Ocean View Condo 137 looks across manicured lawns and lush gardens to beautiful Kiahuna Beach. World famous Poipu Beach lies right next door. Recently refurnished, the condo is tastefully redecorated and has newly-installed central air conditioning. The California king bed is exceptionally comfortable and the queen pull-out sofa sleeper has a mattress topper. The condo easily sleeps 4 guests and is fully equipped and supplied for an extremely comfortable stay.
A short walk (or drive, if you prefer) takes you to beautiful Poipu Athletic Club, with its expansive pool (including waterslide), gym, aerobics room, tennis and pickleball courts, and a bar/restaurant. Membership is included in your condo rental. Also just across the road is Poipu Shopping Village, which has great restaurants, shopping, and coffee shops. A short stroll also takes you to famous Moir Gardens, hotels such as the Sheraton and Marriott that have oceanside restaurants and boutiques.
Why Condo 137? The location and the view are extraordinary... you will see the ocean across a lush lawn lined with palm trees. You are a minute from the beach. The condo is beautifully furnished with air conditioning. It is the best supplied condo in Kiahuna.
Why Kiahuna Plantation Resort? Beautiful traditional-style buildings with gorgeous grounds... lawns trimmed like golf courses, palm trees, famous gardens, ponds, and bordering a world-renowned beach. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance.
Why Poipu? The south is the sunniest region of the island... far less rain than the north. Excellent beaches. Great hiking. Spectacular Waimea Canyon, with views of breathtaking Napali Coast.
Why Kauai? Considered by most to be the most beautiful Hawaiian Island. More peaceful and secluded than other islands.

We've been traveling to Kauai for the holidays for over 27 years now, and always stay at Kiahuna. This was by far, one of my favorite rooms to stay in. The view was incredible, it was quiet as it's a short walk away from the parking lots and roads, and well appointed. Thank you!

The view from the lanai was unbeatable. The unit was close to the beach and had boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, and even bocce ball. Great stay...wish we were still there.

1. the sliding glass doors and screens are very old and are EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to slide in and out. at a minimum the wheels should be replaced. 2. we never got the living room TV to connect with the cable box. the bedroom tv was linked to cable box but the input for channels on the remote didn't work properly....also the instructions for the living room TV are outdated as the Vizio has its own remote and the instructions don't give the correct actions.

We saw this and several other similar properties listed and finally chose this gem! Great location literally steps from the beach, restaurants and other activities including the athletic club across the street, which was free to use if you are staying on property.
Owners installed central a/c prior to our visit which made for a very comfortable stay. Had several meals on the spacious private balcony and was able to do plenty of stargazing (on the clear nights, of course)! All in all, it was more than I would have expected and would definitely stay here again!
