Location of property was great, however location of condo was not due to people below who were a constant noise disturbance. We complained to property manager who sent them a text to remind them of quiet hours which start at 10pm. They had their tv on loud until 1am. That was after our 3rd night. Message was either not received or ignored. On our 5th and final night they had their loud tv on from 1-5am. In addition, the swamp coolers within the unit were very loud so you had to pick your poison-either use the loud coolers or open your windows and hear loud neighbors below.

The apartment complex is very well maintained and access to the beach is fantastic. We enjoyed watching sunsets from the balcony, the pool, and well equipped condo. The living room sofa bed wasn't very comfortable, so if you need 2 beds, you might want to consider a 2 bedroom condo. The temperatures during our stay were 30 degrees C plus (close to 90 F) and the portable AC in the living room wasn't adequate to cool the place. However, there is another portable AC in the bedroom and that was more than enough to cool the smaller room.

3/5 stars for accuracy of listing due to the fact we had to pick a different unit after hearing from the property manager that they had rented out the one we chose on VRBO. We are completely satisfied with the rental unit we stayed in at this condominium complex. It was centrally located in Kihei, easy walk to grocery, stores and dinner locations. View from lanai was perfect for enjoying my coffee. Super easy walk to beach with little crowds. We would recommend this stay for anyone looking to stay away from the resorts and wanting a piece of home for their vacation. Pool was heated and well maintained. Laundry facilities easy to use and convenient.

The apartment is very nicely appointed and very clean. Plenty of beach towels and chairs for your beach trips. The pool is amazing -- a true lap pool. The lovely beach is incredible for swimming, for watching the sunset, and for walking along the sand in both directions. Literally steps from the condo. Lots of excellent not-too-fancy restaurants within walking distance. Snorkeling close by. Easy parking. Grocery store across the street.

This was a perfect place to stay for me, my husband and 2 year old son. It was very clean, very homey and had everything we needed. It was stocked with plenty of items in the kitchen and the beach items (chairs, cooler and umbrella) were a big plus for us. The whole property was quiet and calm. The pool was great and the short access to the beach was convenient. I liked the convenience of the using an app for the laundry facilities since it was hard to find quarters at the time. Having the Times grocery store close by was also convenient. The area wasn’t too busy and it was easy to get to all the other parts of the island. It didn’t seem crowded or too touristy which I prefer. This place is perfect and I would definitely come back and stay here again.

The property was perfect. It was convenient, clean, attractive, comfortable and right on the beach. The condos were built to have views of the pool and the ocean. The kitchen was well equipped and everything we needed was there. I would highly recommend this property and if we come back to Hawaii, I would stay here again!

Close to golf and convenient location to get a round the island. Neighborhood lost power but luckily the grills by pool save our dinner. The Times grocery store was in walking distance and had great hot traditional breakfast ready to go for cheap.

We rented the condo to be close to the ocean and to be within walking distance of shops and restaurants, and for the pool. We used the pool almost daily, and there were never too many people at once. The condo is cozy and comfortable, and has everything you need.

Loved the location, near everything in terms of shopping, cafes, restaurants, and centrally located on the island so easily accessible (to and from). The property itself is well kept and furnished with a modern tropical decor. We felt comfortable and safe on the premises and neighborhood. The ac in the room really helped us sleep as it does get stuffy and humid which is expected in the tropics. Overall, we felt like we were home and enjoyed our stay. It’s Hawaii so there’s lots to do outdoors, but it was great to come back to this unit after long days out adventuring the island. Aloha

I sat on my balcony a lot, looking out at the beautiful view. The pool and private beach made it so nice, I did not need to go far. The grocery store had everything I needed, and was a block away.
My only objection was I could not get either TV to work. There were 3 remotes for each! I could have notified the Management for Help, but felt "who needs a TV with such beauty all around me?"

Excellent one bedroom condo with pool on the beach. Boogie boards and beach chairs provided. Settle on the sand to watch the whales breach and beautiful sunsets. Shuffle board court next to pool. Would recommend and rent again.

This was a great rental. It was well equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen wares (pots, pans, dishes silverware
and cutlery etc) to activity aids (beach towels, and bags to carry them, beach chairs/umbrella, cooler, boogie boards and guide books). Bed was extremely comfortable and deck provided nice view of pool, palm trees, green grass, and beach while eating meals or just relaxing.

In general, I was happy with our stay. The unit floor was not fully cleaned, and the vents of the air conditioners were filthy. However, management responded well to the AC unit issues. Also please don't disable the key code before the stated 11am checkout, as happened to us.

The view from our second floor unit of the beach and pool was spectacular. Beautiful breeze all day, quiet and family friendly. The grounds and pool are very well maintained as was our unit. It was nice to have the A/C in the bedroom for sleeping. There was good fellowship and even sharing of food at the BBQs and tables after people gathered to watch the sunset.
The location in Kihei was perfect with lots of great walk-able places to eat, early coffee, and shop. The beach clean and not crowded.
We would go back in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed the isolated beach access, and convenient location to a grocery store and food court. Centrally location for many site seeing activities. We are from Texas.

We loved the condo from the moment we walked in. It was so clean and comfortable with everything we needed. It felt private and secluded but it was easy to drive anywhere from here. The grounds were parklike and pretty with lovely flowers and waterfalls. The swimming pool was great. We appreciated the comfortable, king sized bed and ceiling fans. We BBQed and enjoyed eating on the balcony, watching and listening to the waves on the pretty, uncrowned beach. We liked Coconut’s Fish House and Peggy Sue’s nearby. This was a great place to come home to after driving the Hana Highway and going whale watching. I am hoping the whole family will come next year.

I really liked the location and the proximity to the beach. It was very peaceful and beautiful. We were pleasantly surprised to see some spices and sundries in the cabinet and a few beach items for use like a cooler and sand mats. I would love to return to this condo; however, I felt the $300 cleaning fee for only a 3 night stay to be overly costly which may likely prevent my return/recommendation of the property to any of my friends or acquaintances.

Waiohuli Beach Hale D220 is the perfect spot in Kihei. Small complex with beautiful ocean views and sunsets. Comfortable condo with everything you need while on vacation. Walk to restaurants, food markets and of coarse Maui Pie!
