It was a beautiful condo but I made a mistake and reserved a garden unit when I thought I was getting one with a pool view, the interiors were pretty similar in the photos. My bad. The unit was extremely dark and almost depressing. It did not have a working dresser, just chests that really were not made for that purpose. The sub zero frig and freezer closed so well we had a terrible time getting them open. We were on the ground floor just around the corner from the pool and were on the end so had quiet privacy. I would stay at the resort again I just would not pick this unit due to the view of the parking lot right outside the windows. The resort is very centrally located and we liked having the shopping right across the street. Very good location.

Easy check in direct to condo. Great amenities, everything you can possibly need in the kitchen. Great central location. Also hidden gem of restaurant called Oasis on the beach.

PROPERTY WAS AS ADVERTISED, VERY NICE AND EASY ACCESS ONCE WE KNEW WHERE IT WAS. BIGGEST FRUSTRATION WAS GETTING ACCESS CODE TO THE UNIT. PROPERTY MANAGER ADVISED WE WOULD GET THE ACCESS CODE IN A SEPARATE EMAIL 24 HOURS BEFORE OUR ARRIVAL. WE DIDN'T GET THE ACCESS CODE UNTIL WE WERE ALREADY IN ROUTE SO ANXIETY LEVEL WAS RUNNING PRETTY HIGH THAT WE WERE GOING TO ARRIVE AND POSSIBLY NOT BE ABLE TO GET IN. NO IDEA WHY THE WHOLE CLOAK AND DAGGER GETTING THE ACCESS CODES. SO CLOSE TO ARRIVAL BUT THAT WAS ONLY ISSUE.

Beautiful grounds, the pool and hot tubs were amazing. They were kept very clean, vacuumed every morning. Unit c106 was fully stocked, clean, comfy bed, would stay there again. Really enjoyed the kitchen, it was like my own.

The bathroom alone is worth the stay. Great little room in a beautiful resort. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Close to the airport and plenty of Restaurants and stores. Parking convenient and close to the room. We 100% would stay here again!

We were unable to make our long planned trip to Kauai due to severe illness. However Jermey and his staff have been so wonderful with helping use I had to make mention what wonderful people they are! I dream of recovering and making a second try at Kauai and will definitely stay with Destination Kauai LLC .

Location is great. Walked to Starbucks, Groceries. Restaurants etc. Pool is very nice. The condo was a huge step up from where we stayed in Princeville. Very high end condo. Snorkeling was great too. No sandy water to swim in though.

Great place for young kids. Close shopping and the pool was great. Difficult code to get into pool, never works. Rooms are large and well stocked.
Air conditioning did not work for the first few days. We gave up a tour to make sure it was fixed but my husband had to tell the guy what to do.

We loved this rental! Property was on the beach, super clean, and gorgeous. Our unit was located in the back, near the parking lot and a short walk to the pool. We actually loved the location. It was quiet, only a neighbor on one side and above. The quick walk from the parking lot was super convenient. We loved the peace and quiet of it. Unit had everything you need for a beach day, 2 chairs, snorkel sets, umbrella and even a small cooloer to use. We didn't cook, but the kitchen had everything you need. Safeway was conveniently across the street as well. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone.

The property was beautiful and the pool was great! Our room was spacious and very comfortable. It was a short walk out to the beach and there were lounge chairs to relax on. There was an issue with the keypad on the front door
The code they gave us did not work so we called and Jeremy gave us a new code that worked. Jeremy was very helpful and resolved the issue.

Jeremy was quick to respond to our call for help when the battery pack on the door died and would not respond to the entry code. The condo was clean, comfortable and cozy. Whatever we needed for comfort and cooking was readily available. Would love to come back when the weather is better. February is apparently not a good month to visit. Overall, the condo was all we could ask for and more. Special thanks to Jeremy for great communication throughout the whole process from... booking to departure.

Third time staying in Kauai but first time in a condo and have to say it was a great decision. Besides the money we saved in breakfast and lunch in the room the centralized location made it easy to get everywhere other than the road construction traffic. My only complaint was the pool was not heated and in January it was ice cold. It’s a shame as I really wanted to swim versus only use the hot tubs. Would strongly suggest the complex invest in a pool heater for the winter months.

This was a seamless vacation starting with the rental. Everything with the Condo was perfect and we loved the pool area and easy access to the beach. We just returned from Kauai. The resort was beautiful, clean and the location was perfect. We were midway between the North beaches and sights and midway to the South beaches and sights. The proximity to the airport was also very convenient. The condo was beautiful and well stocked with anything you might need (except for a pizza cutter 😜). We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us!

Property was as advertised. Issue with code was quickly resolved (good communication). Overall the stay was really nice on a beautiful property. Kristen was very accommodating with our late check out which we understand is a case by case basis but we were grateful it worked out for us as we didn’t fly out until a late red eye.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Waipouli Resort C106. It is amazing, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bed is probably the most comfortable I've ever been in. And now need to find one for my home. The appliances and the kitchen are high end, fantastic and everything worked well. They had beach chairs and umbrella we used and tried to keep clean after because that is the condition you get them in. Snorkel gear was also avail but we had our own so didn’t use them, still it was nice to see. Also Location is close to the airport. The pool was fun but we spent most days at the different beaches. And after busy days, delicious dinners and super restful sleep, (really cant say enough good thing about how comfee the bed was), we were ready for the next days adventures. I’d highly recommend this place and look forward to booking with them for our next trip to Kauai.

Great spot, it would have been nice to know of pool towel availability, we did not find out until 2nd day.
Also, 10:00 am check is very early when only available flights were 11:00pm, otherwise an enjoyable experience.

Nothing but good things to say about this rental. Clean, well equipped, skillfully decorated; an excellent condo/suite. We liked the location within the complex because it is easy in/out and in a relatively quiet spot. We absolutely loved the tub! A nice soak is exactly what you need after a long day of hiking and exploring the island. Loved the live orchids! Fantastic touch.
Would also like to extend a thank you to the property management; not only where they proactive, but very quick to respond to our questions despite our relatively late arrival.
We look forward to our next visit!

We love the Waipouli! This particular unit did not have a view, but was priced accordingly. Furnishings are lovely, and to find the snorkel gear and other beach amenities was a plus we were not expecting. We asked last minute for an extended checkout, and though we ended up not needing it, they were willing to accommodate us. Mahalo… until next time!

The apartment leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom very nice (incl great bathtub). The check in was super easy and the resort great located in Kapaa. We can not complain about anything. The only point would be that we could not find beach towels (?), but that did not worsen the whole stay. We would love to spend our vacation in this apartment again :-).

C106 is a prime spot in Kapaa. It's conveniently located by a Safeway (also has a light allowing easy road access especially if headed towards Lihue). It's location is great within the condo area since it's very close to the parking lot and pool/hot tub.

This condo is very conveniently located on the island as well as in the resort complex, being on the ground floor and right next to the parking lot. It doesn't really have outside space that's useable, even though there is a tiny patio with two chairs next to the bedroom; case in point, there were painters/workers out there several times during our stay. The place was clean and reasonably well stocked with cooking utensils--although it would be nice if there was a salad spinner. The only issue we had was that the AC air seemed to stop in the middle of the night, and we'd wake up uncomfortable and sweating (we didn't feel comfortable leaving the patio doors open since we were on the ground floor, so we needed the AC at night). But overall the condo is a very comfortable base for exploring the island or lounging at the pool complex. Would definitely stay here again!
