This place is perfection, just book it. 24 of our family and friends converged on Poipu, in the same complex. I can say without a doubt our unit was the nicest out of all 5 others I saw. The location is prime, near laundry, walking path to beach right there, close walk to the pool and coffee. The is no AC which worried me, but we didn’t need it. The unit airs off beautifully. My ONLY complaint is the bed is too firm for me, but the fold out couch was comfy, so we did that.

The location is absolutely perfect! You are within a short distance to some amazing beaches and amenities. The condo had all the supplies that you would need.

The owner, Jenn, was very responsive when we couldn’t find chairs, umbrellas etc. The condo kitchen was very well stocked. There were books, games and puzzles that we enjoyed during the recent rainstorms. The condo was lovely!

The plantation is an oasis inside an oasis great gardens and walkways sprawling everywhere to make getting around from the beach to shops a breeze. Wonderful location on the unit with east access to the beach made our stay relaxing and wonderful! We will be back!

We had the most wonderful time in Kauai! The unit was perfect and exceeded our expectations. The furnishings, etc. were awesome. Great and helpful communication with the owner! We only have positive things to say and are so grateful for the opportunity to stay in such a beautiful place!

The Room was nicely decorated and in a good location on the property, close to the laundry, beach hut and the beach. The lanai offers a view on the royal garden with the bridge, the birds are so nice in the morning. They have some beach stuff the the closet in the living room, kids toys fir the beach, some scuba gear, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, beach chairs and coolers. Even a pair of binoculars to check out the birds. The kitchen is equipped pretty well, but bring condiments, spices etc they have all the cookware and serve ware needed.
Note to the owner: the 2 can openers in the kitchen didn't work. I was going to replace it for you if I went to target or Walmart but did not go.

We had a wonderful week at the Kiahuna Plantation. This is a great property with nice and safe sandy beach. Great location for families. The condo had new furniture and was well stocked. It was a bit humid during our stay so the additional fan was helpful as this unit does not have AC and does not face the ocean breeze.

A great condo at a very attractive development. Surely this is the best location in Poipu! Condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Quick access to the beach. We put the beach umbrellas to good use! Carrying luggage up the stairs was a little chore, but it was worse going the other way… we didn’t want to leave!

Our fifth visit and stay at Kiahuna Plantation. Best location on the island. Our partial ocean view was more like ocean view. Great unit, with great amenities and extras.

Had a great time at this condo. It’s a wonderful location to the beach and surrounding areas. Amenities were fantastic, cleaning service was perfect, communication with host and front desk was stellar. All in all wonderful trip to Kauai, and will for sure be back.

Property is ideally located for beach access. Some items in unit need repair and a little worn out. Third time staying in this location. Would stay again and unit has everything you need for beach time.

This unit was the perfect fit for our family. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay and the unit absolutely perfect. It gave us a home away from home feeling. The unit is perfectly located - just a couple minutes from 2 beaches and is fully stocked with everything from beach gear to puzzles and board games. Kitchen has all of the necessities, the bed and pullout sofa are both super comfortable, and the balcony overlooks a beautiful green belt garden. We will return to paradise. Thank you!
