Description
The Kolea Villas are the most luxurious condo complex in the Waikoloa Beach Resort. Nestled between the Marriott and the Hilton hotels on the Big Islands Kohala Coast, Kolea is the jewel of the island, situated next to extraordinary Anaehoomalu Bay (A-Bay). It is the only residential community on the entire Kohala Coast with direct beach accessa beach famed for its white sands, gentle waters, friendly turtles, and the viewing of passing whales.
Kolea Villas are within a convenient walk to upscale shopping and restaurants at the Kings Shops, to the soon-to-be-finished restaurants, cinemas, and shopping at the Queens Center, and to the Hilton Hotel's amazing Kohala Spa and ocean-side restaurants. There are two championship golf courses minutes away in Waikoloa.
Ocean Sports Inc. is located right on the beach. Activities include scuba diving, wind surfing, kite surfing, glass bottom boat rides, sail and snorkeling cruises, sunset sailing, and extraordinary close-up whale watching.
Not that you ever have to leave the villa grounds. The Kolea Beach Club includes an infinity edge pool overlooking the beach, a natural lava rock hot tub, a childrens sand bottom pool with waterfall, an open-air exercise room, and a full kitchen with outdoor dining tables.
As for the condo itself
This is one of the few 3-bedroom, 2-bath villas in the Kolea complex, and has been professionally decorated with authentic island ambience for a true Hawaiian getaway. It has 1550 sq. feet of room, 2 flat-screen TVs with DVD players, and a 150 sq. ft. lanai with a stainless steel Viking BBQ and a table that seats 6 for outdoor dining. Air conditioning and fans are in every room. The gourmet kitchen includes granite counter tops, African mahogany cabinets, and new stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom includes a luxurious soaking tub and separate over-size shower, all with natural stone finishes. A second bedroom has a queen, the third two twins. A sleeper couch is in the great room.
Other condo amenities include free local calls, cable with HBO, stereo, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, parking.
