We enjoyed the space, the view, the amenities, and location. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cooking supplies. The unit is right above the pickleball court and we had fun playing, and appreciated the convenience of the pool, beach, and cabanas on the bluff. The location is great and the condo was very comfortable.

This is a beautiful condo but a few small repairs and amenities would have made our stay more comfortable. (1) the shower in the hall bathroom leaks badly. There’s a substantial gap between the shower door and the shower enclosure and there’s no way to keep water from running out. A LOT of water — as in, a small river running down the hall. The first time this happened we weren’t aware and a family member slipped and fell in the hall because the water isn’t visible on the pale stone floors. (2) the unit has stone floors throughout with only a few area rugs. These are cold and hard, especially standing in front of the bathroom vanity. A few rugs in the bathrooms would have been nice. (3) we’ve never stayed in a Wailea condo previously that didn’t have at least a few basic kitchen supplies like spices. This unit had nothing, not even SALT. There also aren’t enough dishes for a group of six. And not a single saucepan in the unit.

Our stay was wonderful! This apartment was perfect, it had all the amenities of being home. It was in a perfect location, short walk to a beautiful beach, very nice walking path along the beach, one of the best snorkeling areas, short walk to a shopping center and restaurants.

We stayed at 803 for about 2 weeks with our 3yo and 18 month old boys. It worked great! We were a little worried about the floors with the little kids but it was totally fine. There are a few outdoor steps but we just did a wheelie with the double stroller and made it just fine. Unit was stocked with everything we needed including 4 beach chairs and coolers. Basket of local fruits/snacks/coffee was a nice touch! Communication with Vacation Maui was prompt/helpful when we had questions. Would definitely stay here again!

This unit is an absolute dream. We traveled with our 3 kids (20, 18, and 14 years old). It was our first time to Wailea and we are already planning our next trip! The unit is so spacious, with so much living and dining spaces. The kitchen is stocked with top of the line appliances and cookware. The front deck is beautiful and huge. It was such a treat to drink our coffee out there every morning. The bedrooms are roomy with fantastic closet and dresser space. Bathrooms were great as well.
The beach is a 3 minute walk through the gorgeous landscaping. The best upscale shopping in Wailea is a 5 minute walk. The golf courses are a very short drive away.
This unit is an absolute gem and our entire family feels lucky to have spent a week there. The management office was great with getting us the instructions we needed ahead of time.

The location is perfect, the views are amazing, and the unit well stocked with anything you need to make your dream vacation just that. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Our stay in Maui was incredible! The condo was clean, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. We loved being able to wake up to the ocean view from the master bedroom and living room. We spent hours enjoying the ocean sights and sounds on the lanai. This condo made for the perfect getaway!

We loved just about everything with this property. Everyone was very comfortable and it came stocked with just about everything you would need. This has a beautiful view and was a short walk to the beach. It was exactly as advertised. The only negative were some issues with the motorized window coverings, one in the living room stopped working and was stuck halfway, blocking the view and you had to duck under it to get in and out to the balcony. The same thing happened with one in the bedroom. Management was responsive and had someone come out to look quickly, but it didn’t get fixed while we were there, unfortunately.

A friend's family stayed at this unit. It was conveniently located next to two pools and had tons of beach stuff for the adults and kids. The deck looks out to the water so made for a few nice sunsets. The appliances are all new and the furnishings are comfortable. The master bedroom is separate from the other two bedrooms which created some privacy for all. There's also a cute little bbq and table in the backyard area. We had a nice dinner out there one night though the area could use more lighting. We'd recommend the unit.

The grounds are impeccable, the property management company very responsive and friendly, and it was a short walk to the beach. Quiet location, and the unit was well stocked. The only slight negative was a 2 step split level which meant constant vigilance on the crawler-just learning to walk 11 month old with us who loved the steps! Overall, great experience!

This condo was perfect for my family's vacation. This place is a gem! So happy we found this gorgeous spot right in the heart of the Wailea resorts. From the immaculately kept grounds to the open floor plan with a large lanai and ocean views, it was ( almost) perfect. The first full day and night were HOT- our air conditioner wasn’t working, so that really is my only complaint. That was eventually resolved and it was great from then on out.
We appreciated so many thoughtful touches, such as a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, extra pillows, the smart tv, the beach chairs and beach toys, the pickle ball paddles and court just steps away, etc. I should also mention that the property managers were easy to get a hold of and were helpful and friendly leading up to the stay and throughout. This is the first time we went the condo route in Wailea and we weren’t disappointed. Also worth mentioning is that it was blissfully quiet, even with children/ larger families and groups nearby. If you’re looking for peaceful, you’ll be rewarded.

Perfect place for a family vacation. Vacation-Maui was so responsive to all my questions. I was traveling with a baby and two grandmothers and it was a very spacious, well-appointed unit. Lot of cooking utensils and appliances so we got to cook at home many nights. Easy access to the beach and two pools for the baby to swim in. We will be back!

Our family stayed at this condo over spring break and we can’t recommend it highly enough! The condo itself was exceptionally clean, well appointed, spacious and filled with modern amenities. The property management company were excellent to deal with. The location of the condo within the village is fantastic and the location of the village itself is perfect. The Beach linked to the property has a gorgeous coral reef where you can snorkel safely and see large varieties of tropical fish and turtles. The property management company also provided us with excellent recommendations for local surf lessons and things to do and places to eat. We highly recommend this condo and would love to come back in the future!

Everything we needed was there but didn’t like to have to do laundry before we left and didn’t have option to get clean towels during our stay. Had to wash them.
