This unit is newly renovated, clean, so many amenities included, with a beautiful ocean view. This is our second time renting this unit and it won’t be the last. The owners have really paid attention to detail and we had everything we needed and then some. The rental company was very attentive to our needs during our stay. The location is easy walking distance to The Shops at Wailea and is directly in front of Ulua Beach and the scenic seaside path. We’ve been travelling to Maui every year for the last 18 years and this by far has been our favourite location. Thank you for exceeding our expectations! This truly is like our home away from home.

Only thing I could recommend is to make aware that there is many steps to get down to beach, one member of our group could not make walk up and down to beach/pool. There was also construction noise at neighboring property. These could have been in description but I did not catch them if they were. Was a beautiful, relaxing, quiet property.

The unit is impeccable and has all the amenities a family needs to feel at home. The kitchen had high quality appliances and utensils. There was a closet stocked with everything one needs for a perfect beach day (snorkel gear, boogie boards, umbrellas, chairs, coolers). We have 2 young kids and greatly appreciated the children’s books and beach toys in the unit. Ulua beach is beautiful and just a short stroll away- we saw amazing marine life as we snorkeled off shore everyday. It’s also a short walk away from wonderful dining and shopping. The pool area is beachfront and has great chaise lounge chairs and a dining area. Highly recommend.

The property is gorgeous, with as about a private beach that you can come by in Maui. The beach is protected and perfect for swimming and snorkling. The unit has been recently remodelled and it felt like we were staying in a brand new unit. Amazing sunsets from the lanai and the location of Elua is perfect. Highly recommend!

Family stay for a wedding. The apartment was excellent and the views were better than expected. Very quiet area and the whole complex was immaculate. The bottom pool area was right on the beach and amazing for sunset. The beach has lovely snorkling and the trip and accommodations were perfect.

Let's be honest, I'm super bougie and picky and I tend to completely shred places when I review post travel. I have absolutely nothing but glowing remark's about this property. It's 100% as advertised in the photos and beautiful, well appointed, and CLEAN! Aside from a few ants on the counter our first night, we had zero issues with the property. The balcony area is to die for and I spent every morning in the chairs with a cup of coffee just looking out at the ocean. So serene. I don't love European style showers (half glass) but it was totally fine and my sister loved her bathroom and bedroom and remarked about how comfortable the bed was. I loved the addition of weights, snorkel gear, chairs, etc. in the closet that we could take down to the water. Such a nice touch. I'll likely be back in Maui in September 2024 and will want to stay here again! Thank you for everything!
Oh, one last thing. Betty from Maui Rentals was on-site when we arrived and she was so kind and warm and provided excellent recommendations for local spots. Thank you Betty!

We stayed for a week at the Wailea Elua Village #102 and absolutely loved it. The condo is beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for cooking or beach fun! The property is in the perfect location, just a 7 min walk to the shops at Wailea, restaurants, and coffee shops. This unit is up at the main road and there is is road noise that we noticed more at night. We live in the country so it did bother us a little, but did not outweigh the pros of this beautiful condo (and the noise might not even bother those who are already used to it!). We will definitely be back!

This was a great condo, recently updated, comfortable, with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The views are great, the proximity to resorts/restaurants and the beach is a plus. Could not be more pleased with our accomodations in Maui. The accomodations were exactly as pictured and described in the listing. The view of ocean from the patio was beautiful. We have been coming to Maui every December since 2002. We missed the last 2 years to Covid. Great to be back. This year is also the first year we stayed in a VBRO vs a resort. Don’t think we’ll go back to a resort. Everything was great. The condo was modern, lean, and well equipped.

My family of three stay at unit 102 in July 2022 and could not have been happier with the unit. It was decorated beautifully and was stocked with everything you could imagine ever needing. There was lots of attention to detail and touches everywhere that made it feel like home. The view was amazing and despite what other reviewers have said about the road noise, it did not bother us one bit. We can’t wait to come back and will definitely stay in this same unit!

The condo was immaculate and well appointed, beds were extremely comfortable and the view was spectacular. I agree with other guests comments that it would be nice if condo would supply enough "hotel amenities" to get you through your entire stay, but it's also very clear in the check-in instructions what you will get, so you just have to come prepared with your own shampoo & bath soap. However, all other amenities were abundant and our family especially appreciated having everything we needed for a spectacular beach day and didn't have to rent anything. I will absolutely rent this condo again!

We cannot say anything but this is an exceptional property! Looks just like the pictures. The kitchen is a little dated but we only cooked breakfast. We are on vacation who wants to be in the kitchen?? Comfortable living room. Delightful patio with wonderful view and breeze! Comfortable beds and great shower! We loved this property so clean, so gorgeous and well maintained. The pool down by the ocean was awesome only a little crowded in late afternoon when the ocean becomes rough. Ice machine available at the pavilion. This property is great for families. It is within walking distance of very good restaurants and several other great beaches. Only 30 minutes to start of Road to Hana and airport. 20 minutes to marina for snorkeling. We wanted to stay longer. Hawaii and this condo did not disappoint!

The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because the traffic noise in the master bedroom was a bit more than anticipated even though there was mention of it in the writeup. Since it is on the corner of the main street and a parking area I believe for Andaz-All in All very nice

Wonderful property and location. One of the only VRBO's we've stayed at with wonderful kitchen and housewares which was lovely. As other reviews stated - the road noise is significant outside during the day - but we were out and about most days and it was not a big deal.

The location of this condo is great, with close access to the beach walk & beach itself. The property was spotless & very cozy, with some little extras that made it more enjoyable. As previous guests have mentioned, the cabinetry is quite old & the zero threshold shower in the 2nd bath was messy for water splashing. Unfortunately, the condo also has paper thin windows/walls & is located on busy Wailea Ike Dr & adjacent to the beach parking access & Andaz car park. Extremely noisy. If you dwell in the city, this might be a great place to rent!

Overall it was great experience. The condo is close to Wailea Alanui Dr so you can hear some traffic noise. The owner has a white noise machine in the bedroom and this was very helpful. The kitchen is dated but this is reflected by the great rental rates compared to more updated units in Elua Village. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the Elua development but didn’t love this rental experience. We knew this unit would be near the road but weren’t prepared for anyone walking or driving on the main road having a full view of us sitting on the deck. Most of the greenery pictured in the photos providing privacy is gone. Lots of road noise.The condo had some nice furnishings and the view is wonderful. The rest of it is tired. Was pretty clean but backs of the bathroom doors near the handles were dirty, bathroom baseboards as well. Not hygienic. Carpets need cleaning. We had an issue with ants in the bathroom and saw a few cockroaches.Elua maintenance came in to view the hot water tank as standard procedure. The workman was shocked that a rental unit would have a tank from 2009. Just an accident waiting to happen for some poor renter. This isn’t acceptable as it’s a preventable issue.Our biggest issue is with rentalsmaui. We’ve never felt so unwelcome when renting a property. Strict warnings of additional charges for entering the unit early on check in day (yet your employee was still in there 10 minutes after our allowed check in time?) and late check out. Very limited supplies offered when paying almost $1000 per night. There are little notes around the unit with “reminders”, such as the large display case in the dining area with a note to not move anything. We rented a different unit at Elua through another rental agency for a few nights before this one. They were awesome. Very welcoming, offered early check in if the cleaning crew was done sooner, didn’t skimp on supplies (had lots of toilet paper!) and even provided L’Occitane toiletries.We’ve booked Elua for next year but with a different rental agency who values our business.If this review is to be posted publicly, it must be in its entirety.

Excellent vacation condo!
My family and I enjoyed everything this condo had to offer, from beach equipment to your own private BBQ, everything you need this unit provides.
This unit is easily within walking distance to the pool which has a spectacular view of the ocean, the beach, restaurants and shopping, if my 2 year old daughter can walk it, anyone can.
As mentioned on other reviews, the unit is backing onto a main road which does get a little loud and the kitchen is a little out dated but nothing that extreme that would prevent me from staying here in the future.
