Had an amazing stay here! The location is perfect being next to Kahalu’u Beach Park. We were able to walk down to the water for some relaxation or sunsets almost every day. Most of our scheduled activities were within 2-15 minutes of the spot (snorkeling, surfing, market). We loved how quiet the spot was while still being close to everything. Even with a family of 5, we felt things were spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend staying here.

Great open concept accommodation across the street from awesome snorkling. On direct (free) bus route to downtown Kona (10-15min) and 5 min to grocery store and restaurants. Fantastic deck from which to watch the sunset nightly. Place was very clean and the beds were very comfortable

We loved staying here. We were on the mountain side but still were able to have an ocean view from the front deck area as well as the back. It was a wonderful spot to return to after a long day out. The fans and AC kept it cool enough. It was central to all our needs and walking across the street to snorkel and surf was a bonus . There is a bbq on the deck that we used nightly for dinner.we got our daily walks in right on the road up to the local coffee shops. It was so nice to return to a place so convenient but not crowded. We will stay here again and again- property manager gets 10/10 for responsiveness and kindness. Met all my cleaning standards as well. For those wondering about beach items there were towels, chairs, snorkeling items and water shoes. That being said they don’t supply those items but were left by other guests.def a must stay!

This property was great and fulfilled our needs. It was spacious for 2 adults and 4 teens! We loved eating our meals on the lanai. Location was close to “downtown” Kona and a great spot for watching the sunsets. While it was nice to be across the street from the beach, we only went to that beach once. There’s just too many other beaches to visit. Plus, this one was very shallow for our snorkeling needs.
The house had almost everything we needed. I would suggest adding just a few more small items to make it easier on families trying to pack up a daily lunch and cook for a family of 6. Those items would be salt, aluminum foil or Saran Wrap, plastic containers with lids for holding sandwiches/leftovers, larger pots for cooking things like pasta. The kitchen was well appointed but just adding these few things would make it even better. Except for the pot, I purchased all of these items and left the remains for the next guests. While it was nice to have a cooler available to use it was tiny and would not accommodate a family of 6. We rented one for cheap. I truly appreciated the use of beach chairs and boogie boards and not having to rent them. I’m not sure how much longer the beach chairs will last as they are well loved. I also appreciated not having to purchase things like tp, tissues, paper towels, trash bags, laundry soap, sponge and dish soap!! Very thoughtful that these items were provided and included extras!
Overall, a great experience with renting this house!

Being within walking distance of the best snorkeling beach on the island was incredible and we took advantage of every opportunity! Booked a surf class that was within walking distance, too. Communication with the property manager was prompt and helpful. We've stayed in a lot of rentals and this, by far, had every supply we needed and more! Having AC in the main living areas and fans in the bedrooms cooled things off nicely. Washer/dryer is a big plus for families. Hope to be back again soon!

This condo has everything you could want. It’s quiet and peaceful. The location across the street from the beautiful Kahalu’u lagoon makes snorkeling every day convenient. There were so many species of reef fish to enjoy; we loved that. We watched the sunset from the front lanai. We loved the large french sliding doors in front and in the owner’s bedroom, and the large sliding windows in both bedrooms. With fans and open windows, we rarely needed the ac. You can watch birds and geckos from the back lanai. A grocery store and pharmacy are close. The dining table seats six, and there are several couches and comfortable chairs. The laundry on site was helpful, too, as are the beach towels. It was roomy and relaxing whenever we came home.

We loved staying at this place! We are a family of 6 and had enough room for everyone. Two kids slept on the daybed (2 twin mattresses) and said it was very comfortable. The window A/C unit in the living area was much appreciated. The bedrooms got a bit warm, so we left the doors open and put fans to pull cold air from the living area into the bedrooms and that worked well. What was most notable about this property was its location right across from Kahalu’u beach, one of the best snorkeling beaches! You really can’t beat this location. It’s a short drive to Kona for shopping/dining and some of the best beaches like Kua Bay & Hapuna Beach are not far (35-50 min drive). There were snorkels, fins, chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards in the shared garage space which was great! Another wonderful amenity that we didn’t know about until after we booked is the wonderful complimentary concierge service. David was super helpful with recommendations for dining and things to do, getting activities booked, and other questions during our stay. Would stay here again and highly recommend! Thank you!

The layout of the condo is perfect for two couples.
Each bedroom has it's own bathroom to use. They are in different parts of the condo, so no embarassing run-ins in the middle of the night.
The bathrooms are clean and functional. The living room and lanai gave us space to hang out together or get some private time. The a/c in the livingroom is powerful. We never missed having a/c in the bedroom, we just used the box fans to circulate the cooler air. And the kitchen had everything we needed - we cooked 90% of the time.
And as avid snorkelers, we love this location. Kahalu'u beach park is a great spot to snorkel when the tide is higher. And two-step is just 30 minutes away. And some other snorkeling is north 30-60 mins away.
Oh, and the condo was very clean - one of the cleanest we've stayed in. Bravo for the cleaning crew, and for the hosts for finding them!
We would happily stay here again. Mahalo for a great 13 days!

Location was great but barely an ocean view. Even with directions difficult to find, didn’t find the hand painted blue waves on the white fence? Disappointed the snorkeling beach across the street was closed the first half of our stay. The tvs didn’t work. Had to call the manager several times to get the 2nd key. Once the maintenance guy came he was very helpful and fixed the screen door and replaced 1 tv. The tv in the bedroom never did work. Overall happy with our stay.

My family stayed here in April 2023 and had a wonderful time. The location is amazing! It's a short walk across Ali'i Drive to Kahalu'u Beach Park (public beach with great, easy snorkeling - also lifeguards, restrooms and showers), and convenient for other activities in the Kona-Kailua area. It's also a quick 5 minute drive to Keauhou Shopping Center (grocery store and a variety of restaurants). The unit is very nice, with comfortable beds, an A/C unit, roomy lanai with views of the beach, ping pong table, and a well-stocked kitchen. The management company even brought by a drying rack for us, when we asked. A wonderful experience!

We stayed at your place but we had a difficult time finding the place. It was dark, identifying landmarks were unclear
There needs to say this place does not have an elevator.
The sheets on my bed were paper thin with pill marks

The condo was wonderful. Much nicer than we expected, and we thought it looked great in the photos. The small AC unit in the living room kept the condo cool on the 90 degree days. We really enjoyed our stay and Kona Coast was super communicative before and during our stay. Loved it!

Nice property super close to Kahal’u bay. The apt is perfectly situated to visit Kona and all the nice beaches close by. Also close to grocery shopping and other amenities. The lanai is perfect for spending time and there are some beach chairs for use.

Great time vacationing with our family. This property was perfect for the 6 of us, plenty of space, clean, no creepy crawlers and nice n fresh in the living room that has an AC. The rooms were fresh at night with the fans and windows open. Kinda nice to hear all the coquis in the evening and our son enjoyed seeing the lizards outside the property. Plenty of amenities available ( coffee maker, keurig, pots, plates, bowls, etc). Awesome snorkel beach across the street and easy trolly access to some shops and some of the best shaved ice at Gecko girls.
We loved our stay and would come back again!

Being so close to the excellent snorkeling across the street meant that anyone in our group could enjoy the snorkeling at any time during the day - morning, noon, night, low tide, high tide, etc. No car required. The whole family enjoyed it from the most experienced to the beginners. The condo was comfortable and the management was excellent - looking after every detail, even contacting us to be sure all was fine.

The apartment was exactly what we wanted for the end of our bucket list trip to Hawaii! Sitting on the Lanai every morning and early evening, reading a book or magazine, became our perfect way to start and to end the day. The apartment had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable, and there was nothing amiss. Not only was the apartment in great condition, but we were just across the street from the Kahaluu Beach Park. David, the concierge, also helped prepare us for our stay with great ideas about places to eat, things to do, and the wonderful things to see. Wow! This condo is gorgeous! When we entered, the AC was on, as well as Hawaiian music playing on the large TV - very welcoming! Everything is in pristine condition and beautifully decorated! The open floor plan is wonderful! There are many windows and sliding glass doors for great views and sunshine! The kitchen, with table/chairs for 6, is wonderfully equipped with nice appliances and other amenities! I utilized the extra nook as phone/work space. All furniture was beautiful and Hawaiian style - beds are super comfortable. We didn’t use the Day Bed, but it would be great for families. Each hall closet is fully stocked with linens and household equipment. Both bathrooms were great. Bedroom closets have space galore, along with suitcase racks. I didn’t need the box fan since the ceiling fan and AC in the living room kept the entire condo cool and comfortable. The master bedroom has its own private lanai. When I looked out the sliding glass door, I saw plumerias blooming, as well as a gecko on the lanai to greet me! The condo has parking underneath. The washer & dryer are huge! There was also a ping pong table and water sports equipment. The front deck was huge and had a nice patio set. There was even a large cooler, if we needed one for Turtle Bay across the street! Location, location, location! I would definitely rent this condo again!!!!
