Very well equipped appartment with a fantastic location on the fourth floor with corner terrace and view of the sea and the beautiful appartment complex. Very suitable for up to four people, very spacious and three toilets. We can only recommend this condo, it lacks nothing.

We had a great time at Waipouli Beach Resort. The kids sand lagoon was great for our 16 month old. We loved the pool and the hot tubs. The lazy river doesn’t actually have a current and you can’t use tubes, so that was just a smidge disappointing. The beach out front was great for my baby to play in the sand, but it was pretty rough to swim.
The walking/bike trail was awesome!
We had just a few minor issues during our stay, but Lyra, the property manager was great. Our smoke alarms kept beeping and we had to reset them multiple times (it woke us up at 3am one night), and the AC was out one day for building wide repair.
Overall, I highly recommend this resort for families. Safeway and an abc store are directly across the street and tons of restaurants are within walking distance.

We are thrilled with the stay in H402. Beautiful, clean unit. Pool area is very clean & safe. Grocery store is right across the street. Although the ocean in this area of Kapaa is a bit rough you can still get your toes wet. Amazing sunrises.

Great location and unit is perfect. Fully equipped kitchen and comes with beach equipment. Everything in the unit was great. The resort needs to make sure that the BBQ's are in working condition. That piece was very frustrating.

We enjoyed the resort atmosphere and access to a resort style pool. Our 13 & 14 year old kids loved the pool and slides! The adults loved the hot tubs! We also had dinner once at Oasis, the restaurant by the beach/pool, and really enjoyed the atmosphere, and the service was great! The condo itself was very well maintained and clean. Everything felt very modern. We ate out on the lanai every day and really enjoyed the sound of the waves and beautiful view. The kitchen and bathrooms were also lovely. We enjoyed the area of Kapa’a. A highlight was Lydgate Park/Beach. They have built a wall to create a protected swimming area that is also fantastic for snorkeling. We saw tons of fish. A very nice beach as well. We also loved Russell’s by Eat Healthy Kauai. It is plant based and great. There is a backyard seating area that is very nice and your kids (or adults) can have fun spraying the chickens with supplied water spray bottles. Overall our stay was a solid 5 stars.

Was very happy with our experience staying at Hale Tiare. Walking in and seeing that the property matched the advertised pictures perfectly put our minds at ease immediately. Spent our 50th Anniversary with our daughter and son in law, and staying at Hale Tiare made our celebration one of comfort and enjoyment. Conveniently located between Poipu and Hanalei made for easy sight seeing in either direction. The resorts pool, offered relaxation for afternoon cool down. The location of the room offered great morning views of the sunrise while sipping that first cup of coffee. Being a corner unit on the top floor, with ocean frontage made for a very relaxing stay. It has to be the top unit to stay in at the resort. We would highly recommend anyone, to enjoy Hale Tiare in paradise, as you won't be disappointed!

Hale Tiare was perfect! The pictures represent the property very accurately. This must be the best unit in the complex. The location of the unit could not be beaten. The location of the complex is convenient to everything. The Oasis Restaurant at the Waipouli Beach Resort was excellent. The servers, menu, preparation and food presentation were outstanding. The shave ice across the street at Wailua Shave Ice was the best that we had on the island. We’d definitely rent Hale Tiare again!

The condo was very clean, exactly as advertised and was in the perfect location for all of the activities we had planned. I would highly recommend Hale Tiare for your stay while on the island of Kauai.

We've stayed in another unit in this resort, so we knew what to expect. This unit had a great view of the sunrise each morning, which we loved. I was worried about pool noise once I saw that it overlooked the pool but you couldn't hear anything at all. It was awesome to have the stocked closet full of beach gear. The only thing missing was a bit of coffee to get us through the first morning. =) Thanks for the lovely stay.

We enjoyed our stay in the beautiful condo. The views were amazing. We saw a monk seal on our beach. The resort pool and hot tubs were amazing. We rented bikes from the resort and rode on the scenic coastal bike path. The propert management team were very responsive to our requests. Absolutely wonderful stay. We hope to return in the near future.

After three long years since we last vacationed in Kauai and after an intensive search for just the right condo, we booked Hale Tiare for a week in December 2022. It was one of the more luxurious condo we could find and only somewhat more expensive than many others. This property checked all the boxes. It had a full ocean view, great kitchen and a wonderful pool and hot tub. It was 2 bedroom that we didn't need, but it had everything else. The kitchen had a wolf stove and a sub zero fridge to give you an idea of the upgraded quality. And the best part, the condo was so well stocked with seasonings, pots and pans and even beach chairs and umbrella for our use. There were many details that were addressed and greatly appreciated. We were able to cook several meals with supplies from Costco to offset the costs of daily eating 3 meals out. The "on property" restaurant, Oasis on the Beach was just a few steps from our building. The food was quite good and convenient. The beach on the property was amazing and the lounge chairs provided were so comfortable! The condo and the property was meticulously clean and cared for. Such a pleasure. We hope to return next year.

Our stay at Hale Tiare was amazing. We were 2 couples celebrating my 60th Birthday. The condo was perfect for each of us to have our own bedroom and bathroom but still share the common space. The appliances were more than adequate. We sat on the balcony every evening and played cards and had cocktails and spent every morning drinking our coffee. The last night there was a live band at the Oasis restaurant and the location of the condo was perfect for sitting on the balcony and enjoying the music. I would highly recommend this condo. Perfect for sunrises.

We had a wonderful stay here with our young kids. The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed for our trip. The pool was awesome and never super crowded. The only thing I was bummed about is the natural light. In the listing pictures it shows the main area super open and bright however it’s no very light at all. With the way the condo is set up there is no direct sunlight except early in the morning. Overall I’d would stay here again.

This resort is great and this unit in particular was wonderful! Views of the mountains, pool, beach, and vast ocean with tropical sunlight streaming in! The place was clean and quiet and a perfect place to have three generations together to share mahi mahi and poke out on the balcony. The showers weee clean, beds comfy, and appliances all worked great. Even had umbrellas chairs coolers and boogie boards for a North Shore day trip. Will definitely be back here!!!

Loved our stay here. Clean, spacious, had everything except a lime/lemon squeezer :). Really loved the location as it made it easy to get to the various places we wanted to go to north/south/west sides. Also, loved the bike path right by us. Pools were great and the food at Oasis by the sea was awesome (so was the service!!) great stay and we would certainly come back.

We had the most amazing 4 days at this condo. It is very conveniently located, there is a Safeway across the street and kapaa is a wonderful place. We also really enjoyed the pool and slides. And of course the view of the ocean.

This is a beautiful Condo that does not disappoint. I was surprised by the drab hallways leading into them but you forget about that the minute you open the door. The facility is nice and the kitchen has every tool you may possibly need! The condo pool was beautiful as well. There were a few little things like- mold in the washing machine (but yay for having one), sand on the body wash in the shower, seal of the dishwasher broken, and something sticking out of the refrigerator- but nothing horrible. Again, the views are amazing, beds comfortable and the shared used areas amazing- great beach access and the restaurant is delicious! Would go back for sure! As a side note SafeWay is just across the street for food as well as Ross for those things you may have forgotten to pack. You can also get around the island very easily from this central location.

Nice beach for laying out but not swimmable due to coral. Safeway grocery across street in strip mall. Central location in Kapaa made easy drive to north or south island. Would stay here again. Easy peasy check in process.

Highly Recommended!!! Very clean, spacious, beautiful view. the kitchen is well stocked with high end appliances, dishes and cookware. There are lawn chairs, snorkeling gears, coolers and other amenities in the unit. Food at Oasis, the restaurant on site was amazing. the property hot tub with sand at the bottom sounded weird at first until you tried it. LOVE THIS PLACE!! You will not be disappointed.!!

This condo very nice with beautiful views from many sides. The resort was immaculate, they were always cleaning every day. The location had many restaurants and stores. The only downfall is if you like to swim in the ocean there is no ocean swimming. Although they do have a beautiful pool but it’s only 3 1/2 to 4 feet deep.

We have been to the other wonderful islands of Hawaii, but first time in Kauai...LOVED it!!! The condo was the BEST!! The best location - corner unit so facing ocean in front & facing the incredible pool on side - perfect!! High end appliances & nice big TV's on walls with no ugly wires hanging around. The entire unit was clean, neat and organized. We loved it!!

Amazing view, crosswinds, comfortable furniture made it difficult to leave our lanai but the pool did call from time to time. Important to note there is no swimming in the ocean.
