property. Food truck very close by. Never heard the neighbors. Only thing we overheard was the luau next door. Very simple room, but had everything thing we needed, including beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella etc. Chris was always quick to respond to all my questions.

Couldn’t beat the view and the price was very reasonable. However the furniture was very uncomfortable and needed more bath towels. Tried to contact Eva ( the contact provided on island) and couldn’t reach her. We ended up having to wash our own towels.

This place was a great fit for me. Such a beautiful view. The building was clean and I felt safe. Food truck park within walking distance. The pool was small but definitely useable. Beach access was available on the right side of the building. Well stocked with small appliances. Some essential kitchen condiments provided. Beach gear was available for use. Would definitely consider this unit again! Close to many other beaches and activities.

If you’re looking for something smaller than one of the neighboring resorts, this is a great location. Fantastic views, has all the essentials. We (two adults) loved our stay here!
The beach directly in front was closed due to some beach erosion and higher surf levels, however the beaches to the right and left were just as easily accessible.
The building and unit itself appeared to be well maintained for the amenities and services we used. There are a few peculiarities that you might want to keep in mind to have clear expectations. Some special care and respect will need to be taken with some of the sliding windows (which are susceptible to the island trade winds). For two adults staying here, this wasn’t a problem at all. The building’s central A/C worked pretty well but was a little less powerful than other places we’ve stayed. However, we were grateful to have it (some others don’t), and these weren’t major issues for us during our stay.
Chris himself was fast, responsive, and friendly when we had a brief issue during check in.

My father & I celebrated his birthday here in Maui. It was my dad's first trip to Maui. Chris' condo was clean & spacious for the 2 of us & the gorgeous oceanfront view from the lanai was spectacular. We enjoyed having breakfast listening to the sound of the waves & dinner take-outs watching the mesmerizing sunsets. This was a memorable trip for us and we hope to return soon.
