If you have a stay that qualifies for housekeeping services, traditional housekeeping service will be performed every 7th day. This includes refreshing the condo and exchanging bed linens, bath towels, and amenities. Housekeeping services take place between 8 am - 430 pm daily. We are happy to bring back our Aloha Greet to welcome guests to the condo on arrival. Specific great times are set on your day of arrival.
This renovated spacious two-level unit has a stunning 180 degree view of the Ocean and is a 10 to 15 minute walk to world-class beaches, shops, restaurants, golf and tennis. The unit is close to the pool and in one of the more secluded spots in the complex.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the mini-split air conditioning is quiet and efficient. The unit's 1500 square feet provides room for adults and children to spread out or gather together in a great room off the kitchen to enjoy the panoramic views. The large lanai has a teak dining table to enjoy meals or drinks at sunset.
There is cable tv, internet and wifi throughout.
Wailea Ekolu Village is a tranquil terraced property located on the Wailea Blue Golf Course offering distant panoramic views of the Pacific. This quiet low density village consists of eighteen two-story buildings spread out over 18 acres of tropical landscaping and is conveniently located across from the Wailea Tennis Center and a short walk to the renowned 'Shops at Wailea'. Well stocked and lovely; fabulous location. Great pool. Only small cons: millipedes in bathrooms; shower in largest bathroom hard to operate and not adjustable.

Frequent travelers to Maui but first stay in Wailea Ekolu. The condo was very comfortable and clean, great location, and very quiet at night. We made friends at the pool every time we were out there. My only negative is that the condo did not have umbrellas for the beach, I understand the liability reason, but it made it inconvenient to rent one. (All other condos on the island have at least one umbrella FYI) But other than that it was a great stay.

Loved the cleanliness and quality of the rental. Great communication with the property manager and the location was perfect. Short walking distance to restaurants and shopping, with several excellent beaches within a short car drive.

We loved the property and the location. Very restful with a beautiful view of the ocean. Our only complaint relates to a misleading statement about amenities with the property and the process for resolving the problem. Specifically, the BBQ grill was filthy when we arrived. I attempted to clean it, but lacked the proper tools. The Ali'i folks came over promptly and cleaned. When we tried to use it, it kept tripping the ground fault breaker. The Ali'i folks came promptly and checked the unit out and determined that it could not be repaired. They stated that they needed to talk to the owner about replacement and that would get back to us. Three days later, we still had heard anything. When I called, I was reminded the the property manager was very busy and still needed to call the owner. The property manager returned the call later that day and again said they would need to talk to the owner and would get back to us. Three days later, still no call. So, I called again. The very helpful woman said that the computer reflected no resolution of the issue, but that she would call me back in 10 minutes with any answer. God bless her: this is exactly what she did. She informed us that the grill would not be replaced and offered a discount of stay costs. While this was and is generous, we planned to do a considerable amount of grilling (don't like to cook inside if we can avoid it) and were not able to do it. This is reason for our ratings under "Accuracy of Online Listing" and "Communication with Property Manager."
Having said this, we'd still love to stay at this property again...we'll just question a few things in advance before renting next time.

Very large condo with great access to shopping, eating, and beaches. We could watch whales right off the patio. We enjoyed all the amenities of the property. We would recommend this location to anyone. Loved It!

We enjoyed our stay very much with all the amenities of home. Beautiful view overlooking Molokini and Kahoolawe islands from the upper deck. Easy walking to great shops and restaurants. This is a real gem of a place to stay when on Maui. Highly recommended for a family or couples.

This was our first time to bring the 3 kids with us to Maui, and we couldn’t have stayed at a better property! The condo is beautiful and well appointed, but comfortable...just as advertised. The views are even more amazing in person and we could have easily stayed another week!
The kitchen was well-stocked with anything you might need, and then some. It was even better to find another full (or queen) size bed in the 2nd bedroom so no kids had to sleet on a futon, as it appeared in the pictures. The service from Ali’i Resorts was top-notch...always helpful if I had a question and made check-in/out super easy. We would definitely love staying there again!

Really enjoyed the property as did my family. Location was very convenient. Size and amenities were great. Pool was nice. Parking was a little tight at times (I wonder if other people had more than 1 car) but this was only an issue twice. TV could use a few more sports channels for the rain days but, hey, it's Hawaii. I didn't come for the TV. Would definitely come back.

Recently stayed at this condo. The location and views can't be beat. The unit is well stocked with everything you will need during your stay including beach chairs and is professionally managed by Ali'i resorts who met us right on time. Great location (better than the big resorts) for walking to many of the great restaurants in the Wailea area. Quick walk to the beach as well. Very comfortable and immaculate. We will be back.
