The property is amazing. We saw tons of turtles and whales from the lanai. It’s close to one of the best snorkeling beaches that we found. The unit has everything you need. BBQ’s downstairs that are very clean. Pool is deep in one end and kid friendly in the other. No beach access which really didn’t bother us. I highly recommend this place. Royal Kahana. 1010

LOVED this resort! Beachfront, tons of turtles, convenient location, quiet, and beautiful. This is by far the best place we’ve stayed and we’ve been to Maui four times. Definitely will stay here again!!

We had such a wonderful time! The place is fully equipped with kitchen, bathroom, beach, and other essential supplies. Waking up and going to sleep every day with the waves crashing was divine! We loved every minute of it! The place doesn't have AC but, as long as you keep windows open, you should be fine. Highly recommend it!

The unit and property overall were clean and well kept. Kitchen appliances were new. No A/C, but there was a good breeze going thru. Management responded to a couple of minor issues with the unit, which did not impact our stay. Beach is small but nice. Turtles just off the beach every day! (Please leave them alone!) All the restaurants and shopping you could possibly want are within a 10 minute drive. Recommend doing the “Road to Hana” drive, and Haleakala National Park.

Gorgeous view from balcony and the pool and beach access are perfect. The unit was extremely well stocked with everything we needed and more. We forgot binoculars but used those at the unit to better see whales. We decided not to go on a whale watching because we saw so much from our own balcony.
The master bedroom with its ocean breeze was a delight. A great spot and place to say. We will be booking it again in the future.

We loved our stay in this Cozy Condo, amazing views and great whale watching! Private beach was very nice as well, There were no more than a couple families at a time enjoying the pool and beach at a time. We would definitely love to book this unit again. Great location and central to several restaurants and coffee shops! 5 stars!

The condo was as advertised. Very clean and well equipped. This is one of the few places with a beach that you can walk right into the water, with plenty of sea turtles, some sleeping on the beach. The neighborhood is awesome with a small fresh fish market in walking distance. Access was easy and being on the fourth floor was actually great because we had the best views of the whales breaching all day long. Communication was excellent with arrival and departure being very easy. We have stayed in this area quite a bit and this was definitely the best, especially if you want privacy and quiet times versus a large resort has. Definitely coming back.

My wife and I and two teenage kids stayed in this property 1/29/23 - 2/4/23. It was accurately depicted in the photos and well described. To put it simply, we loved our stay! The view was amazing from the lanai. We were there during peak whale watching season and watched them every day. This was our second time staying at this condo, and we will be back!!! We can not say enough about the location, building and condo itself. The location is great.. there are shops restaurants, bars, numerous beaches all within walking distance. The condo itself is well finished and stocked with everything you will need, from beach chairs and towels to a very well stocked kitchen! This year we were fortunate and were able to see turtles on the beach almost everyday! The view over the beach from the 4th floor is amazing. You can sit out on the balcony and watch turtles and whales all day. The sunsets... unreal! If you are looking for a great place to stay, look no further!

The owner of this condo unit has remodeled and completely updated it. The king size bed and large walk-in shower are great! All the patio furniture has thick cushions, which are so conducive to just sitting out here in total comfort to enjoy the beautiful ocean view!!!! We will definitely be coming back!!

We enjoyed the 4th food vantage for viewing turtles, and a gorgeous series of sunsets over Molokai and Lanai. The surf was pretty active, and we only had a few good days of snorkeling off the Nohonani beach, but spent a few good days snorkeling at Honolua Bay, a quick few minutes north by car. The process of gaining access to the condo was very convenient, parking pass on the premises was straightforward, and checkout was uncomplicated. We spoke with several parties who have been to Nohonani year after year, and they keep coming back. This was our first year, and we look forward to more. Thank you!!

The condo was nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. It was comfortable even without A/C. We had a few issues come up but they were addressed quickly other than the living room curtain not being able to close. I highly recommend this property and we will definitely keep it as our go to condo when we return to Maui!

What a lovely experience! Pics online are on point. My husband and I stayed with our 16 year old daughter and 14 year old son. Plenty of room with the twin beds and 2nd bath for them. Wonderful kitchen with many amenities. Condo had boogie boards, tubes, balls and noodles to use in the pool. Lanai was amazing -the screen shade was nice in the evening if you had too much sun. Comfortable furniture throughout. Ocean was swimmable and did snorkel one day with some nice marine life. Turtles on the sand most days and we saw whales and dolphins! Nice walking distance to shores/restaurants and easy to get other places by car. Would definitely book again!!

We came to Maui to get married!! I wanted a condo with views of the ocean and close to areas that we needed for the wedding. This property did not disappoint!!! It was actually perfect! From the check in process to the check out process, everything was flawless. The views are unbelievable and the sounds from the ocean are amazing. The lanai is big enough to work out on, believe me I did it! The kitchen was great to cook meals in. We were able to see sea turtles come right up on the beach!! The washer and dryer was a great addition. The condo was very clean with extra amenities that were needed for the stay! I definitely did not want to leave!

The property was perfect all around. If your looking for a spot that is not around all the big resorts. Private pool and beach area ideal for taking advantage of both. Spectacular views and the unit was fantastic. Clean- up to date with all the amenities. Can’t wait to come back.

The condo is just lovely inside & out! So nice to hear the waves and see green sea turtles in the water and on the beach along with watching whales from the balcony. Amazing view of Molokai & Lanka with gorgeous sunsets. A perfect location. I definitely want to come back & highly recommend 400 Nohonani.

If you want ocean front (look down at the sand and 180 degrees of water) and a nicely furnished condo, this is a great deal. It's away from the lavish resorts, where true oceanfront is nonexistent or would costs thousands per night. This unit is over the pool but high enough for privacy. There is no A/C so with vents open you hear a loud surf sound (good) and people around the pool (meh) - but not late at night. The place is very nicely remodeled, although they might update the front door lock, which was finicky. The house beach has lots of turtles. It's close to public beaches where all the condo towers are.

There were 4 of us that stayed at the condo (two couples) and it was perfect! The condo was clean, beds were comfortable and everything was as advertised. The whale watching, sea turtles and private beach were unbelievable! There were many restaurants and beaches within walking distance as well. Overall… great experience here and we would come back!
