Royal Kahana 802 has central A/C, is a cozy Studio located on the 8th floor with spectacular views! This open concept floorplan gives major Aloha vibes with the cool hue tones and tropical artwork. This unit can accommodate up to 3 guests with a King size bed and a Twin size pull out wide chair. Enjoy indoor dining for two or dine al fresco on your private lanai while you take in the stunning views. This studio has a kitchen for meals you decide to dine in. The convenient bathroom includes a spacious walk in shower and ample storage space. Pack light as this unit also comes equipped with a washer and dryer for added convenience.
Royal Kahana is a premier beachfront resort on the West side of Maui between the Famous Ka'anapali and Kapalua areas. This resort has some of the best ocean views as it sits on Kahana Bay! Enjoy breathtaking sunsets as well as beautiful whale watching during winter months. Royal Kahana is centrally located to many restaurants and shops. Just a short walk away, you are able to enjoy a variety of restaurant choices from Maui Brewing Company to take out Sushi at Miso Phat. Take a quick drive to Lahaina town, dining and entertainment at Whaler's Village in Ka'anapali, or championship golf courses in Kapalua. You are also welcome to all the amenities that Royal Kahana provides such as table tennis, shuffleboard, fitness center, heated pool and gas grills on site.
*Please note that all reservations booked after 03/01/2023 will be charged a parking fee of $18 per night plus applicable tax. This fee is collected at the front desk of the property between the hours of 8am-8pm. If you are arriving after 8pm, please register your vehicle at the night-watch desk and pay your parking fees the following morning. Please note this fee is charged by the Royal Kahana Resort and is in no way affiliated with My Perfect Stays.
Enjoy swimming at Kahana Bay directly in front of the resort or simply take a 5-10 minute beautiful scenic drive North to some of Maui's famous beaches such as Napili Bay which is famous for its snorkeling. Head a little further north and find stunning Kapalua Bay and all the luxuries Kapalua has to offer. Take a short drive South and come across Ka'anapali Beach and all the entertainment it has to offer. During the winter months, North swells create a wash away effect on the sandy beaches. The summer months bring South swells which help bring the sand back to the beaches. The resort has placed sandbags along the shoreline to protect the beach from further erosion. Direct beach access is currently NOT available but this is subject to change. There is beach access at the neighboring resorts, again this is dependent upon the currents.
Our team of professionals are located on Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have a after-hours emergency dispatchers to assistance when needed. We provide: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. One beach chair and beach towel is provided for each guest, plus a cooler for your stay. Complimentary concierge service is available to our guests.

The Royal Kahana was a pretty much perfect stay. The bed was super comfy, all the amenities we needed we had, and the breeze between the bathroom and the main room was so perfect we didn't even need the AC. Great location--no complaints!

We loved our stay here! It was so nice to have the kitchen to cook some of our own meals and the washer and dryer really came in handy. The best part was the view from the lanai. When the sun shines down on the water, you can see the reef from above and I even saw some sea turtles swimming around. The bed is very comfortable and the AC works great. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for taking care of the place and making us feel at home. Loved it!

We found the studio condo to be a wonderful and convenient location. It was clean, had everything we could need, and we could easily hear the sounds of the waves from the balcony! Maui is one of our favorite islands with so much to do, with beautiful scenery everywhere you look. We had a wonderful week staying at the Royal Kahana.
