Sealodge E7 - cozy retreat for two with the most amazing view all the way down the coast to the lighthouse at Kilauea. This oceanfront retreat in the quiet Sealodge Princeville complex lets you see and hear the ocean, plus free wifi if it's a working vacation.

All of the north shore Kauai's great beaches and attractions are conveniently close, and there's a beach path onsite, but you'll be perfectly happy to stay in too, and enjoy the view and the sight and sound of the ocean from this cozy Sealodge Kauai hideaway. The view from your lanai extends the length of the Anini reef to the lighthouse at Kilauea. Your private lanai with seating for two is perfect for morning coffee as you watch the sun come up over the ocean, or a quiet hour with a good book as you're caressed by the ocean breezes.

Sealodge E7 includes a full kitchen with all the pots and pans and dishes you'll need for preparing simple meals at home. No need for restaurant dining every night - unless you want to sample the local fare. The grocery store is just a mile away, and offers many delicious local convenience foods, plus there's a wine store, an ice cream shop, and varied boutiques full of tempting wares. You can pick up a couple of poke bowls, a nice bottle of wine, and come home to enjoy the view.

The bedroom can be closed off from the living areas with an accordion door for visual privacy, and you'll sleep comfortably in the queen size bed where you can enjoy the sound and the sight of the ocean without even having to get up! While Sealodge E7 is most comfortable for a couple, there's also a twin bed in the living room alcove, perfect if you're traveling with a little one. Free wifi makes it easy for you to keep up with your emails, or even work remotely if you can't get away from the "real" world completely. There's a washer and dryer in the condo, too, for your convenience. Note that this unit is on the second floor and there are no elevators, so you will have to climb a flight of stairs since it's on the second floor.

Our Kauai vacation rentals at Sealodge are located at the end of a small quiet side road, with no through traffic, that ends at a dramatic ocean bluff. These Princeville condos face the ocean on their lanai side. A short, rather strenuous, hike brings you to the secluded Sealodge Beach. Shopping and dining are conveniently close, with the Princeville shopping center just a mile and a half away. The charming town of Hanalei, and the world famous Hanalei beaches, are a brief ten minute drive. Our Sealodge Kauai condos are comfortable, quiet, and island casual.

As with most homes on Kauai, this vacation rental is NOT air conditioned.

This is an upstairs condo so you need to be able to go up and down stairs. There are no elevators.

Although this home has internet, the speed and reliability cannot be guaranteed due to the remote location and the service being provided by a third-party.

We had a great stay! The views of the ocean from the large windows in each room were amazing. The location was convenient for getting to many beaches, including Hideaways, Hanalei, and Anini, and for exploring the Napali coast. The only thing that went wrong was that the lockbox code no longer worked well before the 10 AM check-out time. Luckily, one of us had stayed in the rental while the other was moving luggage to our rental car, so it didn't end up being a problem. Also, note that the decor is dated (as is visible in the posted pictures), which may matter to some people, but wasn't something we cared about.

The view is fabulous. The place really needs updated and ac to make it a nice property. The shower drain is really slow therefore you stand in dirty water to shower. Sugar ants were all over the kitchen. Princeville is a beautiful area and we had a nice wedding in Hanalei Bay. Please consider ac and getting rid of the carpet. The washer/dryer is nice to have.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was ok. The view was really nice. The unit very old. Kitchen cabinet doors kept opening, no air conditioning- hot during day. Kitchen lacked needed items. If you want a view great place but otherwise old and dated. We were missing beach towels and called but they never came.

It’s located close by to tons of activities. I would definitely recommend a stay here if you are looking to explore the northern side of Kauai. 10/10 would stay here again!

It was VERY clean, the bed is super comfy and the linens were soft and crisp. Plenty of beach towels and chairs. Awesome view out of the windows and lanai. No dishwasher, which wasn't a problem for us, but a consideration for someone who doesn't like to handwash dishes. The unit is the perfect size for 2 people to have a romantic vacation, there's a bed for a child/third person but I can see it being a little cramped with three or more people.

KKV promised a mattress topper and delivered! Our month at Sealodge was excellent. Waking up to that view...fantastic. Princeville and Hanalei were all one could ask for; restaurants, beaches, hiking, kayaks, grocery etc. Great location. The negatives pale compared to the overall experience. However, there were alot of issues. At Sealodge the pool was closed probably until summer. Parking was tough if you came back after10 o'clock PM. The E7 unit itself was tired. Mattress was OLD and crushed at the edge. Dishwasher broken when we checked in and replacement unavailable. Stereo unit was old and completely shot, wouldn't play a CD, tape and no radio because the antenna was broken off. The refrigerator was old and would go into fits making a slapping noise that could wake the dead, it did its primary purpose satisfactory. No TV in the bedroom. Unit in the living room was small. Washer/dryer was excellent. Unit needs an overhaul. We will definitely come back but will try a different unit. View was incredible though! Thanks for the excellent vacation and as I said, the problems were at the worst...pesky.

The condo was well stocked with beach chairs, goggles and beach towels.The first night toilet was broken it took 3 visits from maintenance before it was working. This should have been checked ahead of time.The location was great.
