CANCELLATION POLICIES:
TRAVEL INSURANCE – Please look into this as your first line of defense, as it limits losses for both parties in this difficult time. All of the major booking sites offer trip insurance and you can purchase this protection directly at time of booking. Also, many credit cards do offer travel reimbursement as terms of their program, so please check with your credit card company should you chose not to protect your trip with the site you are booking this reservation with.
For bookings without Travel Insurance:
CANCELLATION - 30 DAYS or MORE before check-in, Renters will receive a FULL REFUND, minus a $99.00 Admin Fee plus tax
CANCELLATION - 29 DAYS or LESS before check-in, Renters will forfeit the total rental amount. The total rental includes all charges on the paid in full invoice.
There are NO REFUNDS for EARLY DEPARTURE.

This condo is in a great location in Wailea. Close to golfing, shops, the beach and restaurants. Monkeypod (seafood and Hawaiian) Pita Paradise (Mediterranean) and Oao (sushi) restaurants are a short walk. The complex is well kept and has beautiful landscaping. Two small pools that were never busy. The condo had new furnishings that were very nice. The kitchen and bathrooms have not been renovated. The beds were very comfortable (if you like a soft bed). The AC units kept the bedrooms cool and it was very quiet for sleeping (except the crickets!). We didn’t use the AC in the living area as the breezes with the doors open were perfect. The views were incredible. The condo was clean on the surface but could use a deep clean. The cleaner forgot to leave paper towels, toilet paper and dishwashing tabs, but the property manager had the items delivered upon request.

Two families of three each stayed in this lovely condo. The location was perfect for enjoying everything in Wailea. The view was a wonderful, panoramic ocean vista! We would definitely stay here again!

Tastefully remodeled property with million-dollar view of Maui Channel came as advertised. Lovely community with two nice pools, and a short drive to beaches, shops and other amenities. Three lanaes, including each bedroom, and nicely furnished. We would come back again for sure.
