In the Hawaiian spirit of ho’okipa (hospitality), we invite you to enjoy our beautifully remodeled home in paradise and the gorgeous oceanfront grounds of Maui Sands Seaside. Our condo is ideally suited to guests who appreciate an elegant, fully equipped, and affordably priced condo that is located garden-view in a quiet oceanfront building. Please note that occupancy is strictly limited to two (2) people.
Much thought and care has gone into making our condo a perfect home-base for discovering the beauty and mysteries of Hawaii. We have been happily renting our condo for 15 years, with many returning guests who've now become friends.
From the comfortable king-size bed and rock-tile shower to the large flat screen tv and fully equipped granite kitchen, you will feel pampered and care-free. Our garden-view lanai even features a sneak peek at the ocean, and only steps from our front door you can access an ocean-front deck with spectacular views of Molokai and Lanai. Our condo is the perfect place to relax and reflect, with tropical adventures within easy walking or driving distance.
We are honored to feature beautiful artwork by local Maui artists, which gives our condo a very contemporary and thoughtful energy. We also offer lots of conveniences including excellent WiFi and a full-size washer/dryer--a wonderful convenience while you're on vacation. We are one of the few owners to employ a professional cleaning and linen company to ensure that our condo is beautifully prepared on-time for your arrival. We do everything we can to ensure that your hard-earned and long-anticipated Maui vacation goes seamlessly!
Maui Sands Seaside is a true West Maui gem—a low-rise, “Old Hawaii” complex featuring lush tropical grounds, coconut palms, and gorgeous ocean-front views of Lana'i and Moloka'i. Located in the Honokowai neighborhood between Ka'anapali and Napili/Kapalua, Maui Sands is across the street from the popular Okazuya Deli (the best take-out on Maui), a fresh fish market, and many other conveniences. A farmers market, natural food store, restaurants, Duke's Maui, shops, ABC store, and large supermarket are all within a ten minute walk of our condo.
Our rates are reasonable and uncomplicated. The nightly rate includes free full-size washer/dryer, in-unit WiFi, parking, and domestic U.S. and Canada calls. We use a professional cleaning company, with hotel-quality linens that are swapped out with each guest and beach towels provided for use during your stay. As a registered vacation rental with the State of Hawaii, we are proudly in full compliance.
