Awesome beach location: saw sea turtles cleaning the reef right below our balcony, fabulous sunsets! Older unit but well maintained. Nicely appointed rooms with all the comforts of home and an excellent bed. Stocked kitchen with spices, cooking oil, and coffee/filters. Check out the Fish Market less than a 1/2 mile from the unit. Great cooked and fresh fish. Best poke! Excellent, quick response from the owner and management company. Definitely recommend.

Lars was great, we added a few days to the front of the trip, which created some confusion at the front desk, but we were able to work it out with help from Lars. Work being done as of Oct. 2022, should be done soon.

This property was very relaxing, comfortable & private! Listening to the waves made it feel like you were on a boat! This property had all a person would need & we even used the grills downstairs which were cleaned then mine at home!!
The concierge's both Susan & Morgan were beyond fantastic & helpful!!! All this made for a very memorable trip & we will definitely be back!!! Aloha

You've probably read other people's reviews about how unreal the views are, and they're correct. The views are breathtaking, and you fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves on the beach. This is the resort to go to if you want something a little more secluded and less crowded. There aren't a lot of amenities, but we knew that going in. The beach is quite accessible and much less congested than other places of the island. Owner is very friendly and accessible. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place!

This is a great condo. Lars is very attentive host. His check-in directions were very precise. Gorgeous views from the balcony and living room. Air conditioner worked great. Every appliance in the kitchen was present and functional. Bed was perfect: not too soft and not too hard. Everything was super clean. Lars had beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, a traveling cooler for us to use. Pool was heated, almost always empty. Jacuzzi was great. Many places to eat near the property. You need to walk a a few hundred yards to get to the swimmable beach, but we enjoyed the beach walk. Overall, we had a fantastic time and strongly recommend this place!

The property is very nicely appointed without much clutter, and we were very comfortable with accommodations with plenty of room for the two of us. Wonderful view from the lanai of the surfers, whales in the channel (even this late, in April!), and even the sunset at this time of year. We would certainly return on our next visit to Maui.

This condo was located in a great area to stay in Maui. Not too far/ too close to Lahaina. The fish market is to die for, the fish burrito & poke were amazing. the farmers market and deli were fabulous. Try the Haleakala smoothie. Lars, the owner was a great communicator and a huge help. As reviews state, He sends you a pdf of suggestions, however many are sadly out of date because of the effect covid has had on the islands.We read through the reviews about a pineapple upon entering but sadly I’m not sure they do this anymore. Upon entering, as photos show, the view is breathtaking. This alone sells this place. We saw multiple whales & it was mesmerizing over the week. However, 30 mins after entering, we began to see remnants of others. We found hairs In the fridge, on the toilet, all over the floor. We found various sand piles & the floor was sticky in spots. Many knobs were sticky, the walls had drips & handprints, & the remotes had crusted food on them. And dust, a lot of dust on the baseboards and generally all over the place. We struggled with whether to say anything. But then we saw the bugs. Smaller than ants but like a tan/ white mini ant, everywhere in the kitchen. I started spraying the disinfectant (thankfully left for us) everywhere. And the bathroom, Its old as stated in another review. But the lights were flickering. Then both screen doors to the beautiful view fell off and we couldn’t take it anymore so we wrote to Lars. Lars really stepped up and helped us immensely, he didn’t skip a beat. Although he did reference that no one had said anything about these things previously in reviews, so I thought it necessary to put them here. But also, There is only so much one can do as an offsite owner but Lars really did push everyone to help us immensely. He got maintenance & cleaners to come back to sweep, mop & clean drips & dust off of floor & baseboards. But We had to do a few loads of laundry & wash an initial load of dishes because previous guests stowed many Dirty pots & dishes. The condo definitely still needs/needed a deeper clean. Also updated/comfy seAting as we found the couch and chairs stained and uncomfortable. We covered them witha sheet to sit. Just our two cents, but we thought it necessary to let people know this place is gorgeous, a great location, a wonderful owner but has some ongoing issues. The pool/sauna were great & parking a breeze. Lars is a great & helpful person & we wouldn’t hesitate to book with him again.

Had a great time at this condo. We stayed for 2 weeks. The owner, Lars, was very responsive and accommodating. The place has a very nice set of furniture. The bed was comfortable. Kitchen appliances worked fine. There was a toaster oven for reheating things as well. We used the blender often!!! Could use some new pots and pans. They have some brand new Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella which were very comfortable. Location is perfect for us. Biggest decision was which side of the beach to hang out on. Saw lots of whales from the beach and the lanai. Had surfers right out front too. Would definitely come back to stay here. Loved it.

We loved the condo and the amenities it offered. The view from the balcony is gorgeous and we enjoyed it every morning with a cup of Kona coffee. The condo is nice and clean, sleeps 4 comfortably, air conditioned, TV in each bedroom and fully equipped kitchen. The Mahana resort has beautiful pool where my kids spent a lot of time, then sun-bathing on the front lawn, overlooking the ocean. Farmers market and grocery store is close by, and beautiful town of Lahaina is a few miles away. All in all, we enjoyed our visit to Maui and we are glad we picked this lovely condo. The owner (Lars) is very responsive and helpful with suggestions, which is an added benefit. Highly recommend this property if you are considering a vacation in Maui.

The condo was beautifully decorated, with amazing views in a very quiet property. We would recommend it to all of our family and friends. The location is close to Lahaina, far enough away from the crowds, but close enough to drive to Lahaina for some shopping and fun activities.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this property. It was the perfect place to stay. Very quiet, comfortable, clean and very accommodating. This property is very well maintained. Perfect for a family or couples that need a nice quite location with a lot of access to Lahaina and Ka'anapali Beach. Dukes restaurant is a 5 min walk, has great food and great bartenders. The beach and boardwalk is great for early morning or sunset walks. The pool and hot-tub is not crowded. We had friends (who stayed at a different property) stop by to BBQ with us and they were equally impressed and somewhat jealous.
Although the unit has TV's and a DVD/Stereo system, we didn't use them. Quite honestly, shame on you if you watch the TV instead of the wonderful ocean views. It's probably good for kids. Rather, we enjoyed sitting on the private balcony with a glass of wine watching the sunsets over the water. Floor to ceiling windows made this place even more stunning!!!
We can't speak enough praises about this property and the owners. We'll be returning in the future.

We loved our stay at this property. You literally can't be any closer to the ocean than this! The condo is just as the pictures portray it. The A/C and the ceiling fans worked brilliantly, and in concert with the sunshades that could be pulled down in the late afternoon, so we were always comfortable. Sunsets and the view were amazing from the lanai, and we were lulled to sleep by the sounds of the waves every night with the bedroom located on the ocean side. The kitchen has all the basic necessities, and there are "community" BBQ grills on the Mahana property, so we enjoyed preparing a few of our own meals. Lars was a great host! He was communicative and timely with information, and answered any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again, maybe during the humpback whale migration season next time, as I think the vantage point would be perfect!

First, I want to thank Lars and his wife for being so accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed our time at this condo very much and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Maui. It was convenient to many restaurants and beaches and it had an unbelievable view! There was plenty of room for my husband and I and our toddler. The facilities were nice and the condo contained anything that you may need in the kitchen or going out to the beach. I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to visit!

We had such a wonderful vacation here! The view is amazing! We woke up to a beautiful rainbow our first morning there! The condo is so nice, and perfect in every way. It had everything you could need, and the location was excellent as well. The beach is so handy, and groceries are just across the street. It was so relaxing to sit on the lanai and drink coffee while soaking in the stunning view and listening to the waves. I highly recommend this condo, you can't go wrong here!! Thanks to Lars for making his condo available!! If I get a chance to come back to Maui, this is where I'll stay!!

This property is gorgeous, well equipped and the views are stunning. Perfect location for whale watching, epic sun rises and sunsets as well as great snorkeling right off the beach! Coffee and breakfast on the spacious Lani was a huge perk. Comfortable bed and the floor to ceiling windows along the entire beach/ocean views was picturesque!
