Overall the place is good and we enjoyed our time there. Plenty of space for our party of five adults. Pros: location, large bedrooms and master bath, nice lanai and large living area, well stocked kitchen and other supplies (chairs and ice chest), full size washer and dryer. Cons: not as clean as we would have liked (especially floors), frequent damp/musty smell in bedrooms (maybe because of carpet). Was better when we opened the sliding doors to air out.

We had a great stay, the surroundings are beautiful, with a bit of a rainforest feel and everything was clean, spacious anandd convenient. There is a nice view all the way to the ocean. The communication was smooth and super respinsive. I strongly recommend! Thank you for hosting us!

Stayed for a week during the AMOS conference. Had two adults, not related to each other, and we had plenty of space in the unit so we didn't feel like we were stepping on each other. The location is near the conference but obviously not on the beach. Great value for the price point. Exactly as advertised in the add.

We found this property, in an emergency situation. Property Manager was awesome! Clean, quaint, quiet accommodations close enough to the Shops at Wailea, you could walk there. When you don’t want to pay ocean front prices, this property is a hidden gem.

We had 8 adults in our group which was a bit snug but still worked for us. We enjoyed our stay however one of the pools appeared to have filter issues and by the end of our stay was quite green. It was toward the end of our stay and we had been told it had already been reported. We spent a lot of time at the beach and were pleased with the availability of beach towels, chairs and snorkeling gear. Thanks for a great time!

This 3 bedroom 2 bath condo is perfect for a family. We had 6 people and there was plenty of room. The unit is well stocked with linens/pillows/kitchen items and there was a lot of beach equipment for you to borrow during your stay! Super easy check in and check out and vacation Maui is very good at communicating with you. This is walking distance from the shops at Wailea and a short drive to a lot of south maui beaches. It’s only a 25 minute drive to “town”(Costco/target/airport)Would stay again!

The first thing that stands out about this condo is the lovely surroundings , its like being in your own private slice of heaven. Standing on the deck looking at the ocean , listening to the tennis players and also the scent of the plumeria and all the birds is wonderful. The condo is large and comfortable, 3 rooms , 2 bathrooms and a very large living room. The kitchen is stocked with all the tools you need for cooking in for some of the evenings when you don't feel like going out. The nice surprise was the condo has beach towels , beach chairs , snorkel gear and everything you need for the water. There is wear and tear of course on some of the things in the condo since its a popular place to stay though its a great location . The pool is directly across from the condo and so are the BBQ'S which are very convenient . I can't say anything bad about this place , it was relaxing and its just a beautiful area.

Great gathering place with 2 lanai’s and enough seating for 8 adults. Pool and jacuzzi across the parking lot; excellent AC and TV in each bedroom and living area; comfortable beds and sofa sleeper; well equipped kitchen; 12 min walk to Wailea beach. We appreciated timely email communication after arrival to check on us and subsequently, replaced a rice cooker than was malfunctioning the next day.

I’ve stayed here at Grand Champions before. It never disappoints. Wailea is our favorite city on the island. We will be back. This condo was perfect for 5 adults. Everyone had a comfortable bed and great kitchen and dining area.

The condo was great. We would definitely stay there again. It worked out great because the condo is larger and with the rain that we had the first 3 days of our trip. It was nice to be able to hang and watch the rain come down. I would say if there was more “chair” seating on lanai would be great but I wouldn’t say that is a bad thing to not have more than the loveseat and the table and chairs. Just opinion on more comfortable seating would be appreciated for our needs. I would recommend renting this condo to anyone. It’s a great place to stay!

Condo was perfect for our family of six on vacation to Maui. Nice to sit on the deck with coffee in the morning and watch the whales from a distance and a beautiful sunset at night. The beach was an easy walk and the pool just across the street (which my 5 yr old grandson loved!). We grilled local fish by the pool on two nights. My grandson somehow managed to change the code on the door keypad. Vacation Maui was amazingly quick to respond and remedy the situation. Whew! We truly appreciated their response time (thank you, Ian!). I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Great location with multiple beaches to choose from. Pickleball and tennis courts just behind the condo. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants near by. Maui Brewing Co. just a short drive away and lots of fun with live music, good beer and food. Truly a magical vacation that we will treasure in our memory! Mahalo!

The stay was fairly great. The place is spacious, with the all amenities as described. A couple of things that could be better: the place has a pullout sofa, but the host didn't include an extra set of linens, so one of friends in our group had to sleep without the sheets for one night. The host did however bring one set the next day per our request. Second, the internet wasn't very stable, as some of us had to work occasionally, video conferencing was a challenge.

We stayed in unit 55, which is ideally located in Grand Champions, just across from the pool (but not so close so as to hear it), and right next to its assigned parking spot. It has a beautiful view of the ocean in the distance, and a lovely patio to take advantage of it. As for the interior, our biggest complaint is the bedroom and bathroom doors are very thin and slatted, allowing noise to travel throughout the unit. That can be good or bad for a family. The master bedroom is very large, but the 3rd bedroom (queen bed) was a little cramped. That said, all 6 of us slept very comfortably. The large walk-in closet in the master served as a great room for our toddler's pack-and-play but, again, the thin door presented noise issues. The air conditioning units need maintenance, but we were out most days. There was also hiccups with the refrigerator and parking passes, but management was extremely responsive and accommodating.

Great place to stay for our family of five. Beautiful area with restaurants, shops, golf courses & beaches nearby. 2 pools within short walking distance. Wailea Beach is one of the most beautiful I've seen. We did massages one day at the nearby Marriott. The host was responsive immediately when we needed something. Beach equipment was GREAT. Kitchen was stocked with all we needed. Couldn't have asked for more.

This beautiful condo definitely surpassed my expectations! There is a beautiful green view from the lanai. They also provide beach supplies and a cooler, and the house was fully furnished. I really have no complaints! I would 100% book again.

The place was very comfortable for 6 adults. The area was perfect. Beautiful beaches all around. Communication was top notch Easy to find and accessible the minute they said it would be. There was 5 sets of snorkeling gear, which we took advantage of, and almost every kitchen gadget you could imagine. We had an issue with the sink disposal and it was fixed immediately. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great place. Communicative host. Lots of space, comfortable beds, all is up to date. Lovely lanai with view of the sunset. Walkable to Wailea beaches. Reserved parking, in-unit laundry. We had a lovely stay.
