Fast 500mgb Wifi, fully stocked kitchen, free parking, 24 hour no hassle check in with key-code, king size bed, full bathroom and oversized lanai with dining table and lounge chairs.
The Bedroom has a King size bed with all new furniture to ensure a comfortable night's rest. Don't forget about the coveted AC to keep you cool on a hot Kauai day! The living room is complete with a queen size sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 extra guests (4 total). In the living room you'll also find a cable TV to relax after a day's adventure. Enjoy cooking in this upgraded kitchen with all of the cooking supplies you can think of!
You need to go to the Outrigger front desk to check in. They will give you keys code, parking and towels cards. They will give you all the instructions for my condo. Reception working time is 8am to 8pm. If you have plan come after 8pm or if you have additional request ( pack and play, mobile bed....) you need to call Outrigger front desk one day before arrival and they will leave all keys code and cards in the lock box and ( pack and play, mobile bed.... ) in the unit.
Poipu Beach Athletic club pass with poolside bar, tennis, water slide and workout room included. Shopping and dining also just next door. It's the perfect location here at Kiahuna Plantation. Just 45 minutes to the top of the Waimea Canyon and 1 hour to the North Shore. Open up the louvred windows and the sliding doors to let the gentle trade winds blow through.. Aloha from Poipu Beach.

Loved our stay here. The unit was well decorated and exceptionally clean, including the furniture on the lanai. The lanai opens up to a large lawn. There’s even a tiny peek of the ocean from there.
Fridge, microwave, stove all worked great. Sofa and dining table were comfortable to use. Parking was plenty.
AC worked well. We were a little concerned with the AC not being in the bedroom, but it cooled the place really really well. King bed in the bedroom was very comfortable and firm. Good storage in bedroom as well with dresser.
WiFi was decent as well for video calls.
Coffee/filters (incl decaf) was provided. salt/pepper was provided along with pots/pans for cooking.
Overall had a great stay here and would visit again. The owner is VERY prompt at responding and very helpful, which was also great.

We needed a few extra nights to extend our vacation and this condo was perfect for our little family to do just that! Well appointed and clean. Best location on Kauai.

The condo was perfect for our family of four. Loved being on the first floor with a short walk to both the beach and the pool/athletic club. My two almost teenagers slept on the sofa bed and it was comfortable! The condo also had beach chairs, an umbrella, snorkel gear, a beach bag, sand toys, small cooler, and a wagon to take it all to the beach.

Located near a great beach and convenient shopping. The unit was pretty average based on our stays at multiple properties at Kiahuna Plantation. However, the attention to small details like plenty of coffee filters and toilet paper for our entire visit were really thoughtful and appreciated!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this unit, the furnishings were updated and well-decorated. The unit had everything we needed, even an air conditioner, but we never used it. The location is perfect for walking to several restaurants and beaches.
We liked that there was a cooler available to use, as there were chairs and an umbrella. However, we had to rent an umbrella because the one in the condo wasn't working properly, it needs to be replaced. Also, the beach chairs that were provided in the condo were very old and uncomfortable so we ended up having to stay on the beach closest to the condo so we could use the chairs at the resort.
Suggestions would be to purchase new beach chairs and a new beach umbrella. Other than that, we were completely satisfied with the condo.
Also, the condo owner was extremely quick to respond and pleasant to work with. The staff at the resort were friendly and professional. Overall, a great place! We would not hesitate to stay in this unit again. THANK YOU!

Ivan's condo is perfect. The minute you walk in, you can see how clean it is. He has it decorated in a Hawaiian-beach theme; which makes it feel like a home away from home. The furniture is new and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking pans, coffee pot, utensils and dishware.
The location is a short walk to the beach and close to dozens of restaurants.. from casual to fine dining.
