Overall the stay here was great. Perfect location to walk to many places. The noise from the cars at night does take some time getting use to but overall it was a nice stay and I would stay again.

My 85-year old Mom and her twin sister came to visit me and stayed in the unit for 9 days. It was perfect for them! They each had their own space and we gathered in the living room or on the lanai when we shared quality time.
The reviews about the street noise are 100% correct. We never got used to this.
The view from the lanai was unobstructed. We could see Kaho'olawe and Molokini Crater so clearly! Mom loved watching the snorkel boats go back and forth, especially with the binoculars that were in the unit. The sunsets were phenomenal.
The AC units were quiet and kept the unit cool. The kitchen was well-equipped. We didn't lack for anything.
One recommendation that we would offer is to add a light to the bottom of staircase going up to the unit. That very first step is very hard to see in the dark.
I received several email communications from the management company that provided all the information we needed before and during our stay. They reached out before Mom's arrival to ask the approximate time we would check into the unit so that they could leave a few lights on if we were coming in late (which we did). I appreciated this thoughtfulness.
I would recommend this unit and would consider staying there again. Mom was very happy with the accommodations, which was the ultimate goal all along.

The showers had mold in them, countertops and floors dirty too. The beds are not queen size, but comfortable. The AC units should be updated, very noisy and the one in the main bedroom is blocked by the dresser, so it was always hot. TV in the second bedroom has a huge scratch on the screen. The management company did a great job communicating and coming back to clean, and dropped off some cleaning supplies for us to clean ourselves. We love the neighborhood but this wasn't our favorite unit. The photos don't have an accurate vantage of the actual view from the condo, it does overlook the driveway of the shops below.

I only give it 3 stars because of the location. Condo was modern, very tastefully updated with a wonderful front ocean view. I love the complex because of its great location : walking distance to everywhere and we love to walk š The challenge of the condo is its location in the complex, when I booked it, I overlooked the location not realizing it was right on Wailea Ike Drive at the intersection. If noise does not bother you : great, it was not pleasant, and dinner on the terrace was difficult. Other than that, the condo was great. I would rent again at Wailea Ekolu but a different location.
The rental manager at Maui Rentals was great and very helpful. I would rent from them again.

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights and we were very pleased. It was very clean, had everything we needed from beach towels to pots and pans. They even provided laundry detergent and bathroom toiletries. If my family and I forgot something it felt as though they had it covered. The location was perfect! There are three shopping centers within walking distance with many food options, coffee, and retail therapy. Although, we didn't walk to the beach, it was in walking distance as well. The check in/check out process was seamless and the step by step directions they provided were spot on, make sure to read them throughly (don't just map the address, map the longitude latitude). High recommend this place to anyone. It was well worth it! When I come back to Maui, I will definitely try to stay here again. Thank you Vacation-Maui! I appreciate you all!

Overall the stay was great. The rooms were clean and spacious. Caution: they are only two queen beds. The rooms were the same size so there really isn't a āmasterā which is great for couples wanting to share a place. The price was really high, I think it was equivalent to the Marriott AC which is a 2 minute walk from there. So if you want the space and the large kitchen this is a great choice. The beach is technically walkable but I wouldn't recommend it if you have a lot of beach stuff like chairs and snorkel gear. Overall really nice.

This property made our trip so easy and so relaxing. So many positives overall but highlights were the cleanliness, the well-stocked kitchen, proximity to shops and the beaches, and the comfort of furnishings. The positives were in addition to the amazing view and overall beauty of the greater property! It was above and beyond expectations as we had everything we could have ever needed and more! My only item I would add is to include a map location of the unit for the arrival instructions as GPS took a few tries to find at night. We canāt wait to plan a trip back and stay at this unit again!

Affordable, clean, very nice view of sunsets. Perfect fit with two full bedrooms, this condo is perfect getaway in the Wailea area. We felt safe and enjoyed walking to the Wailea Mall. Great running areas, close to golf and shopping. Will book again next year.

We loved that it was close everything - the beach (we like Ulua) - restaurants in Kihei - the pool - and it was easy to get around. Great location, fabulous communication through booking to checking. Everything was nicely furnished though we didn't spend much time at the condo. Each en suite bedroom had its own aircon unit which was efficient for cooling. We did not use any of the pools and cannot comment on them. The cars can be a bit loud on Wailea Ike sitting out on the lanai but it didn't detract from the view or the location overall. It's walkable to the beach but it's a bit ambitious if you A) have kids and/or B) are bringing a chair, umbrella, etc. In that case, if you rented a car, you may as well park in public access lots a very short drive away.

We had a great time in Wailea Ekolu 102! The house was clean and well decorated. It's pretty close to the Wailea beach, some well-known fine dining restaurants, and The Shops, one of the two famous shopping centers on the island. And any queries would be answered quickly and handled by the management office once we called them. Besides, the instructions in the email were explicit, thoughtful, and informative. A kind reminder, if you use its address to navigate via Google map, you will never find the house. We went the wrong way the very first time at night and it took us some time to find it. It turned out to be that the geographic coordinates of the house would be more helpful. Overall, this is a lovely place to stay for vacation. We'd love to choose this house again on our next maui trip.

The house is so beautiful and well prepared - the view is so amazing from the balcony that we ended up eating at the villa instead of going out. Most nights. We also love how the house is so well stocked with everything we need - from detergent to beach chairs and beach towels :) the location is also great - close to shops and many beaches so some days we just walked around the area. Lastly, the management team is also really responsive- we asked for an extra duvet and it was delivered right away. Overall it's one of the best Airbnb we stayed in and will definitely come back.

The unit was very nice with a wonderful ocean view, and surrounded by beautiful landscaping. The only problem was the proximity to a very busy street were drivers tested the engine power of their rental cars. The noise started early and ended late. The unit was nicely decorated but in need of a few repairs. The screen door on the master bedroom had a broken handle and was difficult to open and close. The screen door on the 2nd bedroom was missing, so we were unable to leave the sliding glass door open in the evening. The oven did not work. A repairman came by and determined that the control panel required replacement. The host did issue us a partial refund for the inconvenience. The coffee machine did not work but was replaced on our third day. And our porch light never worked. We asked to have it repaired but that never happened. Returning from dinner after dark required a flashlight to re-enter the unit. When we return to Wailea we will certainly consider staying again at Wailea Ekolu, just not in Unit 102.
